This cute place worked out perfectly for our stay. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, and well furnished. It is in a safe and convenient neighborhood so it's one less thing we had to worry about during our hectic week with my son's commissioning week activities. The host Jenny was also very pleasant to communicate with. Overall, it's a 5-star place for sure!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Jenny & Patrick's place in Eastport, Annapolis and enjoyed every minute. We wanted to get a feel for the area, and visit with relatives in Davidsonville and friends in St Michael's. It was the perfect place to stay! We loved walking to the coffee shops and restaurants in Eastport, people were very friendly and we had some amazing food. Our VRBO was clean and so comfortable, had everything we needed and is in a great location. We will definitely rebook next time we're in town!

A spotless gem of a home on a quiet street a short walk from downtown Annapolis. Excellent restaurants nearby, plenty of free parking on the street.. A good value for the price.

Perfect spot for our family to spend with our midshipmen. Everything is walkable- and we loved taking the water taxi everyday from the abutting condo marina. We walked to dinner, the ocean is a block away from every side. Condo has everything you need, and on a quiet side street so parking was never an issue.

This property was absolutely perfect. We really appreciated the history behind this property and the way it has been updated. Unlike many properties, this is fully and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable, Much as we loved the location and taking advantage of the Eastport/Annapolis area, we enjoyed hanging out and actually carrying in for dinners, etc. The owners were readily available and welcoming. We will certainly return and recommend this rental to others.

Memorial Day weekend
The accommodations were exactly what we needed! Beautiful place, great location….we were forewarned that parking could be interesting due to the holiday weekend but always managed to find a spot in front of our place or just around the corner. The place was well kept and well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication before and during our stay. Definitely A+

So clean and excellent communication
I was so happy right when I opened the door to the townhouse. Everything was pristine and fresh. The owner was such an excellent communicator- the whole process was so easy. Location was great, parking was good. My only suggestion would be to upgrade cable. Our weather was cold a bit so we couldn't do as much outside, so only having 5 channels was a bit of a bummer. (I needed my HGTV fix!). I would give the overall experience 10 stars if I could!

Great Eastport option!
The house is beautiful and great location to DTA! We appreciated all of the extra cleaning /sanitizing items left for us as well as a nicely stocked kitchen and pantry as we find our best memories include chats over home-made meals! Jenny was great to work with throughout the process!

charming rehab of old buildings. parking was easy with our usual place next to our door. Well supplied kitchen making it easy to cook during covid lockdowns. Minor issues addressed quickly by owner. Very responsive.

This townhouse was the perfect place for a visit to the Annapolis and Washington DC area. We had everything we needed, very comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jennifer was quickly available to any questions we had. Very walkable and safe area. We had a great time!

Great home away from home
We had a wonderful time on our recent vacation. We are a family of four but also had a family friend with us for a few nights. The 3 boys fit perfectly in the second bedroom which had plenty of space for an inflatable mattress and the two twin beds. The master bedroom was large and both bedrooms had ample closet and drawer space. The home was very clean and had everything we needed as a "home base" for our busy week. It is in a great location and we never had a problem getting a parking spot. There are some great places to eat in Eastport, and of course, many more if you cross the bridge into historic Annapolis. There are local places to rent kayaks and SUPs. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages sent before and during our trip. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Home is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with water views nearby. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Inside the home was clean, modern, and cozy. Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have made it better would be better cable channels and a hammock lol. Besides that I give it 5 Stars. Will most likely return. Thanks ....

Super Clean & Convenient!
Awesome place! Very impressed with how clean it was and how quiet too. It is just a short walk to get over the bridge into downtown, although we liked the restaurants and coffee shops in Eastport better. Jenny was very responsive to all of our needs and anytime I contacted her looking for something...she had it neatly stored somewhere. Great spot!
