Newly renovated: Atlantic Beach Retreat
Este condominio frente al mar recientemente renovado es perfecto para una pareja o una familia pequeña que buscan escaparse de un hogar lejos del hogar. We have been staying at the Sands for 14 years and we have never stayed in a unit as nice as this one. The owners' renovations are indeed as lovely as the pictures. The unit is well stocked and well maintained and Kathleen, the owner, was wonderful. She was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was in order and we enjoyed our time there - which we definitely did!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The owner went above and beyond and had the best communication and professionalism. Everything from entry, security, passcodes, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. was a seamless easy experience. Atlantic Beach is the best and this property makes it even better.

My husband and I recently visited and we had a great stay. The condo was in a great location on the property and the condo had everything we needed plus the owner was super helpful. The double sinks and full kitchen were definitely a plus for us. Also, the beach was not over crowded vs other places we have stayed.

Kathleen was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. She gave us access to her storage area that had everything we could need to enjoy the beach (wagon, chairs, shibumi, boogie boards). The condo location is nice and quiet, at least in early June, and was very clean. Found some rare shells, but unfortunately not 1 single shark tooth! 100% recommend this property and would definitely consider coming back.

Our family of five stayed comfortably for three nights at the end of May. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual space was better than the pictures. Our friends, who also stayed in the complex, were envious of the unit. Everything is updated and clean. The owner is responsive and friendly. The beds are comfortable, everything works, and it feels warm and inviting. We liked it so much that we automatically booked another stay.

My wife, father ,stepmom and brother stayed recently for my nephews wedding and had a great time. The condo was great with full kitchen, great view, close to the beach and had everything we needed. Kathleen was awesome with communication. I would highly recommend this condo

The owner of this property is the most proactive and personal communicator I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. The condo was clean, comfortable, and modern. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The beach was a short walk. It was clean and not at all crowded. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay - the condo is clean, modern, well stocked, and in a beautiful location with easy access to the beach. Kathleen was super responsive and always willing to help. There was a little more setup/cleanup than expected (making the beds upon arrival, running and emptying dishwasher before checkout, washing/drying used beach towels), but the check-in and check-out process was otherwise seamless. Highly recommend!

A great rental right next to the beach. Our family was very comfortable here and we had easy communication with the owner. My only note is that Atlantic Beach is very windy. Don't bring a tent, it won't stand. We'd love to come back some time!

Bliss
This apartment was located in the perfect corner of the condo. The room has a beautiful view from living room and master suite. Everything was well kept with nice updates. The amenities were perfect! It was everything we could have hoped for and more! The beds were so comfortable we all slept great all week. The owner/manager communicated with us and ensured all of our needs, questions, and concerns were addressed and quickly. Truly grateful for all of her hospitality.

The unit was exactly what we needed! Our only complaint was that the walk to the beach was a little longer than we would have liked, but with the dunes being so wide (and necessary for protection), it was understandable. The owner was super easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The shower heads may need to be replaced soon (or soaked with vinegar just to clear some hard water build up). There was plenty of furniture to sit on and I loved that the kitchen chairs had plastic on them (so the kids could come up for lunch, eat and go back to the pool without having to change clothes or worry about damaging furniture). Overall, a great place to stay!

Wonderful Beach Condo
We absolutely loved our stay. We had great communication with the owners and we provided everything we need. The property was clean including the landscaping, outdoor pool, and walk overs to the beach. We would definitely stay again.
One small thing that would be great is kid cups and plates, so we didn't have to worry about glass.

The condo was just perfect, very nice and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner was incredible at communicating. We really appreciated her answering questions so quickly and giving great information. The complex is very well kept up and parking was a breeze. The beach and pool area were beautiful. Awesome Beach Property
Super clean, outstanding ocean views and flora and fauna watching in the dune scape right off the balcony. Speedy elevators up from covered parking areas, great for bringing in groceries and luggage in the rain. Very convenient location to stores, restaurants and attractions. If you are pulling a boat trailer, there is parking for trailers in the lot. There was literally nothing that I wished was different about this place, it was perfect. Enjoy your stay!

Great Stay at Atlantic Beach
Condo was newly renovated, clean and we'll stocked. Beds were comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the view and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Owner was very responsive and had good communication. Can't wait to come back!
