Spacious 2br 2bath condo! On the canal with a boat lift!
¡Vacaciones en la playa, relajarse junto a la piscina, divertirse en Schlitterbahn o pescar! Todo depende de usted en este condominio de lujo de 2 dormitorios que tendrá capacidad para 8 con muebles nuevos en todas partes. ¡Totalmente equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar!
Muy limpio, apto para familias, unidad de 3er piso para no fumadores con nadie encima de usted, y también tiene un sistema de seguridad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, hay un sofá cama con un colchón actualizado de tamaño queen, y el segundo dormitorio tiene literas dobles y una cama de matrimonio. Schlitterbahn está a una cuadra de distancia, y la playa está a poca distancia en auto. A poca distancia se puede salir a comer rosquillas, pizza, pollo frito, barbacoa y yogurt congelado. También puede caminar a CVS para cualquier otra cosa que pueda necesitar. La piscina tiene un área poco profunda 1. 6-2 pies de profundidad que es perfecta para niños pequeños. La piscina también ofrece un área cubierta para aquellos que quieran tomar un descanso del sol. Hay un resbalón y un elevador para botes disponibles a pedido, así como un garaje para un auto disponible si nos lo informa. Si lo necesita, hay un elevador junto a la piscina, y vivimos aquí mismo en la isla en caso de que necesite consejos de pesca o cualquier otra cosa.
Además de las millas de playas, hay una variedad de cosas que hacer en el área. La pesca está en nuestra sangre y nos encantaría orientarte en la dirección correcta. Tenemos un amarre para botes que está disponible sin costo adicional y también hay una estación de limpieza de peces para su uso. Muy cerca se encuentran las tiendas de recuerdos, jugar al golf en el Club de campo Padre Isles, Treasure Island para jugar al minigolf, montar a caballo en Horses on the Beach y Funtrackers con botes chocones, cúpula de bungy, campo de cuerdas, karts y más. Si quieres ir a Corpus Christi, hay una sala de cine Century, el USS Lexington, el Acuario Estatal de Texas, el Parque Acuático Hurricane Alley, el Jardín Botánico del Sur de Texas, Get Air, Bowlero o La Palmera Mall.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and very nice size for our family of 5. It's on 3rd floor but the elevator was close and easy to manage. We enjoyed the balcony and looking out on the canal. We would definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and eating their breakfast on the balcony. The drive to the beach was easy and very quick. Will definitely book again!

I had the most relaxing stay! The canal view is amazing and we even saw a dolphin swimming around. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and proximity to the beach. Kandi is amazing and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Kandi was gracious in our spontaneous fishing trip at the Gulf. We loved the place. The place was spacious and the whole family was very comfortable. We hope that we can come back again to share more memories.

The property was as described, we have a son in a wheelchair and needed a place to accommodate him. We used the elevator to get to the condo, went fishing on the pier that’s attached to the property, and drive less than a mile to the beach. We would definitely stay again- Kandi was a great host!

We spent a week with our daughter who is stationed at the Naval Air Station a few miles down the road. We brought her 2 best friends and enjoyed many trips to the beach, shopping, and eating out.

The condo was amazing other than the dryer which we were informed ahead of time! She let me contact her with anything and everything!! The elevator wasn’t working half the time but the owner did everything she could to get it fixed! She was amazing and we plan to stay again!!

Best experience from day one. Absolutely no issues. Condo was very clean, had anything you needed. We drove over 10 hours and would do it again to stay here!! Host super nice, even text to check in on us just to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend

Kandi the property owner was very sweet to check in a few days before arrival via text to arrange a tour at check in. Unfortunately we had some last minute changes that affected that but Kandi was flexible and easy to reach. She called with full details of contactless check in. Quick and easy... We loved that it was walking distance from eating establishments and very close to the beach we wanted to go to.
The unit is on 3rd floor can be a bit of a trek but they have small elevators and shopping carts for many items to bring up. Unit was clean and was sufficient for the group we had. If a third couple stayed they would have had to use the sleeper sofa. So keep that in mind since the bunk bed are preferred for children.
Otherwise a very good stay and would definitely recommend!

We chose this property after reading a review about the elevator. We had older members in our party that wouldn't have been able to make it up the two flights of stairs, but made it up with ease. For the rest of us it was located withing walking distance of several places to eat and a souvenir shop.

The host was extremely hospitable. The condo is well appointing with plenty of space for our 5 adult children and my wife and I. Location was perfect. We all had a great time. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Fun family vacation
My father is disabled and has limited mobility so finding a place to meet his needs and allow him to fish with the grandkids off the dock was a godsend. The location was wonderful and the condo itself was clean and well maintained and the owner was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be coming again.

My kids and family had SO much fun here, the property is surrounded by so many things, and we even got to walk over to the souvenir shop! The condo is super spacious, and the owner was so friendly!

Loved everything about our stay here! We are a large family of 7 with 5 kids (ages 15, 14, 10, 7, & 16 months) and found this place to be spacious enough for all of us! Loved the decor & views. It was very clean and had everything we needed (even the beach toys & water floatie that I forgot to bring). Kandi was the perfect hostess…very friendly & informative. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!!

Fabulous Stay!
We had such a wonderful trip to Corpus Christi and Kandi was a fantastic host. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. We had plenty of room for six people to spread out comfortably. The condo is located very close to the beach (less than a five minute drive to Whitecap Beach) and near many restaurants. If we are ever in Corpus again, we will definitely be staying here again!
