We had a fantastic time staying at the Cayman Reef Resort #21. It had the all the amenities you need in a condo and the location was great. We were in walking distance from so many restaurant options, the supermarket, and snorkeling gear rentals. We also loved the ocean views and sunsets.

We spent a week here, it was beautiful- loved the privacy we had with this condo location. The condo was set up nicely - we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The beach was a short walk as it’s eroded away directly in front of the condo (not the condos fault) but it was very nice to sit with the waves along the sea wall.

This was a fantastic place, perfect for two, right on the beach. We could hear the surf from the bedroom. Lots of restaurants wiithin walking distance.

The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Opening the curtains to see the view of the ocean just steps away was amazing.
The water was calm when we arrived, the white sand beach was perfect. We went snorkelling out front. Throughout the week the water became rougher and at the end of our stay there were big waves hitting the sea wall. Still beautiful & entertaining!
We would definitely stay here again.

The ocean front location and view were honestly the only 2 positives. My wife and I both said the unit is in desperate need of modernisation as I'm pretty sure it's all original. The kitchen cupboards are caked with gunk, so many appliances are old and rusty and much of the furniture is from the 1980 when I grew up. The beach was stunning but hard to get a seat due to the erosion, we didn't cook inside once as we were both a little grossed out at the state of the unit, it represents some of the worst value for money I've spent on my travels to 40+ countries.
After spending a week in rum point at a beautiful ocean front condo I'm quite dissapointed this is the end of the trip we will think of. Definitely better value for money options elsewhere on 7MB.

Its a great location. you can walk to Caymana Bay, the grocery store, about 20 restaurants and there is a liquor store across the street. Only negative is the once beautiful beach has eroded away. Some say its coming back, others say it never will.

Everything in this condo was perfect. We spent mornings on the screen porch with wonderful ocean views! The unit was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store.

We had the most amazing stay! I can't say enough about how wonderful our vacation was at this slice of island heaven. The view was perfect, the condo was exactly what I was hoping for. Harold made sure we had everything we needed. Before our stay was over, we already decided we were coming back to this very place. We felt so at home, it made celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary something I will never forget. :-)

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Great central location. We rented a car so we could heach hop since the beach in front of the resort was eroded. We had originally chose the Cayman Reef resort as the pictures showed a beautiful beach which is what was we were looking for. Unfortunately due to a few storms the beach has been washed away. That being said, the day we left, the seas calmed down and people were snorkeling and paddle boarding out front.
The unit is on a private side of the resort.

We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The view and proximity to the water was fantastic! Harold (the owner) checked in on us by calling to make sure we had everything we needed. There are several good restaurants within walking distance (Cimboco was our favorite). I would not hesitate to book here again.

This was an impromptu long weekend for our 21st anniversary. We stayed 3 nights and the condo was exactly as listed. It was literally steps out the screened porch to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the wall at night drinking wine and listening to the waves. Since it was a short trip, we didn’t want to make a production about going yo the grocery store and I’m happy to say, it was well stocked with coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, sugar etc. We didn’t cook any meals but could function with the bare necessities supplied. When we first arrived, it had a strong chemical smell but it slowly faded, they had just sprayed for bugs recently. We didn’t see any! The shower had great pressure but you need to let it run yo get hot. We went in June, which I’ve heard is the down season and I never felt like I was sharing space with strangers. The bed was comfortable. It was nice not having to pack beach towels. The beach in front of the condo is very short in width, only about 15 feet. It has a small 2 foot patch of coral/rocking area when entering beach but sanding out from there. It looked like a great snorkeling spot but we didn’t go. Don’t buy sunscreen at the beach shop across the road, it was $80. Do ho yo Cimbaco for breakfast, Peppers for a drink and BBQ, ride the public bus.. it’s so easy and like $2 person to ride up to mid-seven mile beach. Just wave your hand and they stop, no bud stop needed. Had a great dinner at saltwater grille!! Would stay again!

