Si está buscando un pedacito de cielo, lo ha encontrado. Una casa única frente al lago con "millas" y me refiero a "millas" de vistas al lago sin obstáculos. Este lote de lago muy especial es llano, tiene aguas profundas, un patio espectacular y su propia rampa para botes. La casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, todas con vistas infinitas del lago Norman. El enorme patio trasero cubierto permite una siesta en la mañana o la tarde o es el lugar de reunión perfecto para la familia. Esta casa está escondida en una cala tranquila, por lo que no tiene el tráfico del canal principal, pero aún tiene la 'vista del canal principal hasta donde alcanza la vista. Hay muchas actividades (golf, tenis, compras, restaurantes, etc.) dentro del área inmediata, pero creo que la mayoría de las personas simplemente disfrutan de sentarse en el patio y dejar que el estrés de la vida cotidiana se desvanezca. Si experimentas una semana en este tranquilo refugio en el lago, sé que volverás por más.

We stayed here for our “last family vacay” for a bit. We have a son leaving for basic training within a month and after that we have no idea where he will end up. The pictures do NOT do this home justice. It’s beautiful and the lake view…WOW! Having the boat available for rent at the end of the dock was like the icing on the cake. Even though we only had one day of great weather, thanks to the storm Debby, we had a great time. Communication with the owner was so easy. 10/10 would stay here again!

3 moms and 4 teens rented this house to celebrate the summer birthdays of our boys. The house fit us perfectly and the location on the lake was great! We enjoyed renting the boat that came with the house so the boys could tube. Our only complaint was it lacked the starter supplies that typically come with house rentals. There were no paper towels when we arrived, all the toilet paper in each bathroom was close to running out and there was only 1 dishwasher pod under the sink. Overall, this house was great and we had an amazing time!

Such a great rental. It accommodated our family visiting in town for a wedding just as we had hoped. The host was helpful and communicative. We would love to stay again.

Clean, cozy and well stocked. My first thanksgiving without extended family. It was just my family of four and it was great. Peyton’s place is a perfect family vacation spot with full lake view. We loved that we didn’t have to entertain our boys. The lake took care of that. Our boys went fishing everyday. We enjoyed every minute. Thanks again Danny!

We had the best time at what a view! The view is just beautiful! My boys fished all weekend long. The house is stocked with all the things you need! Owner is very responsive and helpful. It was truly an incredible weekend!

I have stayed on Lake Norman several times and this by far is my favorite property. A great back yard that offers a great wide open view of the lake. The covered back patio was great to relax on in the evenings. The accommodations were clean and had more than enough room for our family of 6. I look forward to stayin again.

I consider the cleaning fee to be a scam. At the front door I was met with spiderwebs. The porch light fixture was so full of dead bugs that the light barely shined through it. One showers curtain had red mold growth. A dripping faucet in the master tub had left extensive green residue. The top of the refrigerator was caked with dust. The oven was filthy. I opened a cooler on the patio and found stagnant water and a moldy ball. The toilet in the master bath would run unless the flush handle was manipulated. The floor felt dirty. A rug in the living room was stained or dirty. It was clear that only the most superficial cleanings had been done and the dirt accumulated over a long period of time. I have pictures to document the condition of the rental. think that I should be refunded the cleaning and set up fee.

The best short stay rental we have had. Perfect spot on the lake. Definitely worth renting the pontoon boat as well. House is clean and very comfortable. Beds are quality too. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything you may need. The bedrooms were a little smaller than pictured and all but the master lacked closet space. The den, kitchen and outdoor porches provided plenty of gathering space. Overall a great place to enjoy some family time with a beautiful view.

My family and I enjoyed our time here sooo much . I could just live on the porch forever!! The bedrooms are a tad small with the exception of the master . But the kitchen had everything we needed . We always travel well stocked but this kitchen had more than most 🙌🏼Just bring drinking water and don’t be shocked by the color of the water (well water I guess) Tv worked great !! Everything was clean and Danny’s instructions were a breeze to follow compared to other places we have been .. Great property and Host !!!

Spent a week on Lake Norman. This was a great house with a great owner. Danny was very easy and quick to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was a great host. The house is in a perfect location and has everything needed for a week away from home. Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. Take advantage of renting Danny’s boat or jet ski as both provide some fun family time. Bring your fishing gear too as we caught numerous catfish right off the dock at night. Back porch was a daily gathering spot for everyone. Would definitely stay again!!

The house is spacious and clean and Danny communicated and made sure we had what we needed. We had our family thanksgiving there and the kitchen was awesome to cook in and the kiddos loved playing football in the big yard! Awesome location. Feels very private and quiet. Would recommend!!

This property is one to return to. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and has the perfect cozy lake house feel. The showstopper is the back covered patio and unbelievable views of the lake. The flat yard provided space for the children to run around whilst we (the adults) sat outside to take it all in! I reserved this house because of the pictures of their view, location on the lake & their back patio. Love to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while soaking in the lake & sky. Everything was as described. Nice neighborhood in which to walk, covered parking, clean house with plenty of seating inside & out. I would recommend bringing paper towels & Keurig pods, if you like coffee, and If you'll want to do laundry, bring some pods. There is salt & pepper & spices in the kitchen cupboard & there were dishwasher pods, hand & dish soap The beds were comfortable, and the owner was quick to respond & welcomed any questions. I would recommend!

We gathered for a family reunion of sorts with members ages 3 months to 58 years. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The house was very clean and has been nicely remodeled. The master bedroom is amazing. The others are a little small without much closet space. The part of the house we loved the most is the back porch: huge, very livable and relaxing; we ate all of our meals there. The boat (separate rental process) is a nice feature and one I would highly recommend. Our host Danny went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable.

The home was beautiful and spacious, and it was the perfect weekend getaway retreat! The huge covered back porch was great for leisurely mornings eating breakfast and taking a break from the sun over lunch. We loved being able to walk right down to the dock for immediate lake access and had lots of fun floating in the water around it. The house itself had a great setup with a nice central kitchen. We couldn't have picked a better place and would be happy to come back here any time! Thank you for having us!

This was an amazing property on the lake. We did lots of swimming, boating and just hanging out on the large covered porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of space inside and outside. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice spot on the lake. We did have water pressure issues 2 days. Each time I reached out the owner had someone there to take care of the issue. Another day had an issue with the AC and once again the owner got it resolved ASAP. Overall I would give it a 4. I know things can happen that's why the 4 rating. I would stay again.
