Our family spent 7 nights at this house in mid August 2024, and we had a great time. The house was very clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. We especially loved the pool, and the lower deck by the water/canal behind the house. The owner and property managers were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The only small negative would be to have the AC go lower than 72 degrees to perhaps 70 (especially in the very hot summer months). Other than that, we would 100% stay here again next time we visit Marco.

We just returned from another fantastic week at Marco Island and this property has been my favorite by far. As soon as you walk in the front door you have a beautiful view of the bay. Communication was excellent from both the owners and the property management company. In fact, this is the best company we have worked with in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and overall care in regard to our stay. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 7 and we loved the pool and outdoor areas. I highly recommend this property.

This property is absolutely wonderful ! The property location is extremely close to many fine restaurants, and a short walk to a beautiful beach! The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable . It is located on an open waterway where dolphins, stingrays, and other fish visit close to the outdoor dock area. The pool and jacuzzi are inviting and relaxing. The owner and the management company are the best we have worked with ….. accommodating , informative, and available if needed !!! Cannot say enough superlatives about this experience !!!

Best 5 weeks ever! House and views are spectacular. The beach was a 6 minute walk with gorgeous shells. Excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have never enjoyed a rental as nice as this! Owner and realty company were delightful and super responsive. Certainly helped to have warm sunshine everyday with only one exception!!!

Hot tub never got hot therefore the pool was cold
Garage door opener didn’t work so that made coming and going a little difficult with 5 young children
I paid $180 for rental for a high chair and baby bed / pack & play that already came with the house so it would have been nice if I was told that when I called
The outside pool area was very nice
With young children the pool slider door lock should be installed higher like the others

From the minute we arrived we were relieved to see that everything was just as described, we have been disappointed in the past with other homes. (No buyers Remorse) The home is perfectly furnished with an over abundance of towels and linens as well as everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was so relaxing with plenty of seating for our group of 9. The property managers were easy to communicate with as well as the property owner. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Great value for the money!

This house was the nicest place we ever stayed. Absolutely Beautiful, had everything we needed for a perfect week in paradise. We’ll stocked with everything for the Beach and everything needed for eating in!! We definitely will be back. Great communication with the owners as well as the Rental Agency.

Amazing week at this spectacular property
We enjoyed a perfect week on Marco Island! While the pictures shown are beautiful, in person it is even better! The views are incredible! The outdoor area is so peaceful and private! We found the home to be extremely spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The owners have it very well equipped for trips to the beach as well as anything you need for dining in! Can't say enough about this beautiful property!

Location great, not clean, cold pool
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in December 2021. The cleanliness of the place was not great compared to other VRBO rentals we have enjoyed. The location of the house is great and the views from the house were awesome.
We were unhappy with the so called “heated pool.” The owners claim it is heated to 85 daily from 8am - 5 pm. The first day we arrived the pool was freezing cold so I emailed the owner in which they claimed it was set to 80 and they would increase it. However, it states that the spa will overflow into the pool when the heater is on. This did not happen until after the email was sent, so it appears the heater was not on. After this email, the pool did get warmer to the point we could go in, but it was still very cold. A second email was sent to the owner in which they claimed the pool was set to 85 with an included picture from an app they use to heat the pool.
As a fellow pool owner, the pool temperature was not 85 degrees. This was unfortunate for a family hoping to escape some cold weather in December to enjoy some time by the pool in Florida.

Amazing week in paradise
The house was stunning !! Even better than the pictures on Vrbo. The views out of all of the back windows were amazing !!! We saw dolphins up close in the water next to the deck and enjoyed the beauty of the sunset from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and helpful for our family dinners. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the 4 full baths were so convienent !! The kids loved the upstairs rec room with the wii console and games. Even the appliances were top notch. We enjoyed kayaking in the waterway and riding the bikes in the neighborhood. It was a fabulous vacation with many memories created !! Thanks so much.

Remarkable experience and memories!
This was a remarkable family vacation for my husband, me and our 7 kids! The home was exceptional - clean, very spacious with views of the water that were breathtaking from sunup to sundown. We loved sitting on the outdoor patio, watching the kids fish, seeing dolphins swim by and basking in the beautiful sunshine. We had everything we needed for our trips to the beaches. One was within walking distance too! The neighborhood was quiet and clean - we even enjoyed nightly walks.
The owners were fabulous and responsive as were the property managers. They even went out of their way to send us a video from the camera of a tarpon or shark we saw jumping in front of the house!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Amazing vacation!!
We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and this house could not have been better for our group! We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and loved the water view. We enjoyed eating meals as a group on the outside lanai. The beach was gorgeous and was easy to walk to. The house was really well stocked and we enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The owner and rental company were extremely responsive. The house provided a needed respite for all of us and we made some amazing memories! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway
Such a beautiful and relaxing home with incredible views and sunrises. It is also in a great location. We enjoyed a short walk to San Marco church, followed by a wonderful brunch at Doreens. The beach is just a short walk away. Just a perfect get away from the winter gloom and cold up north. We will definitely try to get back here!

Marco Island Christmas 2020
We took our family of 8 to Marco Island for a pre Christmas Get away from the cold midwest winter. The house was just as it appeared on VRBO. It was Beautiful, Clean, Spacious & very Welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs & was close to many shops & restaurants. The weather was perfect for all but one day. It was around 75 & sunny most days but on the last day it was 50ish and windy. The property had a screened in pool as well as a little patio area for sunning, which is where we spent the majority of our time. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely return to Marco Island again!!

Relaxing
Watching the sunrise from the veranda was spectacular. The view from the patio from the bedrooms upstairs was also spectacular. We stayed here because of a conference FJW Marriott, the location was very convenient for about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Within 1 mile is to grocery stores. The cooking utensils in the kitchen was everything you needed. The communications with the staff During the stay was the best ever. ( A minor repair to the screen cage was repaired the next day )I would like to say thank you for the Bility to enjoy this lovely house

Great Family Vacation Rental
Our family chose this rental out of convenience to our family on the island but we were impressed with the amount of space and amenities this home provided. There were plenty of separate living spaces to allow for everyone to do their own thing and the views of the canal bay were great. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or grilling at the home and the hosts provide everything you need for a beach vacation rental, including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and kayaks. Would recommend this rental to any family or larger group.

Great experience
We stayed 7 nights on the property. My brother and I decided to take a combined trip with our families, there were 9 of us overall. The property is as advertised, it truly is a great home. We enjoyed cooking at the house, the kitchen had everything we needed. We fished in the canal/ bay a lot and caught a lot of fish. We saw 1 dolphin, from a distance, and 4 manatees VERY up close. If I had to give one area for improvement, the upstairs king bedroom wouldn't cool below about 75 or 76 degrees but we were here in July. I would highly recommend this house for large groups, it makes for a great vacation. The communication with the owner was superb. The responses were always quick and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It does not lack for anything! It is so well stocked with everything that you want for nothing. It has a spectacular bay view and plenty of space for large families both poolside, on the water front and in the house's family/kitchen area and upstairs family room. It has everything you need for the beach, biking, kayaking etc. It was a great two week stay and we would recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

Outstanding location with stunning view
Our family really enjoyed our stay at 123 Landmark, a beautiful home with a stunning view. Location was fantastic with an easy 5-minute walk to the beach and centrally located to a number of great restaurants. We will look at renting again on our next trip to Marco Island.
