The property was in excellent condition. We really loved the location. The check in process was very easy. We had a very good week and had lots of family fun. Here are some constructive suggestions if at all possible. 1) It would be really nice to have raised toilets in all of the bathrooms. 2) It would be really nice to have exhaust fans in all of the bathrooms. 3) The laundry room configuration is very cumbersome to say the least. If at all possible make the door a sliding pocket door, or sliding door that would open flush with the hallway I hope this helps! Thank you, Jim Hamilton

863 Brighton checked all the boxes for our family. We visited with 5 adults and 3 little ones. The downstairs family room and kitchen/dining area had ample space for all of us, and the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location is about 8 houses from the boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood near the high school, and just a few blocks north of all the games, rides and restaurants, so everything is walkable. All of the beach gear we were able to use was nice as well. Would definitely stay there again!

We have no complaints about this house! Easy check in, clean, lots of space, close to beach. Susan was easy to get ahold of and was super helpful. The enclosed porch is amazing especially when you have kids. We easily fit 3 families with 5 kids. We would 100% stay here again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the owners. Location was perfect! Our walk to the beach was maybe one minute. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and some !!! (Minus bed sheets which was not a big deal to pack) games, beach chairs, beach toys, outside shower, storage room. You name it- it was there! The owners were super easy to communicate with and followed up to make sure we had what we needed and got checked in smoothly. We took our three boys (10,12 and 12) and my parents- and never once did we feel crowded. There was an amazing porch covered with tables and chairs which we spent lots of time there talking and laughing. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful one filled with lots of memories!

Fabulous vacation
The house was lovely and as advertised. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The host was thoughtful in considering kids needs....nightlights, toys, games, books and beach gear. Communication with the host was easy. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return next year!

Memorial Day weekend
My friend and I go to the Ocean City every year the week of Memorial Day. We loved this house. The house we normally go to is owned by a friend of ours and although it sleeps twelve, always makes us feel cramped. Sue’s place was spacious and perfect for 8 of us! It’s so close to the beach too! Sue had sent us a nice long email for our stay and was available if needed. She even sent us a coupon to use at the boardwalk for the week we were there! All around good time and we will be reserving the house next summer for sure!!! Thanks Sue!

Thanksgiving weekend
My husband and I plus two of our adult children met up in Ocean City for Thanksgiving weekend, and had a great stay at Sue's spacious house. We had more than enough space for the four of us, the house was clean and nicely furnished, and the location - so close to the boardwalk AND the city tennis courts, and walking distance to the downtown shopping area - was simply ideal. Communication with Sue was prompt and thorough, allowing us to plan effectively (i.e., bringing our own sheets & towels) and make the most of our time. This was our first visit to Ocean City but hopefully not our last, and we would certainly stay at one of Sue's properties in the future.

Great place and very close to beach
We had a great time here. The house was clean with everything in the kitchen that we needed. The king bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. It was closer to the beach than expected. The property manager communicated very well and even texted me shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. All in all a great experience.

Wonderful Beach Getaway
My family and I returned to Ocean City to vacation this year after going to other destinations over the last several years. We have always liked Ocean City, the beaches and the boardwalk. It's a vacation where you can just park your car for the week and walk everywhere.
We booked our stay several months back. When the pandemic hit, I was in contact with Sue to see if she would extend our cancellation deadline, which she readily agreed to. She kept me updated with Ocean City newsletters. When it became clear that New Jersey's numbers were good, we decided to go ahead with our plans. We were not disappointed.
The house is just beautiful. It's actually much nicer than the pictures portray it. The owners have thought of everything. They have great attention to detail. We lacked for nothing. It was an extremely comfortable house. The weather was brutally hot and humid and it was so nice to come back from the beach to coolness. The layout of the house is wonderful. The bedrooms are separate from the living room, so anyone not wanting to stay up at night would not be disturbed. The outside shed is great for all the beach supplies. There is an outside shower that is also very private. It made it much quicker for 7 of us to shower quickly with 3 showers available.
I cannot say enough of how wonderful this house is. We had a great time and will definitely return soon!

Property was very clean and had everything you could have needed. We sat around and played board games, watched movies and just enjoyed each other’s company. Walsh family reunion
Everything was top notch. Kitchen area supplied with all we expected and more. Bedrooms were very nice, everyone was happy with their rooms. Bathrooms setup worked quite well for us, with 7 people it was just right. TV setup and channel choices were very good. We enjoyed the front porch which had a nice breeze and plenty of room for all. Parking was perfect for our three cars.
Trash and recycling setup worked well.
Keys and beach passes worked out well for us, with 2 children under 12. Outside beach supplies and bicycles were enjoyed. All in all made for a great week for our family and we will highly recommend you to our friends.
