Nuestro acogedor condominio tipo estudio tiene pisos cerámicos y gabinetes con encimera de granito. Tenemos una cama individual con un sofá cama para hacer dos camas individuales juntas. (comprado en Ikea) Encontrará nuestro estudio cómodo y muy limpio y recién pintado y decorado. Cuenta con una piscina con acceso a la hermosa playa.
La propiedad se encuentra directamente en la playa (acceso directo). Los períodos de alquiler varían de corto plazo (mínimo dos días) a largo plazo (meses), y las tarifas dependen de la época del año y la duración del alquiler. Tenemos licencia de la Ciudad de Miami Beach y el Estado de Florida.

We stayed two nights before going on our cruise to the Bahamas. We enjoyed south beach in Miami. The gelato we had was delicious. Bayside Marketplace was cool to see. Fun thriller boat from @ Bayside . Good places to eat as well there.

Everything was great except the lift does not work from time to time and being on the 3rd floor can be problematic for some. Do not eat at Montana’s, they rip visitors off on the bill. BIG NO NO for Montanas.

I didn’t know I was signing up to be an exterminator when I booked this stay! I killed at least 30 or so bugs one morning and within the span of 20 minutes the ENTIRE window was covered with flies! Quick walk down to the local Walgreens to get some raid to solve the problem (it did).The elevator in the building was in and out of commission (& a bit outdated) so be prepared to take the stairs. OVERALL great little apartment and you simply cannot beat the location. A few steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Loved that the owners included 2 lawn chairs + coolers as well as beach towels. & the beach loungers and umbrella rental on the beach FOR FREE provided by the owners was such a perfect amenity. Great location, great price, great hosts, good property…would visit again!

I stayed with my husband and 17 month old son. The room itself was very clean and as described in the listing. It was small, but perfect for a couple. The condo was old and outdated but in a safe area. You will have to park your car several miles away from the condo if you do choose to bring a vehicle, but we enjoyed our daily walks. Communication was super easy and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet location on a beautiful beach! This was just the right amount of space for my daughter and I. We were able to walk to lots of things. The Art deco district is so beautiful and unique!

This was an amazing place right next to south beach. I loved being able to walk to the beach at any time of day. The hosts also left a list of good places to eat and visit in the area. Stay here for a great Miami experience!

We enjoyed our short stay. We walked down the beach and was able to walk to down ocean drive where there were so many delicious looking restaurants. This was perfect right after our Caribbean cruise.

This is a small condo at a great Location backing onto South Beach with beach beds included. Parking was also a massive plus and inexpensive. It is fit for two people only for a few days that are happy to self cater. Accessible to all local amenities. Good value for what is available at South Beach. Bargain!!

This property is very well situated for beach fun, walks to the southern part of the island and the Ocean Drive hotels and restaurants. It is very small but has all the kitchen amenities as well as a nice shower/bathroom. A couple things that irritated me a bit (hence, 3 stars): 1) there was constant noise from the neighbor's unit because their fire alarm was on low battery and no one could enter that property and fix the situation, 2) I couldn't get the bed to pull out and widen. Twin bed is OK but queen is much better - the instructions I was given I wasn't able to follow (maybe a YouTube video link can help for future guests unless I'm the only one unfamiliar with pull-out beds).

Small studio very clean safe and quiet. Convenient access to the pool and beach. Really enjoyed the amenities like discounted parking rates and chair and umbrella rental. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Given the price range in South Beach, this apartment offers considerable value. The host stands out for their friendliness and willingness to assist. A notable example of their helpfulness is the provision for guests to park their car at a minimal cost nearby, which we found to be extremely beneficial. However, the apartment itself, along with the provided guest information, is in dire need of updates. Several items, including the bed, were found to be broken, and although the air conditioning was functional, it emitted a strong and unpleasant odor. Consequently, we chose to depart from the apartment two days earlier than planned. As first-time visitors to South Beach and Florida, our frame of reference is limited, which may affect our assessment of the apartment's overall value. Yet, it's clear that with little investment in time and money, the quality of this accommodation could be significantly improved. Despite these issues, the apartment's location is excellent, and the hosts are exceptionally accommodating.

Apartment was cousy and nice. Air inside the building could have been better and pool was quite dirty looking so we didnt use it. Location was fantastic and Gary and his wife so nice and flexible. Thank you !

Very nice studio. Equipped with kitchen essentials for 3 night stay. Loved the location south of 5th. Walkable to restaurants and large Walgreens. Enjoyed happy hour at Santorini by Georgios few minutes walk down boardwalk behind apartment. Beautiful beach behind building so no need to cross busy street. Complimentary beach umbrella and chairs are big plus. Gary and Elena provide app to get reduced parking another big plus. $3.21 per day. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time in South Beach. The unit was as described and the property manager was very attentive. It was definitly all about the Location!! Would definitly stay at this property again.

The hosts were great. My husband left a few items of clothing in a drawer and Maria washed and mailed them to us! Only downside was the construction in the building next door was loud and the pool was cold and not particularly clean so we didn't use the pool - but with the beach so close we ended up not needing the pool anyway. I would recommend this property.

We stayed here before our cruise and it was perfect. The location is great. The only things that I would say need to be looked at is the overall smell (even though it is an older building) and we didnt have hot water in our shower for the two nights. It didnt bother us much so we didnt feel the need to compalin. The host Gary is wonderful. He responded promptly and accommodated our needs that we requested before the stay. Thank you so much. We will be back and have already referred your place to others.

The location was great. The building was old, but clean. The building was a little noisy at times just because the floors are not carpeted and you can hear people in the hallway. No fault to the host just a symptom of an older building access to the beach was great. Parking was an added perk
