It was a really nice, very clean hotel! The room was super nice, and big, and very clean! The staff was very friendly and courteous, breakfast was good... do not have one complaint!
Thought it was a bit pricey, but it was a very pleasant stay!

Not right on Hwy41, great location
Hot tub was not hot. Same temp as the pool. Breakfast was not impressive, at all. Not even satisfactory actually.

Location was close to our activities
Someone had vomited on the floor (hallway) where our room was located and the smell permeated throughout the entire space. It was incredibly strong and foul, so much so that we had to cover our nose and mouth with our jackets. The staff couldn’t have cared less about the situation, offered no apology and were generally aloof about the whole thing.

I didn’t get to stay. You guys don’t take cash my bank was closed it was Saturday. I couldn’t load my card and it doesn’t state card only. The site says card need on file but won’t be charged

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was clean and pretty comfortable.
I chose this hotel solely because the listing said this suite had a hot tub. The a portion of the listing is pasted below.

This suite's special feature is the hot tub. This suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath or a shower and free toiletries. Guests will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave in the fully equipped kitchenette. The suite also offers a barbecue. This air-conditioned suite includes a dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels a washing machine and a patio. The unit offers 2 beds.”
There was no hot tub nor was there a washing machine or a patio but what bothered me the most was the hot tub and by the time I found out there was no hot tub I could not cancel without being charged.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the pool was nice. Everything was great.
The image of our room made it look like there was two separate rooms with a door. However, when we got there, we received a room separated by a curtain. This made it harder to put out kids to bed.

Had to wait an hr for a room. Very little selection and very little food for bfast. Charged for a larger room, but given a smaller room. Hotel refused to give refund

The breakfast was good but out of all the choices you had i felt very much like it was alot of nothing.
The sofa mattress. The metal of the frame was so sharp that we even stacked tons of blankets on top of the mattress to make it better and it still didn't make it better. It was literally awful for my kids to have to sleep in and spending near $300 for a ONE NIGHT STAY was ridiculous and they didn't even get ANY rest!!

My family and I really enjoyed the whole facility, especially the pool and spa! The pool was very warm, SUPER friendly staff who were there to help whenever needed. Beds, rooms, and lobby were all VERY clean! we loved our stay and will be back!
