Great place in a quite neighborhood. My family loved the pool, where we could.hang out together. Also, tons of extra items in the garage for beach days, bike rides, and ping pong battles. The owner and caretaker were prompt to respond with questions or concerns. They even rushed over a new propane tank within in 30 minutes when it ran out. I highly recommend this property and owner.

The house and backyard were everything the owner and their pics said it would be. We felt like it was our own home as it was furnished and supplied with everything we needed from household items to bikes and beach gear.

We loved the house. The owner communicated very well before we arrived with everything we needed, including restaurant ideas, beaches around etc. The pool was perfect- the oversize chair was so comfy. And the backyard is beautiful, the lighting at night, flowers etc. The house was a great size for us, had plenty of towels, and they left plenty of supplies as well. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. First and foremost the host was excellent-very helpful and responsive (not that we had issues, but the host gave us a “heads up” that there was some street construction going on and was extremely helpful in navigating that hiccup). The pool and lanai/patio are great-very relaxing. Short bike ride (or long-ish walk) to Vanderbilt Beach. Great location. The only downside is the furnishings-definitely old and in need of refreshment/replacement. Overall we enjoyed the house, the host, the location and our stay. Thanks, John

The house is perfect for family, fun and relaxing with an incredible location. Close proximity to the beach made for an effortless vacation, not to mention, the host has everything you need from beach chairs and umbrellas to towels and bicycles. The heated pool provided hours of fun for the kids and there's a beautiful shaded area for those that aren't sun lovers. The ping pong table was an added bonus that we absolutely loved. The cherry on top is a very responsive host who really cares that her guests enjoy her property. Thanks Leslie for a great vacation!

Loved the property. The pool area is so beautiful. Everything is well maintained. We could not enjoy the beach because of the red tide. Found many wonderful restaurants. Especially enjoyed the hoagies that we had made at Publix. Would love to come back!

Nice house with a wonderful pool. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. Plenty of towels for both pool and beach. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage!
The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, as well. One slight negative was the periodic smell of cigarette smoke from a next door neighbor smoking in their backyard.
Overall we really enjoyed the house, its features and the surrounding area.

The owners were great to work with...the check in and check out was seamless. The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving for six adults. Our married kids LOVED that there were two spare rooms with Queen beds...most of the other rentals had twin (2) beds in one of the spare rooms. Nice that it had a room for watching TV close to pool (we were able to enjoy the Michigan/Ohio State Game...go U of M and watch team USA have a victory) and another room in front of house for just relaxing/reading, etc. The pool was perfect...nice that it had an area that was covered for those that don't like to be in the sun all of the time. Would recommend this place for sure!

Very nice pool area, quite area of the neighborhood, walking distance to two beaches, stores restaurants very close by. Lots of attrations and activities within 15 min of the house.

Leslie's beach house at Naples Park
Leslie's beach house is PHENOMENAL!!! Clean, spacious yet cozy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, blankets, beach equipment, bicycles, etc...everything you can possibly need during your stay is provided. The home is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas including the supermarket. EXCELLENT LOCATION indeed!!
The host...you can not ask for a better one. Leslie is friendly, approachable, helpful, accommodating and fast at responding. Her goal is to help make sure you're comfortable during your stay. She's a SUPER HOST without a doubt.
We have enjoyed 10 wonderful days in Naples. We look forward to coming back next year, and YES, staying at Leslie's beach home again.

Annual Naples Family Vacation
Property owner was very communicative - within minutes. Home was clean and beautiful, perfect for a family. Neighbors caused some issues when we lit fireworks so keep that in mind.

Exceptional home
We had such a great stay at this home. The pool, ping pong table, XBox, games, bikes, rooms, living/dining/family room layout, EVERYTHING was just perfect for our needs. I was addicted to the salt water pool and swam as often as 3x/day. I will try to book this home again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Leslie’s property. The house had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the pool and made great use of the bikes. The location cannot be beat. We spent time at beautiful Wiggins park and Vanderbilt beach. What truly stood out was the responsiveness of Leslie and her property manager Steve. On a Sunday night we had a glitch with the air conditioning. Steve came right away and it was resolved in no time. Highly recommend !!

Maybe my favorite rental house ever, and I've done this many times...
Just an adorable, comfortable, well appointed, well stocked, well located and private home. I always bring a "Go Box" on VRBO road trips, but this house had absolutely everything I needed, making all that prep unnecessary. a free bottle of champagne was a really nice touch. Leslie was so kind and easy to deal with. Zero complaints!

Great house close to amazing beaches
The house was great and with plenty of space for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), very well stocked and with an extra third room that we did not use. The pool was very nice, of great size and with heating (if needed). The property is conveniently located close to beaches at Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which we loved. The house also has plenty of beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) Leslie is a great host, who replies questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Lovely stay
Pictures don't do this home justice. Was beautiful, spacious, well equipped and the pool was a highlight for our entire family. We had a wonderful stay. The home was well equipped, in a quiet area but not far from everything else. Can't recommend this home enough. We were able to spend time together as a family, but also spread out when we needed to as there was a enough room for all five of us.

Great location and excellent pool
I stayed here for a week with my family. The property is in an excellent location. Walking or short car ride to everything. We spent a day at the Rigz which is down the street, went to Wiggins Pass daily, and there are plenty of great restaurants near by. Short ride old Naples, the peer, Tim City, and the zoo.
The property is clean and has a great pool. The pool is slightly small but it didn’t bother us. Some parts of the property are tired and the A/C can be noisy. The kitchen has everything you need. But any consumable like soap, paper towels, and food you will need to buy. Not a big deal because Walmart, Publix, and Whole Foods are really close. We grilled out a few nights, made tacos, had breakfast and most lunches at the location

We loved the pool
Overall the property was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the standout highlight being both salt water and heated. It was a welcome oasis from our normally cold climate and a secluded private hideaway from the packed beaches. AC works well, beds are comfy, and basics are in the kitchen. We did see a few ants indoors, but it's Florida after all. Toiletries/paper products were minimal and basic. That's really the only suggestion I have for improvements. Thanks for sharing your great property with us!

Hi - We were 4 adults and two toddlers. The house was great -- exactly as described. Large pool with a great seating area to either work from or just hang around. House was spacious so everyone had enough space. The location is excellent -- walking to distance to beach and state park. Or a quick drive to Publix and Walmart for anything you need. Communication with the owner and the handyman was also great. And the handyman lives close so any issues are taken care of immediately. Our family loved it. We'd be back.
