Totalmente actualizado, escapada privada pacífica en Palm Island! Esta es una casa unifamiliar con su propio estilo de resort PISCINA PRIVADA. Cerramos la suite principal y la ofrecemos como una casa privada individual. Las tarifas semanales siguen siendo las mismas. 5 minutos a pie, 2 minutos en carro o en bicicleta a las hermosas playas de arena blanca. It was a perfect anniversary trip. The house was perfect and spotless. The pool was amazing. The landscaping around the pool was like you were on your own little island. We rented a golf cart from Coconuts and never drove the car around again. The golf cart was so fun. We saw gopher turtles and iguanas while driving around. The beach was beautiful with lots of space for everyone. It wasn’t crowded at all. The amazing swinging chairs on the back porch were the best things I have ever sat in. The sheets on the bed were the softest ever. The trip was perfect! Not a single complaint from us. Shawn and Brandy are amazing hosts who will try to do anything to help you have a great trip! We were there during the software glitch, and they were so kind telling us to relax and enjoy the remainder of the trip and they would totally accommodate us. Thankfully, flights were opened back up on Saturday, but how kind was that?? I miss the house, pool, and tranquil island so badly! I hope someday we can go back.

This house is amazing, clean, spacious, and has anything you need…the island is gorgeous. It’s so quiet and tranquil and really makes you fall in love with the whole place. Palm Island is a special place to relax and get away from it all. The house was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The two balconies and lower outside area guaranteed that you have a shady spot to sit in the breeze. The hosts were fantastic with communication and answering questions promptly. You can tell from their interactions that they genuinely want you to enjoy your time at their place. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely love this house! Communication with the owners is always prompt! Slight issue with the pool heater and they handled it very quickly. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

Positives: location, Check-in
Negatives: No home rule book.Outside areas filthy to include furniture, ping pong table, grill. Pool floaters flat, melted, unusable, rear tires on both bikes completely flat, unusable. Renovations are not recent as in pics. Pool not heated as advertised, on arrival pool 49F, day 3 65F, after pool person responded got to 85F one day, making pool unusable.
Advertises jetted tub but not accessible to us, bed has dirty egg crate mattress cover w/sheets that don’t fit.
Fridge/Freezer/Pantry: full of used food, no room for us, filthy. Multiple bottles of open alcohol also unwanted in kitchen.
Recliner/couch: nearly impossible to collapse when extended, junk.
Wi-Fi: spotty at best. Totally lost for several hours one day.
Owner texted can’t help, has COVID, and he was in the home the day of our arrival. I spent 36 hours very sick on day 2/3.
States 2 nightstands for storage in bedroom but 1 in closet. House feels like hoarder home with decor and we had to keep things in our bags for storage.
Worst nightmare ever. RENTERS BEWARE….
We, as a practice, always take photos/videos on arrival and departure to document conditions.
We were accused of breaking a globe, damaging walls with small holes, chips on table. We have video to show owners lied with photos before and after.
Worst home and owners ever. When we provided them evidence, they become hostile and stopped communicating. Owners are scammers, pics lie and are from 2014 per Shawn, no updates.

This is the place to come for a quiet, relaxing vacation! The island is gorgeous, the house was immaculate and smelled fantastic, it was super fancy and we loved every second of it! Even the shower was amazing! Not to mention the pool, greatest place to just chill out and relax. Usually I don’t relax on vacation but this island forced me to relax and it was the best thing for me and my husband! Brandy and Shawn are excellent hosts and stock the house to the gills with all your staples. The barge ride over was so much fun, the golf cart rental was a must, and their grill at the house is to die for. Seriously cannot wait to visit again, for two weeks instead of one! ❤️❤️

We stayed 5 nights in this Palm Island Cottage. The home was exactly as listed. We found it to be exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. As advised, we stopped by the Publix to stock up for the week before crossing on the ferry. The ferry costed $55 and the process was quick and easy. The island itself is very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed this chance to get away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you Brandy and Shawn for your hospitality!

