We spent a week enjoying the beach and the North Coast Village. The views from the lower balcony were very nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. It is a short walk out to the beach with beautiful sand and waves and boogie boarding. We had a wonderful time.

Had a great experience with Diane and George's condo. Location was great for easy access to both the harbor and downtown Oceanside. The upstairs deck has amazing views of the ocean, along with plenty of sun.
Diane was also incredibly responsive to our questions, and unfailingly helpful.
We're looking forward to staying here again next year.

We love coming to Oceanside and staying at North Coast Village. It is our favorite place to stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and our married daughter's family. It had everything we needed to make our week-long stay complete. When we need a two-bedroom condo again we would love to stay here again.

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach. The owners communicate well and ensure everything is going well. The listing accurately describes all the amenities and extras provided with the condo. Having stayed at multiple condos in this complex, this unit provides very nice extras such as outdoor towel hooks, snacks, cable TV, laundry card access, ping pong paddles and others. Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners are very quick to respond with accurate information. The pictures on the listing do not do the place justice. It's a beautiful condo with beautiful ocean views and a perfect layout configuration for a family. A lot of amenities on the common grounds. My kids love the koi pond, the beach, the pool and the hot tub.

This was our second time staying at North Coast Village. The unit was clean and brightly decorated. We had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the proximity to the beach outstanding. We had an issue with a cabinet door and the owners responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay.

Diane was very helpful in helping us find the property. The listing looked just like the photos, we had an excellent time. The beach was a short walk away and the views of the ocean from the balconies are amazing. I highly recommend it for any family or couple just wanting to get away.

We really liked this property. I would have liked both bedrooms on the same level. But there were only three of us so we all slept in the same bedroom. The hot tub and pool were great and the walk to the beach so short. Not much to do in Oceanside but we weren’t there for the events. Almost everything we needed was there. Beds were very comfortable. We loved eating our meals out on the patio. A lovely condo and we would definitely stay again.

Great unit located in the well landscaped community and short walk to the beach. Just walking on the property garden is relaxing by itself. Unit supplied with everything you need to stay and relax at the beach. Great views from the balcony and sounds of waves crashing at the beach!

Beautiful location with a good view of the ocean. Fabulous sunsets viewed from the balcony and the beach. Although this condo is older and worn in some areas it was perfect and comfortable for me and my two adult sons on a surf trip. Loved the secured tropical grounds and lovely pool area. FYI there is a nail head sticking up through the carpet in the upstairs bedroom. It is located 18" from the end of the bed across from the gathered window drape. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and available.

There was a nail sticking out of carpet in the upstairs bedroom. The curtains were moldy, the headboard was stained and the can opener was rusty so we couldn't use it. The closets were full of the owners stuff. The location is excellent but the condo does need work to be up to par with other condos I have rented in NCV.

Owners were wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond every time I reached out with a question.
If you stay on the beach, it’s a wonderful location. However, Oceanside is a bit run down. I drove a distance to find a grocery store that felt safe and clean.
The unit was clean. But I would have appreciated newer fresher towels. We had a small ant problem in the kitchen- nothing serious, just ants getting into the cabinets where our strip and muffins were stored.
The grounds of the facility are immaculate! While staying here, we drive up to Long Beach and took our kids to an awesome aquarium. We also spent one day at La Jolla Cove/shores and toured around San Diego.
Overall, a great trip. Kids loved it!

Amazing Spring Break Family Vacation
We've been coming to North Coast Village for the last 8 years. We've stayed in 3 other units over the years and have always enjoyed the facility! We selected this unit this year because of the 2 balcony's that are located off the master bedroom and the living room! Very spacious and intimate and the views are breath taking!
Super easy check-on. The owners emailed me instructions prior to the check-in date so I was aware of their check-in/out process and some information about the unit!
The unit was exactly as described in the VRBO description. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything needed to prepare meals, including tons of spices, and some extra condiments, etc. The cabinets and drawers were filled with plenty of supplies for cooking and cleaning up.
The owner provided a basket of yummy goodies for the kids and adults to snack on. They even included a bag full of fish food for the COI pond. A bonus addition was the ping pong paddles and balls for the ping pong table in the recreation room!
All of the furniture was comfortable! The couch and chair was clean and comfortable. Very easy to move in and relax without a worry!
The beds are super comfy! I'm pretty picky for a comfy bed and I was NOT disappointed! Usually by day 4 my back is missing my own bed but during our 7 night stay, I was extremely content. The 2nd bedroom had full sized beds! BONUS! My 2 teenage kids enjoyed having a bigger bed. Their room was spacious and had it's own TV so they could get away from the adults and hang out in their room.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated but overall, clean and functional. Lots of space in the master ensuite bathroom. Very large counter with a seated area to put on makeup, etc.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality and the amenities provided by the owner in this unit. This unit was definitely more of a "home" than a vacation rental. Very comfy, relaxing and clean. I highly recommend staying in this unit! We will definitely be back.

Awesome!
This is the second time we have stayed at North Coast Village. We absolutely love it! We love D307! It is in a perfect location in the complex. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture and the beds are comfortable, beach chairs and toys are provided. And the parking spot in the garage is very near the elevator, which is an added plus. We would definitely choose this unit again!

Resort-quality stay!
The pictures say it all! Heated pool & large hot tub were excellent. Nice grounds, complex is right ON beach, great views of beach from unit's 2 balconies. Helpful sand toys and boogie boards available by unit owner. Tweens loved feeding the large koi fish. Complex did a fantastic job with their holiday lights!
Living room was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed with everything you could think of. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. We stayed just after Christmas and enjoyed the holiday decor in the unit. Owner reached out right after we arrived and took care of 1 small item immediately. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely girls weekend
This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was roomy and cozy. The owners seemed to think of everything we would need and made sure we knew they were availableif we needed them.
A few things that could make it better: the shower heads are VERY powerfull. It's better then not having pressure, but a couple new adjustable showerheads would be an easy, well received fix. The upstairs shower also doesn't seem to drain well. And finally, the toilet downstairs runs loudly off and on. These are not things that really affected our stay, or my review, but would be nice if they could be fixed.
Overall, the condo is portrayed well as advertized, exceeded our expectations, and the views were fantastic. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday.

California vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had a good view of the ocean and the pool. It was spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked, although the knives could have been sharper, but there were plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware. It was a nice amenity that the owner provided snacks, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and even sanitizer. The king size bed upstairs was very comfortable. Both patios had tables and chairs that made sitting outside enjoyable, although the screen door to the lower patio didn't slide well. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The community was quiet and safe and within walking distance of restaurants. We enjoyed our time there.

A girlfriend and I rented this condo for some girl time at the beach! This was the perfect place! Beautiful views, comfortable living space, and great kitchen with everything you need. Clean. We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. We were visiting my son at Camp Pendleton… minutes away. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. Met the owner during the stay and had a great conversation. All in all great stay.

Great location - well equipped condo
Location right on the beach was perfect for vacationing with a young child. Walking to/from the beach was easy. Condo was well stocked with basic kitchen tools and cooking essentials. Restaurants within walking distance as well as the Pier and Harbor. Loved our stay!

You can't ask for more when it comes to the property and condo that we enjoyed. There is something to do for everyone!In the evenings prior to dinner we had putting contests on the putting greens on the property. It was a blast and it determined who had to cook dinner that night!!The condo was beautiful and we spend a lot of time out on the deck. We chose to do a lot of our own cooking and had a complete kitchen to enjoy.We will definitely enjoy this property again!!Thank you Diane and George for a wonderful stay!!V
