We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, but hands-down this condo was the cleanest, best-maintained property we have ever stayed! All communications from Belinda were extremely informative and helpful and she was always prompt in responding quickly to any inquiries! The location was great; close to beautiful beaches and we loved having a nice grocery store nearby. The Incline Village area is way less commercialized than the South. Beach area. We had a wonderful stay in Tahoe!!

Belinda is the most wonderful host, and her home is beautiful. I work in Incline Village every summer, and this was the perfect place for me. Walking distance to the lake, and very close to everything else. I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at this property in Incline Village for 4 days. The condo is the perfect size for two people, and it is nicely decorated, well-maintained, and well-equipped with everything one might need. Furthermore, the condo is exceptionally clean (which is very important to me). The McCloud community, where the condo is located, is very peaceful and conveniently located to local grocery store, restaurants, the recreation and tennis/pickleball centers, walking trails, and sightseeing. Honestly, I want to move here! Last, but not least, the owners are the best communicators and the most organized hosts I have ever dealt with in all my years of traveling. We greatly appreciated all of the resources provided to us too. In conclusion, we HIGHLY recommend this property.

The property was very nice, there was a small garage for parking and very organized documentation on the amenities. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helped make our stay a great one. I highly recommend renting this spot.

Our host was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances. The place was very clean. The furnishings/decor were warm and inviting. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away for him and I for his birthday. Thank you Belinda!

The location of this property several blocks from the lake is priceless. The condo complex is well-maintained and the unit itself was very clean and thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Very responsive and attentive host who went out of their way to make the stay delightful. This vacation rental deserves its high rating. (FYI, the garage is a smaller 1980s garage and may not fit a larger SUV, but a permit is provided by the host for parking close to the unit.)

Condo was warm and cozy. I could feel the love that went into every detail of my stay.
Host went above and beyond, when it came to communication. Clearly written instructions and youtube videos were included. If I had questions, the host got back to me right away. I felt safe and supported as a 65 year old woman staying alone for 4 days.
I highly recommend this rental and will be planning another getaway here soon!

Excellent Choice
The condo was excellent. Everything we needed was available to us. It's a very short walk to Lakeshore Drive, grocery shopping and restaurants are also close by. There even is a peekaboo view of the lake. Highly recommend.

Great vacation in Incline Village!
This was a very comfortably 1-bedroom condo for two adults. Belinda was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The condo is in a large complex which is within walking distance to multiple restaurants as well as the beach. We had a brief glitch upon arrival at 10pm when the garage door wasn't working, but Belinda and David answered our call immediately and addressed the issue which was resolved quickly. Definitely recommend!

Terrific time in Tahoe
We wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Tahoe where we had spent our weekends in our early years of marriage. We found this wonderful 1 bed 1 bath condo on VRBO. The homeowners were very welcoming. They kept in great communication with very detailed welcoming emails. The condo is in a great location, just minutes from Diamond Peak and the lake shore. We were able to ski/board and snowshoe then relax by the fireplace back at the condo. A very magical memory for us.

Beautiful Experience
Wonderful weekend in this condo- the owners were terrific providing us information and made us feel at ease with all procedures and operations. Cute and cozy, well stocked and easy to access, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice to have an enclosed garage in the winter months.

Awesome stay!
Booked this property for our 1st year anniversary. This place was great! This is the perfect size property for a couple or a single traveler. The location was perfect as to what we had planned. Very quite condo complex that was easy to find and get to. Everything in the condo worked and was presented well. I'd book this place again in the future. The property owners were great in communication and very kind. Don't miss out on this place. Book it!

Fabulous visit
My husband and I had a wonderful 5 day stay in this spectacular condo. Belinda has thought of EVERYTHING you might need. Minutes to groceries and restaurants; steps to your own beautiful, private beach on the lake. If you have a question, it’s probably already answered in Belinda’s outstanding communications received in advance. Nice and spacious for 2, really comfy bed, STRONG shower, very well stocked kitchen. The unit really did exceed our expectations. Incline Village is a “quieter” community on the Lake - exactly what we needed.

Serenity
Everything was as we hoped. Clean and cozy. The place was well decorated and had all the cooking and other utensils needed. It was quiet, and the tv streaming was great. We were under the impression that one of the hot tubs would be available and they were not. All in all though we had a great stay and loved the proximity to the town and lake!

Wonderful Ski Trip at Tahoe
We had an incredible stay at Belinda and David's condo in Incline Village. This area is truly heaven on earth. Belinda is incredibly thorough with details and recommendations. We skied one day at Diamond Peak but wished we only skied there. The views are breathtaking. Really enjoyed hiking the new "Impossible Trail" that departs from Incline Village and takes you south to Sand Bay. About 5-miles round trip with awesome views and scenery. Had a fun day shopping and hanging out twith the cool people in Truckee. Accomodations were wonderful! Can't wait to return.

Property was very clean, instruction for all amenities were very clear and communication was constant. Great recommendations for local restaurants and location was perfect for the getaway my husband and I planned. Highly recommend for a 2 person vacation.

Perfect getaway home
This place was a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion! The home was clean, we love the decor, everything was updated and in perfect working order (which is a first in our experience), and the home was stocked with everything we needed and so much more!
Belinda and David were absolutely wonderful hosts and provided us with so many helpful suggestions. They were also very clear in all communication, and I appreciate that the emails were labeled and the absolutely essential information was all in one email.
We hopefully will get to come back for the summer and stay in this home by the beach!

Just what we wanted
Extremely comfortable place with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, garage (small as advertised but our car fit), lots of room, extensive instructions on how to operate entertainment system/aplliances, and genuine quiet. Belinda was delightful to deal with by phone and email. Only 45 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes to Alpine Meadows. We would happily stay here again.

Peaceful and quiet weekend
Our few nights in this Incline Village condo were quiet and restful. Host had scads of helpful info in email and a shared online drive that was shared. We had a great dinner at the Hyatt from one recommendation and took a drive down to Zephyr Cove to take the Emerald Bay cruise on the lake, which was a great way to see the lake and learn of it's history and geology. Highly recommended host and a great place to stay.

Great place to stay!
We loved staying in this condo and it worked out great for my daughter and I! It had all that we needed and was super comfortable and lovely. We would for sure stay there again as it was close to everything including a playground, skiing and store nearby! Thank you so much!
