The condo was clean and had the basics needed for cooking/kitchen. The owners were communicative. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The location was good and close to restaurants and groceries. It does; however, need an update as the appliances, faucets, etc were outdated. One downside is the air conditioner was not able to keep the place cool and it was hard to sleep at night. I did not get much sleep during our 2 night stay. Also, both bedroom ceiling fans need to be replaced or balanced as they both made noises while running making it even more frustrating and difficult to sleep comfortably. The pool closes at dusk and the security guard will make sure you are out of the pool area promptly at dusk. It is unfortunate the pool closes so early since some people enjoy swimming in the evening when the sun isn’t so intense. The beach equipment may need replacing soon as one umbrella is broken and there are only 2 beach towels provided total, not each room. Hope this review is helpful.

My husband and our friends celebrated wedding anniversary's. The property and location were perfect. Our host was very responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

Property was very nice. Having a bathroom near each bedroom was very convenient. Property was a short drive to the beach and we were very pleased with the beach items that were available for our use. The communication from the host was very helpful, very quick, and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and found the property to be all we needed for a great long weekend in Melbourne.

Cozy apartment in a clean condo complex. This unit is on the ground floor with very easy access to the parking lot and pool. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the washer and dryer was a plus!
It is located on a main thoroughfare but there was no discernible traffic noise.

Very cozy and comfortable. Great to have two full bathrooms (with four girls on the weekend!) The location was close to the beach (down the street). The property had a well-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and some kids’ pool toys. Excellent communication with staff, too. A great place to stay!!

The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and very well prepared. We arrived to a welcome message with bottle of wine and snacks. The condo has every convenience and the consideration of coffee, laundry detergents, dishwaher soap etc was appreciated. Location- perfect fir beach and shopping! The communication was beyond anything we've experienced- thank you Logan 10 x 10. Looking forward to rebooking-,

Excellent and prompt replies to minor issue and questions on first night. Very clean and comfortable for us (2 adult couples). Everything is accurate as shown in pictures. Patio is not really a place to relax with bushes surrounding it but no view otherwise, but that was obvious in listing photos, and with Florida heat and insects it wasn’t really needed. Beach very close though not really a safe walk - cross busy road to reach it. Nice amenities and great value! Oh and very cute ducks, birds etc on property in the small pond. We didn’t use pool but it looked nice and clean.

Great location, close to beautiful beaches, very clean and welcoming. The manager checked in with us more than once to see if there was anything we needed. Condo was just lovely and had everything we needed, including coffee, some snacks, shampoo, beach chairs and towels. Lots of great restaurants and supermarket nearby. We would definitely love to come back again soon!

We had a great experience renting this two bedroom condo in Melbourne, Florida! It couldn’t have been easier - the owner was very helpful! We loved the nice pool and hot tub just steps away! We especially loved the beaches in the area - literally minutes away (a short drive)! It was great to have a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bedrooms with nice beds and two full bathrooms! It was calm and quiet - very relaxing for us!! Great value for the cost!!!

Perfect location of unit. Short walk or drive to the beach & many great restaurants. The community pool was great. Unit was VERY nice & had everything needed for our time there.....beach chairs, towels . Pedro , Laura, & Logan responsed immediately when we had a question. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Two blocks from carnova beach, stores, restaurants. Wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. Cozy beach decorated 2 bed,2 bath updated unit.Bed Pillows and couch need to be updated. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. Lots of places to eat locally and lots to do. People in the condos were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat, but some cleaning is needed under couch (popcorn was still there from a previous client). Furniture needs to be upgraded (very uncomfortable couch and chairs). Fans were very noisy. But, Pedro was super responsive to our concerns. We had an issue with the fridge requiring repair and he contacted the appliance repair people and met them there so we would not be inconvenienced. Overall a pleasant stay.

Condo temp was 59-61 degrees- freezing because thermostat programmed only for cooling not heat. Communication to property manager is all by email. Phone contact provided - mailbox is full- cannot leave message.

The property was clean and quiet. The pool was great! Lots of comp items from the bath to the kitchen for you use during your stay. A lot of shopping close by. I would not walk to the beach. I do think a new couch is needed; it was very soft low for us in us 70 + folks.
We did have a couple of problems, but they were resolved quickly. Overall, I would stay again.

The condo was just as described! Easy access to the beach and local restaurants and entertainment. Close to everything we wanted to see. We had a wonderful experience. Communication was on point and the host was very accommodating. We cannot wait to come back and see Artemis finally launch!!

The property was very nice and clean. I wouldn't walk to the beach, but it is a very easy short drive (about 5 minutes if that). I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Older building that has been refurbished. Location is very convenient to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Street outside the unit is very busy and be noisy with trucks and motorcycles though not constant or a big deal. Bedding is very personal, but my daughter and I found the beds to be quite hard but again, others might love that. The couch also sits super low. Had sufficient plates, cups, etc. Did not cook while there so cannot speak to pots and pans. Pedro is an amazing host-very professional and responsive. Great place to stay for visiting Melbourne beaches and restaurants.

We enjoyed the place and the location. When we had a minor problem the owner was there immediately and took care of it. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We would be happy to go back again.
