DEWEY Beach Block Cottage on the Best Block in Dewey!
Muy bonita central con aire acondicionado / bomba de calor 2BR / 1BA cabaña de playa en el corazón de Dewey en Ocean Block (Saulsbury Street) es perfecto para una pareja o una familia pequeña. (a unos 250 pies de la playa). Limpio y muy limpio, limpio entre los inquilinos por buen amigo, no por el servicio. Spreads y alfombras de baño cambian semanalmente. Dos dormitorios, ambos con 1 cama de matrimonio cada uno, (uno es de temperpedic) y ambos con ventiladores de techo. TV de pantalla plana con DVD y ventilador de techo en LR. Sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar para invitados ocasionales. La ocupación máxima cómoda es 4 pero está permitida a 6 (discreción del propietario). Ducha exterior. Porche con techo abovedado y ventilador de techo. ¡Gran casita! Los niños pueden caminar hasta la playa. No hay caminos muy transitados para cruzar. Muchos clientes repetidos y satisfechos durante años. Hemos tenido esta propiedad desde 1994. My daughter and her friend and I had a great few days at this cottage. Great location - easy walk to restaurants/small markets and most importantly, to the beach. And the walk to the boardwalk at Rehoboth isn't too long (and is an even shorter drive). Highly recommend the cottage! We will come again!

Small but perfect for our needs (family of 4 with 2 preschoolers). The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach and, in the other direction, several restaurants and shops. No need to drive anywhere!

This clean and cozy cottage is close to the beach, the bars, the brewery, the restaurants. If you want to walk out to watch the sunrise in the morning, have coffee in the quiet of a classic beach cottage, and then wander the wonders of Dewey--or Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen just minutes north by car--this is a great spot to do it from.

First impression was the cleanliness. Cozy little cottage in a perfect location. The outside shower was so nice for cleaning up after a day at the beach. It was nice to be able to walk from the beach to the house for a cool air break. Thank you for sharing your little cottage with us.

We loved this cozy beach cottage in a perfect location! It is compact but is laid out well and still packs in a ton of features, including laundry, a sunny enclosed porch, and an outdoor shower. We would definitely stay again!

No frills,very small but certainly pleasant enough. Four or so houses from the beach and the Starboard right across on Rt. 1. We were able to walk everywhere in Dewy and took the Trolly into Rehoboth.

My family and I enjoyed the cozy house. It was close to the beach, restaurants and stores. It was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the front porch. Our long weekend was very enjoyable.

Our family of four had a great time and really appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage. We found it to be exactly as described. Quick and easy access to the beach, close to everything in Dewey and only a 20-minute walk on the beach to the Rehoboth boardwalk. Appreciated all the amenities of the cottage, especially the front porch area. Owner was great to work with. We look forward to our next visit!

We'd be happy to stay there again. It's great that it's on the beach block, and there several fun restaurants that are a short walk away. Liquor store and convenience store, too. Loved the warm outdoor shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach!

Great spot for having small children. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Short walk to the beach and convenient to walk to restaurants, convenience stores, beach stores, etc. Really don't need your car once you arrive.

Once you park your car there is no reason to move it. Minutes to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. The pics give an impression that the unit is bigger than it is.

Great place for a small family
We spent 3 days at this cottage. It was perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. Great location right down from the beach with restaurants and coffee right up the street. We will definitely be staying there again!

We had a great Memorial Day weekend at this property. It was in the perfect location right by the beach and main restaurants. Elizabeth was very helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a long weekend here for a girls trip. The house is in an excellent location and is just what we needed. No frills, cool air conditioning and a lovely little covered front porch to watch storms roll in. Steps to the beach and steps to great night life. The house was clean on arrival, I would absolutely rent again!