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! It’s the closest I have ever stayed to the ocean. Being able to wake up and have a cup of coffee over looking the waves was great. We snorkeled every day and we’re able to see many different kinds of fish just outside the condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book!

The unit is about 20-25steps from the 7-mile beach and has a very nice screened in patio overlooking the ocean. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive. Dining, shopping, and a supermarket are all easy walks. The unit is as advertised and is an appropriate size for two people. However, the kitchen is a bit cramped and does not have a dishwasher. We only cooked breakfast, so this was not a big deal, but it would be tight for more serious cooking. Overall, the unit as nice enough, but it could probably use an update in places. The beach is literally steps away and is in pretty good shape around the complex. The complex has a limited number of beach umbrellas, but they are generally taken early in the morning. However, the owner has an umbrella that you can take to the sea wall and there are lounge chairs, so this is essentially the same as being on the beach (people on the beach were literally on 3-4 feet away). All in all, I think the condo is a good value and with a fantastic location. Dealing with the owner is a pleasure. I would consider the unit again on a return trip.

Property was gorgeous, condo very nice and clean. The Best sleep on Bed and a wonderful Shower!! Kitchen is stocked but grocery store is very close. We rented a car for 4 days and then either walked or called a Taxi. The patio provides a awesome view and the beach and pool is where to be at Sunrise & Sunset!! I loved the round Inner tubes & take your water shoes.
We ate out breakfast out once and enjoyed 4 Restaurants but we mostly grilled out. Celebrated my Birthday and do hope we can go back again one day. The Host is Wonderful. Thank you Harold and M for the Greatest relaxing days needed. Paradise vacation. The Masons from N.C.

This was our third stay at Cayman Reef Resort and our first in this unit. The location of the unit is perfect. Just steps from the beach which was great for trips back to the condo for beverages. The enclosed porch was perfect for us to hang our dive equipment between dives. The condo is well stocked to do what we needed to for our stay. We were there for over a week and really enjoyed our stay. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. Communication was top notch for an easy check in and use of the condo. Thanks to Harold, we enjoyed our visit. Have to schedule another trip!!

Comfy condo on Seven Mile Beach
My husband and I just had a wonderful stay at this comfy condo perfectly situated on 7 mile beach. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Camana Bay where there are restaurants and grocery store. The bed was very comfortable, and the condo had all the amenities you would need. We are both divers, so the central location is perfect for getting picked up for your morning dive. We will be back next year!

Fabulous condo- clean and right in the beach! Snorkeling off the beach was great!! Other greats- full kitchen, lots of towels, washer and dryer, bed was super comfy! We will certainly be back!

Awesome front seat spot to the ocean
Has everything you need. Location was amazing! We wanted a place where we would have access straight to the beach & we weren’t disappointed. Hope to be back to stay here again. Never had a problem getting lounge chairs & umbrella. Host was excellent.

A basic but first class condo right on the water
I was alone, Children and grandchildren 4 miles away.
Kitchen has no dishwasher except me but that is no big deal
Lights were confusing and shower could be labelled which way is warm but these are very minor issues. Patio was great. I did not use the pool. Washer dryer worked fine but be careful not to use in evening or early morning . WIFI glitched but was repaired not units fault. Owner very cooperative. Parking space numbers are not in order

This property is lovely. Steps from seven mile beach...literally. Wake up and your exactly ten steps to sand. Water is very calm and inviting.
Check in and check out is sooo easy since property owner is very communicative and takes time to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Condo is very clean; and has all the amenities needed. Washer | dryer is definitely a huge plus. Absolutely wonderful. Second stay here; and will definitely be back. thanks again!

What a dream vacation! Open the door and you are on the beach. This condo and location was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and a king! The condo very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Easy walking to several restaurants. Fun walk down the beach to a local coffee shop with excellent lattes and yummy mango muffins. Sooooo happy that we went to Grand Cayman.
