Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place to relax. We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful lake house! The view was great, and we loved the screened porches. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially my senior parents. My mom is in a wheelchair and is hard to find a place with the accommodations for her. We really appreciate that the owner was very responsive to all our needs ❤️

House was great, lake was beautiful and my family had a great time. House was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy if weather didn’t allow outside activities. I have no complaints at all. It is noteworthy that you may have no service at the property which we did not, so get in g the code upon arrival was a bit of a struggle, but just a minor deal as the four days we had were just relaxing and wonderful! Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and we loved the kitchen! We had everything we needed! The dock was perfect for hanging out and we def liked the covered boat house. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great time staying at this lovely property! The home was built in 1977 & has been updated. It was convenient, comfortable & clean. We appreciated the snacks upon our arrival. They tided us over until we could get unpacked & dinner prepared. The polished concrete floors are beautiful & perfect for guests with a dog. Plenty of dining space to feed a large crowd with the double bar space, dining table, & two picnic tables on the screened porch. We hosted breakfast one morning for additional family staying on the lake; the long bar space & dining areas were perfect for serving & seating our 16! We’re a family of five & all had a comfy spot on the couch watching tv. It’s nice and quiet having the bedrooms upstairs & the living area downstairs when you want to sleep in. We brought our boat & the put in was just a few lots down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to visit again! Thank you!

House was perfect for our large family. Clean, plenty of parking, so many options for sleeping. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely book again.

House had some dog odor but otherwise was clean. Some of the beds were uncomfortable but the king bed was comfy. It would be hard to park more than 2 cars if you had a large group. Great location.

I was a bit concerned because there was a lot of "stuff" in the yard (boats on trailers, etc) when I pulled in and there was an older trailer very close to the house. The house itself was lovely and once you got down to the lake, the trailer became irrelevant. Very clean and lots of space.

We had a really great time. The house was as comfortable as being at home. Clean and very welcoming. My grandchildren and I enjoyed the games and the little ones loved the singing Christmas dog! Thank you for sharing your home! My daughter from Florida is already planning another vacation and wants to come back. Great place to stay for all ages!

We had a great long weekend in this clean, well maintained lake house on a beautiful part of lake Sinclair.

As mentioned in the title, the property was better than was alluded to in the pictures. The couch is much larger, there is a murphy bed and the parking was superb. All of this and the very generous amenities make this one of the houses my friends and I will stay at again-- I promise you'll love it.

What a great home with great hosts. If you want a beautiful place to stay on the water look no further. The home has everything and two great patios. The backyard is amazing and lightly slopes towards the water where as other properties have a severe drop off which makes this a great place if you have kids. The inside of the home is so inviting and cozy and the beds were super comfortable!!!! We had 10 of us and not one person complained about anything. The housekeeper had the house beautiful and clean for us on our arrival and the place couldn’t have been cleaner! So happy we found this gem and pray we can do it again next year!!! The property was great for a visit with family from several states. The kitchen downstairs is great for gathering and we had everthing we needed!

Everything went great..We had a very good time...The place was very clean and beautifully decorated with a soothing and relaxing vibe.. The house was fully stocked and everything that you could need..If there was any downside; We didn't have a boat or pontoon, and we couldn't see the fireworks display where we were... I would suggest that the owner could rent their pontoon out for a day...But I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.. Me, my husband, my children, and my grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Roomy and very well stocked. Had everything we needed, even covered dock for our boat!

Overall experience was great! Communication process for check in could be be better. Arrived at 3:45 for our 4:pm check in, didn't have a code and didn't get a response from the property Mgr. until 4:24. Other than that, great stay.

We enjoyed this property so much. The layout is great with the large kitchen with the 2 bars to eat at. the shower downstairs and upstairs was really nice and the porches were so relaxing to sit on and just enjoy the lake view and the scenery around the house. The dock was large and made for a great fishing location and the swings in the yard near the dock and on the back porch were enjoyable . very nice place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Nice little cabin. Description and reviews were accurate. We were able to put all the kids in the bunk room and each set of adults had their own room. The one bathroom upstairs was a little awkward as it was the only one upstairs with 3 bedrooms, but there was a full bath downstairs as well. The patios were great, especially with the rainy weather. We made our own cane poles and the kids caught fish off the dock. The down stairs was great for cooking, watching football and hanging out, just what we were looking for, plenty of room.

Pleasantly surprised at just how well this house handled our family. With 2 kids under 5, the stairs were a bit intimidating but everyone handled it just fine! It's notable that ALL bedrooms are on the second floor, so it's not a great place for elderly or handicapped (of which we had one and had to find alternate accommodations for bc we did not realize this). The bottom floor is polished concrete, and so it's practically indestructible! Perfect for the dogs. There is a full bath on the first floor, and it's the only other bathroom in the house. Upstairs, the bathroom is both the master on suite and the shared bath. A bit odd layout but works fine. The upstairs bath is the tub, downstairs is just a shower. The porches are both large, great views, and are pretty well a key feature of the house. Plenty of counter space which is great, tho it's odd that they are all different heights (the one is very tall - w small kids it was great bc they can't reach what is up there). Pots and pans were not that great, so if cooking big meals you may need to bring a few things. Beds were comfortable. This is the perfect place for a bunch of teenagers or college kids! Sleeps a ton of people, and has a lot of places to just hang out! Tons of parking.. it was fall during our visit, therefore we did not swim or use the dock much. We are from FL, it was COLD to us! But man the views from the dock were unexpected pretty considering the house location in the cove - perfect! As a mom, I noticed you cannot well see the yard from inside the house which was a challenge. From the porch, perfect views however. Tons of games in the cabinets which all loved. The house is well stocked in towels and linens. A great experience, we will certainly look to be back!

We enjoyed a relaxing fall week at the property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious for cooking and having out with friends.

House was very spacious and accommodated all of our needs.

Fabulous escape from hotlanta. So quiet and peaceful. The lake and home are beautiful. If it's dark when you arrive, have a flashlight. The place has everything you will need, and more. Perfect getaway, we enjoyed the grill, the outdoor spaces are screened to prevent bug bites. The dock area had a few lights that were out and I never did find the switch for the outdoor bistro lights so bring a lantern or a flashlight. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. No problems at all. Beautiful home and so much space. Everything was provided and was so much appreciated. We definitely will spend more time here in the future.
