Great house and neighborhood in Yarmoth. Close to our favorite Mayflower beach and lots of other beaches close by. Quiet neighborhood great for walks and bike rides with the kids. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation in Cape Cod. Great views of the Sunset over Cape Cod Bay.

View was great from deck. Amenities and supplies, more than adequate. Front entrance at seating area was full of large cobwebs. Twin bed coverlets were dirty and one bed had bugs on it. Back yard is lovely but grass was 6 inches high under picnic table. Messy area with screens and lawn furniture.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s was a perfect place to be at Cape Cod. It’s not too big not too small, perfect for 4 or more people. Everything is clean and comfortable. Whatever you need you can find here. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and of course makes you relax. Dog freindly house, our dog was happy to stay here too. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The house was much more spacious than the pictures implied. The back deck was large and comfortable as was the living room and kitchen. The house is located at the end of a quiet street and feels quite private, as the back borders on a marsh with sunset views. all in all I would definitely recommend this listing!

Always enjoy staying here, David is easy to deal with, my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, due to wife's schedule

Communication was poor. I didn’t get responses until 5+ days later. Choose this property for central air and view. The central air was not working and David did not tell me until the evening after we checked in and had been there for a couple of hours. We thought it was off and so we closed windows, turned it on and went out for a walk. The house smelt very musty possibly because of the air be off. When I spoke with David he said he had not found AC units but if we did he’d reimburse us. It was not our responsibility to solve the problem. The beds had not been made and the cleaning person left us a note that sheets were in the dryer. The view has become over grown and isn’t as visible as the pictures show. We decided to leave and she refunded us. This trip was planned out months in advance. Very disappointing.

Great stay in Yarmouth. Beautiful neighborhood, great for walks. Conservation land right in the back yard. Good communication from David. Nice new grill and outside furniture.

I would definitely rent again if given the chance.

Beautiful location!! Easy to find!!

This home has a beautiful view and is well stocked with beach equipment. There is a trail entrance nearby that leads to Grey's Beach. I found it on my own on my last day. The only unexpected finding upon arrival was that the 1/2 bath is located in the laundry room which isn't temp controlled and it is also very small.

We love this place . The view is spectacular in a great neighborhood with great restaurants in the area. I think this is our fourth time staying there. Our dogs love it too.

We had a lovely stay. The house was better then we expected and very private. Everything you could need was there. It was very comfortable.

Home very comfortable, well stocked with essentials. Air conditioning a plus...not the norm for a cape home. Views beautiful. Neighborhood lovely.

The view is amazing. Wide open marsh and ocean with dramatic changes with the tides and weather. Beautiful sunsets. Very nice accommodations. Quiet, private setting. Lovely walking trails to the beach.

great location, nicely kept home in a very quite neighborhood all the necessitys of home, great views off deck..

We spent a wonderful four weeks at this house, and we enjoyed it immensely. It was very comfortable, had a gorgeous view from both the living room and out on the deck, and was situated in a great neighborhood that made a wonderful place for long walks. That it was pet friendly made it possible for us to spend the extended time there, and our dog Chloe was also very comfortable there. During the few hot days we had (most were pleasant "Cape" temperatures), it was nice to have the AC.

Everything about these accommodations worked beautifully for we 4 adults and Labrador. The house has everything we could want or need, well kept, clean, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The view is beautiful, and the sunsets amazing. Even on a rainy afternoon the home is big enough to not get in each other's way. It was a seamless check-in check-out process, and my only regret is that I didn't book it for longer. I would definitely book again in the future.

Overall a pleasant stay- Spacious 2 bedroom w amazing marsh and water view from living room. Large screen TV and well appointed w linens, kitchen condiments. Needs a little upkeep- bathtub very slow to drain and bathroom sink could use some cosmetic improvements Overall clean and comfortable, would stay there again

I found this lovely gem while on the Cape in July and was so happy it was available for the week of Thanksgiving as it was only about 3 miles from my brothers house. It is a spacious home in a tranquil setting. The kitchen had everything you would need for the dishes I was to bring to my brothers home. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach and with the mild temperatures, only a sweatshirt was needed. It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and being on the marsh, allowed for the sounds of many types of birds.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The quiet neighborhood and beautiful view from the deck led to a calm and relaxing week. When we did venture out, we were a short drive away from many activities (beach/kayaking, playground, mini golf/amusement park) for our children to enjoy. The house had everything we could ask for and was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

We felt at home immediately in this very comfy house. A criteria for our rental was a view and watching the salt marsh ebb and flow along with all the bird and wildlife was a high point for our vacation. Even mellowed out our energetic Aussie who seemed content to layout on the deck. Loved the open living room with the wall of windows. Allowed for a view even on the cool mornings. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the daily walks to Gray's Beach and exploring all the side roads of Yarmouth, Brewster and Dennis. Good central location to all points of the Cape. Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. It was just the two of us, with guests for a few overnights. Great house to entertain in.

We were very pleased with this rental. We had 5 guys getting together for our 60th birth years and we all wanted to have our own beds. The house has two twin beds, a full bed and a full convertible sofa that accommodated 4 of us. We made a "bed" on the living room floor out of the extra supply of mattress pads that were readily available for the fifth guy and everyone slept like babies. the neighborhood is very nice, and quiet. The views off the back deck are really nice. I would recommend this rental and hope to use it again.
