Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta principal te sentirás como si estuvieras en el paraíso. Esta casa extremadamente cómoda pero moderna cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño principal. No solo hay una, sino dos acogedoras chimeneas en la casa: leña en la sala de estar y chimenea de gas en el dormitorio principal. Toda la casa está decorada con buen gusto para el máximo confort y disfrute. Puede sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, la cocina, la terraza y el patio trasero. Esta casa se encuentra al lado de terrenos abiertos de propiedad privada: desde la cubierta se ve a los ciervos y los caballos pastando. Hay una televisión en cada habitación. The location is great with a beautiful ocean view and quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife, deer, hawks, etc. The inside of the house is very clean. We are an asthma/allergy family and typically have to take medicine when traveling but we had absolutely no issues here. The backyard is not very well maintained, lots of spiderwebs. But overall, we had a great stay.

Beautiful location, inside very clean, well supplied kitchen, Culligan water system & being able to park in the garage a nice perk. Easy walking distance to beautiful hiking trails. The outside decks were not cleaned recently, had to clean the decks & chairs so could sit outside & read. Need to update outside amenities. Their are things listed or shown in picture that are no longer there or useable. We had a very pleasant & enjoyable stay.

The view brings us back again and again. The owners were very responsive when the microwave gave out. We love this place. Be aware they request no shoes inside due to wood floors… a bench by the door might be helpful for putting on shoes. But the house is perfect for adults and guests, private space is great! A winner.

We’ve rented quite a few spots in the area and this was one of the most private, and beautiful. Great backyard for family bbqs, hanging out. What we liked: location, comfy beds (master and queen downstairs), great movie selection, and fully stocked kitchen. Bright, sunny during the day. What we didn’t love as much—-the very cool lighting and open plan affected the “comfy factor” at night. All in all, recommend. Bring extra blankets or comforters if you like to sleep with the windows open!

We have stayed here several times. Great house and location. However, a couple annoyances... the auto lights kept turning on randomly at night in the master. And the heating ducts and blower are very loud. The bedrooms could use some block out shades as the light outside are auto sensors and light up the room every time a critter is detected.That said, it has everything you need and the view is unbeatable. But the owners really should address some of these minor issues.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with everything stated in the September 2022 review by Lisa. Such a great location but the house needs some TLC especially on the lower level bedrooms. I’ve notified the property manager with my concerns but I still think I need to give future renters a heads up. There are better homes for less money to rent in Cambria. I will not be returning to this home.

Not really impressed with this house. We left a day early. Out of date linens, from the bed sheets to the towels. They were tattered. The towels were something I would use for car wash towels. Not private at all the neighbors could see right in the backyard patio area and most of the windows. The decor was so out of date not a beach feel at all in this house. The house needs repairs and needs to be painted. There is no pride of ownership with this house at all. The AC had a code on it so we could not use it. It was a very uncomfortable stay we ended up leaving a day early because we were just not comfortable.

Although the accommodations were nice but there were a few things that would have made our stay less frustrating and more enjoyable. It would have been nice to have an information packet explaining things such as: How to operate the sound system and TV. Also, the heater. It was quite complex. The yard needed attention. There was a lot of debris on the patio. The BBQ had not been cleaned out in quite some time and needed attention. Only one set of grill bars would light. The dishwasher was out of order . The property management did take car of both of those items.

Beautiful area and excellent location. Everything in the house is clean and handy. The furnishings are a bit sparse in the downstairs bedrooms -- but who cares when the views are wonderful and the tide pools are a 2 minute walk away.

Wonderful stay and a lovely home. Nice to have the privacy viewing the neighborhing ranch. Could hear the seals and waves only a short stroll to the best sunset ever! Home was very clean. Not the most "up to date" finishes and decor but views made up for it.

Our house was a perfect location to walking trails and the downtown area. Some of the nearby walking trails with amazing views: Lampton Cliffs (right down the block) and further down is Bluff Trail which blends into Fiscalini Ranch (this trail is both on the water and parts go deeper into the woods). The house was a great for a family of 7 and has a great back deck where you can rest in the sun! We definitely would go again :)

Great property in quiet location
Nicely appointed home with fantastic wood floors and a a fabulous outdoor patio. Property is adjacent to a nature preserve, so there's plenty of peace and wildlife sightings.
