Spent the week there and had a wonderful stay. My kids 7 and 12 loved it. Beautiful and well maintained cottage. AC in every room was a huge bonus. Nice yard. Private. Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants. Playground across the street as well. Highly recommend.

Did a long weekend with the family. The cottage is so clean! Everything is spotless!! My favorite part of the house is the electric fireplace. Made cold evenings cozy and warm inside the cottage. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. My 5 and 3 year old had no problem walking to the beach. There's also a nice little park that’s walking distance. It was the perfect stay.

I’ve stayed at quite a few different places at the Cape, and this house might be my all time favorite. The location is perfect. It’s on a very quiet street but centrally located … a great and safe area for walking. The house itself had everything we could have possibly needed. It was extremely clean and comfortable. And Suzanne was a great host and wonderful with communication. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on the Cape, look no further… this is it!

My husband and I spent 4 days in this charming little cottage for a Valentine's getaway. Suzanne was very communicative throughout the entire process, and even had a welcome basket of snacks waiting for us. It was chilly and snowy, and the fireplace was a cozy touch to sit and relax by when we returned from our outings. Kitchen is very well stocked. The whole house was very clean. We didn't venture down the path out back to the beach due to the snow, but it is quite close to the beach. There is a very nice backyard. We would definitely like to come back over the summer with our kids.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was the perfect place to relax! Fireplace was so cozy to come home to after a cold day of exploring the National Seashore. Ate dinner at O'Sheas per the host recommendation. It was so much fun with a live Irish Band. Food was amazing. I had local scallops and hubby had Bangers and Mash. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Suzanne for being a great host.

What a great getaway location! The home was immaculate, cozy, and well stocked. The owner, Suzanne, provided detailed instructions, restaurant recommendations, and was easily accessible by phone/text. Would definitely return!!

We stayed at the cottage with our 2 year old, grandma and our medium sized dog and had a great time. The outside shower and the backyard with access to the beach were absolutely great. We could clean up on the way back and not track so much sand inside.
The proximity to the beach and to the park also allowed us to do walks with our dogs and use the playground with our son.
Location was excellent and we could walk to get ice cream and do a short drive to Harwich Port on Wed (for Port Summer nights).
The property had everything we needed and good appliances to help. Also, a spacious Bathroom with a walk in shower.
Minor improvements would be: better quality mattresses and a gas grill for convenience (only charcoal available).
Hope to be back next year.

The property was located a five minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood was perfectly quiet. It might be busier in the summer months. The small cottage was well furnished and very comfortable, clean and pretty. This is a small cottage and perfect for two friends sharing one bathroom. Lovely weekend.

I highly recommend this property. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids and it was the perfect cottage for our family of 5. The beach is walking distance as well as a cute little park for the kids. Absolutely enjoyed a girls getaway here! The house was immaculate, fantastic location with an easy walk to the beach. I can’t wait to come back next year, it was so relaxing. Perfect Getaway
Can’t say enough about how nice this cottage was, and how friendly and responsive the owners were. Had a slight issue with fireplace but the owner came over within minutes to fix and told us not to hesitate to call again (no matter the time, or day, or even Thanksgiving) and they’d come right back over. The cottage was perfect, cozy and clean. Perfect for a getaway. We made many memories on this trip! The owners provided a list of local favorite Restaurant’s and attractions, along with their favorite recommendations which were very helpful! Would definitely come back here again anytime!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. It was quaint, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, allowing us to visit many different towns up and down the Cape. We walked to the nearby beach every evening and also walked to get ice cream. Suzanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and provided a list of great dining and sightseeing options as well as a little welcome basket filled with snacks. I would definitely recommend staying here.
