Nice comfy cabin. We had 5 adults and it was plenty of room for all. It has many activities that you can do at the cabin when you are not at the lake. The location is great within walking distance to the market and a couple of doors down from a great Mexican food restaurant that we really enjoyed. The cabin had everything we needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was because we were unable to use the soft tub in the evening. The fumes from the high amount of chlorine/pool, chemical fumes were so overwhelming that it burned our eyes before we could get in, and after my son went in for a couple of minutes it irritated his skin and he had to get out. Other than that it was a great family time. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent a week at the cabin - two seniors, two adults and two 4-year-old boys. The cabin was a great size. Plenty of room for all of us to be together or not. Front porch was nice for sitting out and the yard was great for our dog and the boys to go “dino hunting.” Kitchen was well stocked.
Nice location for walking to lake, playground and great grocery store for all needs and afternoon ice cream.
Rochelle was very receptive to a couple comments we made and thank you for a nice week.

Great house to make memories! We were there for our son's college graduation. We played all the fun games and activities that were on the property. Enjoyed mornings on the patio. The hairdryer was missing and Rochelle went out of her way to provide one for us. Thank for making our stay so memorable!

The host was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to reach. We stayed for several nights with our family of 5. It was close to town and Lake Gregory. We picked this home because of all the fun activities that we could do right there. We really enjoyed the pool table, fooz ball table, hot tub, cornhole, board games, and horseshoes. My children enjoyed reading some of the kids books. It was the perfect place to unplug and play with each other. The home is close to several trailheads, and we enjoyed going for long nature walks.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, food processor, etc, as well as a nice selection of seasonings and foil, ziplocs, etc. We brought food from home and cooked most of our own food while there, so that was very handy.
Overall, a great place. Highly recommend it, and the host!

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and the proximity to the lake and town center. We were close enough to Running Springs and Big Bear that the drive to snowy environs was not unpleasant.
Kitchen was well appointed and having the dining center so close allowed the family to gather while meals were prepared.
My rebel skater son enjoyed the local skate park just a block away. The cabin was warm and the game room was very popular in the evenings.

We stayed here for our Christmas vacation and the cabin was just perfect. It was decked out in adorable Christmas decor and you could tell that a lot of thought has been put into creating a wonderful environment for guests.
It was clean and tidy when we arrived and I was pleased with the fully stocked kitchen. The game room got the most use. We loved the pool table and board games. The soft tub was really nice too.
I would love to come back again sometime soon.

My family and I stayed for our annual trip we take to the region. The home was delightful and the yard was amazing. Large front yard, fenced in with horseshoes, and a large deck for barbequing, cornhole, and relaxing amongst the trees. The house is right off the main street going through town, but still retains a private (away from it all) feel. We were fortunate to be in town during the bonfire / tree lighting at Lake Gregory which was delightful, and a very short convenient walk from the home.

This cabin has everything you need to have an amazing time with family. We played pool, foosball, ping pong, and board games. The cabin was decorated for fall and it was beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable. The location of the cabin is ideal with so many things to do, restaurants, shopping and more. The owner was very nice and responded immediately to any questions. This was our first time staying in this cabin and we will definitely be back.

Cozy cabin experience! We went in July, loved that Lake Gregory and shops were walking distance. Only issue was the spa was not working. But overall definitely a must visit! Cant wait to go back, hopefully during the winter this time!

We had a wonderful time meeting up with a few family friends in the mountain, the location was great as we had quick access to the lake as well as the pizza parlor. The weekend of our trip we got to enjoying trick or treaters through the town and all of the decor. We plan to stay again at another time with my parents. The house was well stocked for family game night!

The ultimate cabin in the woods!
This was our second stay in as many years at this wonderful cabin. So many amenities contributing to the creation of so many great family memories. Conveniently located near popular attractions in the San Bernardino mountains. Booking was quick and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to those seeking an idyllic serene vacation in a mountain setting.

