We had what we needed, made it through storm Debby with no flooding to our cars, a nice fenced in place for our pups, and a wonderful view ,a Reel nice time was had by all!

After 7 years we finally made it back to Oak Island. The house was great. Loved the gates and fenced area for Wendy my grandpup. Outside shower was also a great help when coming back from the beach. The view was perfect for being 2nd row. Very well stocked kitchen. The beach towels at the house also a great perk. Only thing I would suggest is a clock in the living room and more tea towels in the kitchen. Will definetely book again.

Clean, pet friendly property, located across the street from beach access. All on one floor which was great for our geriatric dog. Beautiful deck overlooking water and another in back for when it was really windy (and to see sunrise).

We had a great time as a family enjoying a beach trip. It was hard to find a place to accommodate what we needed as a family, but the owners were willing to work with us. We could not be happy with our trip and hope to come back soon.:)The remotes were hard to work and internet kept going out. But overall the stay was amazing, especially with the view on the porch. I think that was our favorite part in the mornings, having coffee and listening to the ocean.

This house is directly across from the Ocean Crest fishing pier and beach access. We loved the deck and the great views of the ocean. The beach access right across the street was so convenient. House very nice and up to date. Beds super comfortable and liked the set up with two bedrooms plus bathroom on either side of main living area. Would love to come back here again!

A weekend of a planned fishing trip with the Seabatical was our adventure of the weekend. The location of the house is fantastic. The house was clean well stocked. We're already planing to stay there again. Thanks for sharing for home with us.

Well located in Oak Island this was a well equipped, well maintained home. Perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the beach walking in mid-February and had two delicious and very convenient dinners from the Island Way restaurant across the street.

There were 5 adults and 1 dog, that came down for Pledge the Pink Breast Cancer Fundraiser walk. We were 5 minutes from Middleton Park, the ocean was right across the street.
The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay. They even allowed a pet. Harris even did the walk, 26 miles.

Great location across from the beach access with ocean views. Pier across the street has a dive bar and is also scenic overlook if you pay to walk out. Restaurant attached to the pier also looked very nice. House had ample seating and tvs in every room. We had a lovely time for a last minute trip to oak island

We had very good time there. The location of the house is great! You can see the ocean from the balcony. The pier is right there. We caught a lot of fishes. The house is very clean and has lots of supplies in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Owner is very responsive with any questions. One of our teens forgot to pack his jersey shirt and a pair of pants when we left. The jersey shirt means a lot to him as it is a birthday gift. Our friend is so surprised when he got the clothes shipped back on the second day when we backed home! Thank you so much! We enjoyed the stay and so did our dogs. :-)

We stayed for the week of the 4th of July and had a great time. The beach was a short walk, which is crucial with a toddler. We could even leave our beach Shibumi shade up all day and see it from the house when our baby had to nap. The area was fun to explore on a golf cart. None of the outlets seemed to work downstairs for charging which the only problem, but we ran the cord upstairs.

This is a real joy. We had 5 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and this house was perfect for us. Clean and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Love, love, love the location! Right across from the pier and restaurant and public access-no need to rent a golf cart. Would recommend to anyone with pets and small children. Only problem, watch out for sandspurs in pets paws when using fenced in area-otherwise wonderful!!

No problems at all and house was great as usual. Loved the new furniture. Do want to report that one member of our party, staying at another house, came by right after we left today and a man was in the house. We assume he was there to clean?? It was around 9am so we thought the whole thing was somewhat strange.

We are repeat customers and love that this is a family-friendly home. We had additional family members with children who rented the house beside us, making it easy for the kids to go back and forth safely. The kitchen had everything we needed, the closets had plenty of extra towels and linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

We made a last minute decision to head to the beach and are so thankful we found this house where we could include our pups too! It was just right in size and loved having the double bunks in one of the rooms. There were games for the kids and we extra appreciated the linens, towels and beach towels being provided! Super space savings on packing. :) Everything was clean, which I appreciated, being a clean freak lol.
The dog run was great - the fence was new and very sturdy & tall and you could open the front door of the house and just let the dogs safely go down on their own!
Location was awesome, without it being oceanfront - the beach access is directly across the street which was perfect!! I was initially concerned if the pier/motel & restaurant traffic across the street would be noisy/bothersome but we literally didn't even notice it & never was an issue!
It is a little of an older home, but really had everything we needed so we are glad we were able to stay here and would love to go back again, soon! Great memories made!

Our stay was wonderful. It was great to walk out the door and be right at the beach entrance. It was quiet and everything was clean and maintained. We love that we could bring our fur babies too. Thanks for the lasting memories!

This was the most well equipped vacation rental that I have ever been. You could just pack some clothes and show up and be set. They had books, games, toys, towels, pack n plays, etc. The space is more than adequate for 2 families in my opinion and the convenience to the pier and beach access is nearly perfect. The only thing I could possibly that wasn’t perfect is that because this property and the neighboring property are pet friendly there was a family beside us with a couple dogs that barked ALL the time. One dog barked at every car and person they saw. It made it difficult to fully enjoy the patio or sleep late. Second, the property could use a deep clean. It wasn’t nasty but the some of the dishes were greasy and dusty. Under the cabinets was a little gross and the floors needed to be swept and mopped when we arrived. But overall I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great houses, feet from the beach. They are stocked with everything you need, even down to beach towels. Perfect for families, big kids, little kids and dogs! This was our second time staying and we’ll be back next year!

The house was perfect and perfectly located! Loved sitting on the porch watching the ocean. The fenced in area downstairs was perfect for the dogs! Will definitely come back to stay! Reel Nice was great!!