It was great staying here for our week on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the house inside and out. Everything we needed was there and very well cared for. Not only was it great having the pool, it was an extra bonus because of red tide. Shawn and Brandy are super hosts! We can not think of anything negative to say about our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay on Palm Island! The home is very clean, modern and well-appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were great. Communication with the owners was superb.
Even though you have to take your car across a super short ferry, the process is very quick and easy. Wish we would have rented a golf cart to get around the island better but it’s totally doable with just a vehicle.
The island is quiet and the perfect place for relaxing. One small restaurant/gift shop at Palm Island Resort but it made for a nice lunch spot. We didn’t find a deck of cards or board games so I would recommend packing some if you enjoy playing.
You won’t regret picking this home for your vacation!

It was beautiful. Clean. Welcoming. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching an Osprey building a nest in a high tree.

This house is tastefully decorated and the yard is beautifully landscaped. The pool is the perfect temp and well taken care of. Perfect Get Away
The house was better advertised. The house was clean and a perfect getaway. For two people the house is huge with lots of room to relax. The back yard with fire pit and pool allowed for great outdoor relaxing while spending time in the evenings within the screened in porch. I agree with the owners, that a golf cart is a great thing to have and worth the extra cost. The golf cart allows for quick easy access to the island.
I was originally concerned about the ferry and going on and off the island, however with a little planning, it was not an issue. We brought food onto the island and never had any interest in going back to the main land.
I would highly recommend the property and staying on the island generally.

Refreshing Solitude on adorable island
What a fantastic home a d the pool is exceptional. The internet was great so I had no trouble getting some work done while out on the porch. I was nervous about being on the island and needing to ferry inland when we needed something, but with a little new planning we managed to stay on the island most of our two weeks. I am a busy body so it was great to chill but still have all the gorgeous beaches or a quick trip to the resort at the North end for dinner or ice cream. Such a beautiful home on a beautiful island! We came for our honeymoon, perfect for a couple as it's rented as a 1/1 but the home is gorgeous, the pool is fantastic, the fire pit is a nice bonus, and the jacuzzi bathtub is so relaxing! The hosts responded very quickly with any questions we had. Easy checking in and out. Would stay here again!

We had a couple issues when we checked in but not big deal. We contacted Shawn and he responded back in a professional manner. So I would highly suggest if you want to stay on a quiet island with beautiful beaches and a wonderful home then stay at this home. We are already talking of hopefully coming back in the future.

We loved our time relaxing here. The house is beautiful better than the pictures online. Oh and the pool! The pool area was the best part of our stay. The landscaping was beautiful around the pool with sand and tropical plants! 😍 Our stay was so relaxing floating in the pool and soaking up the sun. The beach is a short drive and is beautiful as well. We went to Rum bay that was delicious. My husband enjoyed the ribs and I enjoyed the Mahi Mahi with crab. One thing we didn't care for was the construction noise behind the house that is no one's fault. Just thought I'd mention it since it's happening and can be heard. Overall it didn't take away from enjoying the pool. We will have to go back!

Sunny respite from New England
This place is even better than the pictures. There is so much space, both indoors and out, with a screened porch, dining both indoors and out, firepit, and the beautiful pool. It was lovely to exchange a chilly New England spring for some Florida sunshine. We were looking for something safe and relatively isolated, and this was just perfect. The bed was comfy; the kitchen extremely well-stocked. It was everything we wanted for a well-deserved vacation.

Palm Island Getaway
Property was ideally located short walk/ very short bike ride to the beach. Sunsets every evening were spectacular. The beach was practically private. The home pool was fantastic. The house is in great condition and very comfortable. If you are looking to get away from it all and enjoy walks and bike riding on the beach, evening sunsets, and lazy days by the pool this house is for you. The hosts were very responsive to any and all questions and requests. Highly recommend this rental.

Exceeded our expectations
The property is Beautiful! Clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing pool area! It was chilly and windy during part of our stay and we were still able to be out by the pool and enjoy the outdoor spaces due to the location. Close walking distance to an amazing beach far enough away to avoid a windy cold breeze off the ocean! We are planning to book again! Owners were great to work with also ...Hard to come

Oasis for a Very Covid Christmas
My wife and I spent the week between X-mass and New Years of 2020 at the Palm Island rental, it's even the better than the images portray. The house is set up perfect and is appointed with everything you could possibly need. The pool was fantastic and the communication was flawless!
The island is quiet and peaceful, with only one dinning option that we passed on. With this knowledge we brought everything we needed for the week, cooked every meal in the well appointed Kitchen and loved every minute on Palm Island!
