The cottage was absolutely immaculate. It felt like my family home when my grandparents lived in Eastport. Well organized and stocked. Perfect location for downtown Annapolis and the stadium!

We enjoyed our three nights in this charming home. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. This home is perfect for commissioning week, football games or a long weekend in Annapolis. The owner was highly responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

A true gem in Annapolis. Sweet cottage, close to everything! Fabulous backyard for relaxing and enjoying good conversation in a nice neighborhood. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to great restaurants, shopping, and USNA. Plenty even closer than that. Friendly neighbors too! Owner, Karen, was a true delight, and I highly recommend her and her lovely home!

We just had the most amazing Annapolis trip! The house is decorated to inspire cheerfulness and nostalgia for a simpler time. Karen, our host, thought of everything we might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the house was sparkling clean. The back patio is a marvel, and we were able to enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Located within a reasonable walking distance to downtown Annapolis, the neighborhood was quiet. If you're not up to the longer walk into town, hop aboard the Annapolis Circulator bus (free of charge) about a block and a half down the street at the Westin Hotel. It also doesn't hurt that you're only a couple of blocks from Miss Shirley's for a breakfast you won't soon forget. I couldn't reccommend this property and host more highly! Thank you, Karen, for a memorable stay in your lovely home in the beautiful city of Annapolis. We hope to stay again in the future.

We rented this adorable cottage for a long weekend while we visited our son at the Naval Academy. The neighborhood was quite, which we enjoyed yet close enough to Annapolis to walk to. Lots of nice touches throughout keeping true with the vintage charm. Thank you for sharing your home with us...would def come again.

Beautiful home!! Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds, central air conditioning a plus!! Quiet neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. Walking distance to the popular West Street restaurants and bars as well as Main Street and the popular Annapolis Harbor. I would definitely return!! Thank you!!

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family. We loved how retro it all was decorated, with the conveniences of today. Everything was clean, and beds were comfortable. We even got to enjoy the cute backyard since the weather cooperated! Thank you for sharing your home. We would love to come back one day!

Karen has a great house and was also a wonderful host. House is tidy, has everything you'd need, and a spectacular back yard! The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, one we indulged in many times. Easy walk to both downtown and Spa Creek. Will definitely be on our list for return trips to Annapolis!

This cottage is cute inside and out. It is immaculately updated with unique features including a retro (yet new) fridge and oven, beautiful stone patio with hanging lights, numerous re-purposed decorative features and electric candles set by timers. (I came home one night to the house being all "candle lit". The owner is wonderful to work with and the location is perfect for all thing Annapolis.

An absolutely great place to stay. Perfect for families, couples trips or a romantic getaway. Incredibly detailed decor, we felt right at home in this cute house! Fantastic location, easy walk to all Annapolis has to offer. The patio alone is reason to stay here! Host was very thoughtful and we couldn't have asked for more. We rented this beautiful home for a little get a way retreat. This house has all the charm and comfort you would expect from the pictures. Very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated, and it is the heart of it all. It is within easy walking distance of any downtown event, Yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Annapolis. We loved the cozy, cottage charm..(and lighted patio is awesome in the evening) The owner is such a pleasure to work with and makes the process a breeze.