The perfect cabin for a family of all ages
Rochelle's property, 3 Bears Cabin, was perfect for a family with people of all ages. We traveled with myself and my husband (40), my two teens (14, 17) and my mother in law (70). It included a game room with pool, foosball, ping pong and more. We utilized that all weekend. The location is perfect, within walking distance to so much and if you like a bit more of a walk/hike even more things to explore. The Softub was such a nice touch. It's a hot tub without super strong jets. The water is hot and comforting and we used it each and every night. There are enough bedrooms for everyone (3) with 2 twin beds in one of the rooms for the kids. Plus if you wanted, someone could sleep on the couch. The master bedroom bed isn't the most comfortable but for a few nights it won't kill you. Honestly I can't say enough fantastic things about our stay. We will absolutely come back because the cabin was perfect and the area (Crestline, Arrowhead, Skypark) are fantastic for shopping and dining. The only thing I would really like to see is more televisions in the cabin. At least one in the master bedroom. I realize people go to cabins to relax but we're tv people so we unwind that way. But still not a big enough complaint to keep us away. Just something I'd like to maybe see in the future. You MUST visit 3 Bears Cabin and enjoy all the amenities. One day we didn't even venture outside. It was perfect. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Rochelle!

Absolutely wonderful
We took our 2 kids (7 and 10) up for the holiday weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We got so lucky that it had snowed earlier in the week and my kids squealed with joy when we opened the front gate and saw this huge yard with snow! The cabin has everything you could possibly want - not a detail is missing. Large house, very cozy and comfy, amazing game room packed with fun, huge deck, fireplace, and a hot tub. The owner was very responsive to a few questions I had, too. We walked 2-3 houses down the first night and had a yummy Mexican dinner, and McDonalds was even in walking distance (bonus for kids)! The people of Lake Gregory are so friendly and kind, too. I took my little senior pup and even she loved it. Definitely going back.

Great Second Stay!
We were so impressed by our first stay here last year that we came back again this year! The home is just as we remembered. The host, Rochelle, gave us plenty of information regarding the home and was responsive to any of our needs. Overall, the food in the area was great. My kids were a bit sad because there was no snow in Crestline but they had plenty of fun in the snow in Big Bear. The only complaint I would have is that the neighbors were exceptionally noisy late into the night. Maybe it was the holiday weekend and them hosting friends but the screaming and shouting was unbearable at times.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect
We had an amazing time staying here. We walked to the Lake, the Market, Restaurants. Location was perfect. The cabin and property were just gorgeous. I wish I was still relaxing on the deck right now! Everything was exactly as listed online but very much exceeded our expectations. We will be going back!!

We were supposed to go to the lake and kayak & fish, but we had so much fun relaxing at the cabin and playing games that we never went. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the large deck to eat our meals and play games. Thank you so much!

Me, and my 2 grandkids 6 & 11 stayed here and it was perfect. It was too much house for us but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean, perfect location. 4-5 minute walk to Lake Gregory, 7/11, McDonalds and an awesome grocery store that has everything. The cabin is large and has a lot of space. The outside deck is enormous. I will definitely rent this again.

Perfect cabin in a beautiful setting
Booking and payment for the rental was a breeze. Everything involved with our weeklong stay exceeded our expectations. The cabin is large, has much character fitting in with its location within walking distance of Lake Gregory and all that the town of Crestline has to offer. The cabin was spotless and well furnished, from linens & towels to the well stocked kitchen. Many places to spend time relaxing, from the cozy living room to the spacious outdoor deck surrounded by towering pine trees. The gameroom was a hit with our 2 teen grandkids, who spent much time playing pool and foosball. This property is perfect for a couple seeking a quiet getaway, as well as for a family reunion. I viewed many listings in the Crestline area before booking the 3Bears Cabin, which without hesitation will be our first choice when we vacation once again in Crestline!
