Esta villa de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en North Shore Place. This villa was very nice and in a great location. It is right across the street from the ocean, Coligny Plaza and numerous restaurants. It is on the North side of the building, which is very quiet. The balcony is a very nice size and looks over trees. The 4th floor pool is great and very convenient. N. Forest Beach is a very walkable area which alleviates having to get in a car all the time.

I have stayed at this property several times. I am always very comfortable there. After having stayed in several of the units in this complex I have found this one to be the best. It is decorated in a nice bright beach decor. Beds are comfortable. This is important to my husband and I.
The unit is always clean and furniture up to date. The location is great. Often times we do not drive our car all week. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool is clean and never too crowded. I travel a lot. This is one of my most favorite places to visit. Staying in this unit is almost home to me.

Our stay was great as it is every year at North Shore Place. Deb was great with communication and support. The condo was as we have come to expect. The unit was clean and nicely decorated as has been our experience for the last 23 years. We will definitely book our stay here again in the future.

Great location
We love North Shore Place and have stayed there several times. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only negative is it could have been cleaner. The nooks and crannies around the shower door had black gunk. Also my feet got very dirty from walking barefoot on the floors.

Perfect Vacation
The condo is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining items. Large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Complex is clean, quiet and secure. Very easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Deb called us to make sure our stay was going well and to let us know she was there if we needed anything. We will stay here again!

Great Condo!
We have rented this condo at least 5 times. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, it's roomy, and close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The roof-top pool is always clean and convenient. Deb is wonderful to work with as well. We will book again!

Location Location Location
North Shore Place is a family favorite to stay in due to the location and access to Sea Crest facilities as well. Communication was great and check in was easy. Condo is on the 4th floor which is where the pool is also located which is convenient.
Just a few minor things that could be improved, upgraded living room furniture that allows more seating and more comfortable. If you plan on using the pull out sofa bring a mattress topper or air mattress. My sister just ended up closing the sofa bed and just slept on the couch which was more comfortable. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced as it had mold on the bottom.
Overall the condo has all kitchen items needed for those that want to stay in and cook. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. The above improvements wouldn't deter me from staying again. Highly recommend booking this place if you want to be close to shopping and the beach. We will be back for sure.

Great Location
Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was in good shape, and the owner was very attentive checking on on us a couple of times. We have stayed at North Shore place for many years and this condo was one of the better kept and managed. Will gladly stay here again.

Great post -covid vacation!
Fantastic location! Very easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved being across from Coligny Plaza. Lots of shops and restaurants. Piggly Wiggly a step away and they even have carts to help get your groceries back to your condo. Our unit was on the 4th floor with a roof pool and hot tub right outside our door. We were there from May 29th till June 5th 2021. Deb couldn't have been more helpful making our trip a special one. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Deb for a wonderful time!!

Wonderfully located Forest Beach - across street from Beach
We had a terrific stay in this No. Shore villa. Access to oceanfront pool and hot tub on 4th floor along with Cologne shops and restaurants provided a no-car-needed vacation with a great kitchen to bring home takeout or prepare meals. Would stay again! Owner terrifically responsive.

Great Holiday Getaway!
The reason for the overall rating of 3 is: All of the floors in the condo were filthy. The countertops were dirty and sticky. The condo had a very musty odor. We had to burn candles and open windows the entire week. The window in the master bedroom is broken and would not open. The blinds on both deck doors are broken. We were disappointed with the owner/property manager and their cancellation policy. We had originally scheduled this unit for May, but could not use it because of Covid-19. They would not refund our money. Would only let us use at future date. I know of several other people who received full refunds because of Covid-19 cancellations.

Lovely villa close to the beach
This villa was perfect for our sisters getaway. It was extremely clean, very private, and offered many nice little touches you don't always find, including excellent linens and nice toiletries. Its proximity to the beach was a big plus. Its proximity to Coligny Circle was convenient but also contributed to some noise and congestion you might not experience elsewhere. The owners could not have been better to work with. Highly recommend if you like being where the action is.

Hilton Head condo at North Shore
Condo was nice and the beds were really comfortable. Great location. One block from the beach and across the street from a plaza which has many stores and restaurants. This property also provides access to an additional pool across the street which is on the beach. Since you are located at the town center and main public beach area, the beach is crowded. You will need to walk a little way if you want to find a spot on the beach which is a little less densely populated.

Clean and spacious beach condo - close to shopping and the beach. Two bedrooms with king beds, and their own bathrooms. Also, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Wonderful spot!!

Home away from home
We enjoyed our two week stay immensely. The unit is clean, comfy, and well stocked. It did feel like our home away from home. The location cannot be beat with its close proximity to the beach and Cologny Plaza. We didn’t have to drive to a supermarket or to restaurants unless we wanted to. The owners were quick to respond to a very minor problem. The complex is very secure, but easy to access with entrance codes to everything. You will not be sorry if you rent this unit.

Great place to stay in HH!
We just spent the past week here and found it to be very comfortable, close to the beach, shopping, and pool was very convenient-on the same floor but just far enough away. The unit was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the veranda that overlooks a quiet street, every evening as well. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others. Note there is a king bed in each bedroom.
