Ubicada en la tranquila playa de South Mission, menos concurrida, la casa consta de una suite privada de 1 dormitorio (# 4) a nivel del suelo, con 2 camas gemelas XL y 2 camas nido estándar con camas para cuatro niños. The location was great! The room was perfect for us. We did ask for the first floor room to be made into a king bed, which was listed as an option. It was not done, even after I called to make sure it they saw the request. The came out the next day to make it into a king. All they did was push the beds together and put a package of new sheets on the bed for us to make up. The furniture was dirty and old and It smelled. The comforters smelled. The carpets were dirty. The kitchen and fridge was dirty.

Perfect place for grand parents and grandchildren! Close to the beach, large space for eating, games, visiting. Lots of beach toys and close to the fun! Host was engaged. Beds very comfortable! Loved the downstairs quiet apartment plus the loft for quiet time. Lots of tvs and fans. Loaded kitchen supplies. Check out responsibilities easy. Parking for us worked out..two small suvs plus street side was avaialable too. Will return for sure

Perfect location to beach and bay. Lots of beach toys and equipment. Lots of room for family from 6 to 78. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Not good if you can’t climb stairs. House is on 3 levels. We all had a great time.

This house is in a great location and has a very well stocked garage with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. all that you would need!
We did have an accident in the house. There is a brick step down living room with no barriers or warning of any sort. We moved the furniture to minimize any issues, but one family member accidentally fell into the living room injured her thigh and broke two bones. I would not recommend this house for this reason.

Great San Diego beach stay
House was very well equipped - from kitchen to beach toys. Enjoyed bikes - plenty of seating, ice, fans etc…. Parking is a challenge - couldn’t really figure out how to put 2 minivans in the garage, and the outdoor spot was also very tight.

great stay for family
My family enjoyed their stay. The bathrooms were clean. Overall home clean though I do recommend the cleaning staff dust/clean all portable fans. Also, flies were a problem due to a broken lid on kitchen trash can. Refrigerator and cabinets could have used a better wipe down as well. Well stocked kitchen tools and cookware. BBQ needed help starting manually and started on fire with grease on it. Should be cleaned. The home had great beach equipment such as chairs, bikes, umbrellas, toys etc. The location was perfect. Beach area clean and away from noisy public areas. All bedrooms had TVs and accommodation for multiple couples in my family comfortable.

I have stayed at many VBRO'S before but this is the first time I felt the need to write a review. This house is perfect. Great location between the ocean and bay. The house is loaded with anything you will possibly need. A huge added bonus, ALL the beds are extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family or large group beach house
Great room area is perfect for large groups to converge (we had 3 families with kids of ALL ages), plenty of space for everyone to hang out together and the loft area with 2 full futons great for teens to sleep/hang. Beds were very comfortable (TVs in all rooms and loft/living room) and the included amenities were amazing. 5 beach cruisers with locks, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, beach toys, mats, beach towels, umbrellas, 10+ beach chairs, are ins of coolers, and the list goes on. Tons of bath towels and bed linens, 2 full size fridges and 2 beverage fridges, lots of games, tv choices, WiFi, kitchen well stocked….just bring your suit and toiletries! Bathrooms a little odd, 3 of them, but all you have to walk through a bedroom to access. Good location with just 2 short beach blocks to access ocean, pizza/Mexican/southern restaurants walking distance as well as markets and more. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place that would sleep 14. We are used to run-down, somewhat unclean places. What a pleasant surprise! This place was very clean, had incredible amenities and was in a great location!

We enjoyed San Diego weather and beaches. This condo is nicely located in a quieter part of Mission BLVD. With exception to airport noise. Takeoff and landing every 3 minutes. House was nice and slept many. We had a toddler and a grandmother so for us stairs were difficult. I did not realize the stairs were that steep prior to booking. Also, no washer and dryer as advertised. Otherwise great week with family.

Had stayed here before and loved it. This time we walked in and it immediately smelled like rotten fish. Couldn't use the pantry in the kitchen because there were ants. The downstairs bathroom also had ants and the sink and toilet were dirty. The description says 3car parking and we have never found the third parking space. Definitely need more oscillating fans in all the rooms. Will not be going back next year.

We had a great stay. We were 10 persons including 5 young adults. The unit downstairs was too small for 4 young adults, but by using the fold-out sofas on the top floor we were all good. The staff was very helpful and check-in was smooth. Beach access was excellent. It was a great vacation.

The house was great and a very short walk to either the beach or the bay. Our group had 7 adults and 7 children. We all fit nicely in that house. There were many beach items in the garage for all of us to use when we hung out in the beach for hours. There were chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels. We did not need to buy anything for the beach. The rental company was easy to deal with and professional. All in all it was a great place to stay and made for a great vacation.

We had and issue with the washing machine on Monday and had a technician out late Wednesday. The Property Management was professorial and courteous each time the technician postpone their scheduled time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in late July-early August. Our travel party included three adults and four children, ranging in age from 1 year - 10 years. One note - this house is not air conditioned. This might not be an issue most of the year, but during our summer stay, the house was very warm and humid during the day. The house does have many standing, oscillating fans, that help with the heat, but given the position and flow of the house, the cool air did not move freely throughout. Early morning and night were cooler and more comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the house's location and proximity to both the ocean and the bay. The house is well-equipped for everything you would need for a fun day at the beach - we used the wheelbarrow to cart chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys to swim in the Pacific. And we enjoyed watching the Sea World fireworks from the bayside. The house is very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location is great for day trips all throughout the San Diego area.

This property had everything you could possibly need you don't need anything but you're clothes! if you stay in SanDiego like we do every summer than you know how precious parking is and it was fabulous to have a garage that two SUV's could fit in!
