This listing is more beautiful in person than described. Utterly breathtaking view and a home to match. Every detail has been thought of amenity-wise. Spacious, clean and quiet. This is a gem. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home right on the cliffs of Encinitas. Everything was in great condition with obvious upgrades and helpful accommodations for our trip. Our granddaughter loved the Master Bedroom heated toilet seat! Ha, who would know what would delight a four year old!

What a pleasant stay in Encinitas. The beach house was in a lovely neighborhood and had a stunning view. Cindia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

We’ve stayed at many VRBOs but this has been the best accommodations. February brought some cold temps so the LR fireplace was a real bonus. Especially, when you also have one of the best panoramic views of the Pacific. The main bedroom and it’s balcony are probably our favorite of views. Saw whales, seal lions and porpoises one evening from that balcony. Cindia instantly replied to any needs. Easy communication. Definitely returning.

The property was even better than appeared online. It was comfortable, well designed, updated and such a beautiful view!! We will definitely stay at this property again in a heartbeat! Have been staying in this area for 40 years and this place beats them all by a mile. Everything is new and first class. Cindia was on top of everything and the view and location is perfect. On the way back home we all agreed we all had a ball. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

This home is in a fabulous location located on the cliff side overlooking the pacific. Beach access is a block or two away via 132 steps down to the ocean. We particularly enjoyed walking down to one of the lower platforms to watch the high tide come in. Cindia was a joy to work with. Her responses were fast, the house was clean and well appointed, and the beds very very comfortable. If you have someone in your group who is mobility challenged there are quite a few stairs to contend with. It was perfect for us as the few stairs separating each room made each bedroom a bit private. SanDiego proper is 30 ish minutes away and the botanic garden is probably 20 minutes away. Walking into Encinitas is certainly doable, but there was sufficient street parking a block or two off of PCH. There are numerous coffee houses and restaurants near the house as well. The grocery store was a quick car ride away, and should you run out of adult beverages there is a liquor store within walking distance. Cindia provided many amenities such as shower soaps and shampoos, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, wet suits, beach chairs, sand toys so all you need is to buy food and you are ready to begin your vacation. This home was incredible. High end, comfortable, and the location could not be beat. We used the hot tub and cliff side ocean front patio every single day. The garage, wet suits, and beach gear were a big bonus. Can't recommend it enough.

Outstanding stay in well appointed beach home on a bluff right on the water. Home is well equipped with comfortable beds, high quality sheets and towels. Owner communicates timely and takes care of any concerns. Great location in Encinitas walking distance to many nice restaurants. Parking is easy in two car garage. Kitchen has everything you need to host family dinners. TVs come with Fire stick for streaming most popular apps. Loved relaxing in patio hot tub. Can’t wait to return.

This place was so wonderful for our entire family 4 day vacation - the location, the amazing views. Beach front (and we did not mind the stairs to the ocean, good exercise. Boogie boards and wet-suits for use in the home garage, excellent!! Walking distance to coffee shops. Great neighborhood. Great communication with the home renter. prime spot to stay at in Encinitas!! We would stay here again!!

The property and views are amazing. You can walk a couple of houses down the street to get access to the beach or you can sit in the comfort of the backyard and still feel like your at the beach. We left the door to the backyard open in the master and you could hear the ocean. We would go back again.

We loved this house! The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. It was a quick walk to stairs to the beach and very easy drive to town. We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away so it wasn't crowded. We would definitely stay there again. If you want an ocean view this is a great spot.

My family enjoyed a relaxing few days at this lovely home overlooking the ocean. The home itself is beautifully appointed and has everything a group could need for a perfect stay. We spent a majority of our time on the patio overlooking the ocean...dining, relaxing, playing chess, etc. If you’d like to leave the property there are many great restaurants and shops nearby and the host has provided everything you would need for a trip to the beach. If you’re looking for a beautiful peaceful getaway, this is the perfect place!

Booked this home for a guys weekend and absolutely loved it! The home is really beautiful and the views are incredible. The outdoor patio has more than enough room for 6-8 people to eat and hang out. The beds were all comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean comfortable, and the rainfall shower upstairs was excellent. There is also a fridge and laundry machine upstairs for convenience. The two smaller patios upstairs also add to the spaciousness of the home. Overall we had a great time, and I would absolutely recommend staying at Cindia's home. Worth every penny and loved the stay!

I live in San Diego nearby and has some friends come into town for a birthday weekend. We looked for a while for a big enough home with privacy and close to some entertainment districts. Glad we found Cidia’s. It is a stunning home inside and out. Privacy inside for three couples and great privacy outdise right on top of the ocean. We walked into downtown Encinitas for restaurants and shopping. Not a big deal but would note there is no cable tv(local channels, yes) and no Sonos. So if you want to play your music bring a Bluetooth speaker. Cod is was great answering any questions. Easy check in and out. Would love to bring the kids back for a weekend.

Thie property was even better in person. The view from the balcony and all throughout the home was spectacular. I definitely will be coming back. Thanks so much Cindy. You were such a gracious hostess!

The stunning beach views, the quality of the decor and the house....absolutely beautiful. The only negative was...we couldn’t stay longer. Cindi is a great host! We look forward to coming out again next year. J and D Ingrum
