A total of 7 adults stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. Everything was as described in previous reviews. There was enough space for everyone and the master on the main floor was great for my elderly inlaws. There are a lot of stairs for everyone else. The downstairs was great and had a gameroom and 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games. The stairs leading to the downstairs area are steep so my inlaws did not come down even though there is a sturdy banister.
The adult upstairs loft has a half bath which was greatly appreciated. The kids loft does not have a bathroom and it directly faces the adult loft so there is not really any privacy. We appreciated the installed safety gates at all of the stairs entryways just as a safety precaution.
We cooked all of our meals and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and left over spices. They provided toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, so bring whatever you need with you. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The view and water access to this property is worth every cent. The path down to the water is a little bit of uneven terrain for folks that have balance challenges but it is definitely manageable. Overall, a great stay. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The view was really incredible. We fished off of the bank and in the kayaks and had a great time overall. Thanks!

Overall the house was spacious, beautiful property. I did not agree with the strict checkout policy (cleaning before you leave basically & also having to pay a non refundable cleaning fee & the additional boat There should be more accessible kitchen hand towels.
I also recommend bringing your own paper towel, and trash bags.

Basically a good property, with wonderful view and a back porch that was enjoyed by all. We knew going in that the basement was unfinished but still slightly disappointed (I know that's unfair). When the cabin is completed it will be stellar.

We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property was better equipped with kitchen items than others we have stayed in. The oven needed to be in convection mode to work well but it was fine for our Thanksgiving spread. The host communicated well with us and I would recommend it for a great, get away from the world, time to slow down. We enjoyed it!

We actually spent our time going to activities around the area. The view is beautiful. The boats were a nice accommodation and I wish they were included in the price. We did leave the place exactly as instructed. I had expected a Keurig coffee maker. The upper-level ceiling fans were very dirty and dusty. I had to clean them prior to turning them on. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well, so we washed all the dishes by hand. The refrigerator was not very clean. Those were really my only complaints. Overall, we enjoyed our time staying in a nice place with family.

Our large extended family enjoyed our stay. The access to the water made our stay perfect for our family event. The kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. The house was fully stocked. The back porch was very nice that looked out over the water. Great rocking chairs on the back porch. Owner was very nice and very responsive. Our family is looking for to renting again next year.

This home offers a private lake front location with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities and games to enjoy if you happen to be indoors. If you take little ones with you, you will need to keep a close eye while on porch, the railing is not child friendly. We had a great time on the paddle boats and canoe they have available and fishing. We did not cook because who wants to do that while on vacation! We went into the town of Greers Ferry and enjoyed a breakfast buffet at one of the local diners and brought back dinner from the local pizza place there which offers much more than pizza. We will be back!

We had a great time at our Ladies retreat at this lakehouse. Plenty of room for parking, gathering inside, and gathering outside. Owner is particular about things...instructions very specific about everything, but I guess that is why everything is so well taken care of! Lots of beds to accommodate a large group. We did have several ladies that didn't do stairs, and there is only one bed on the main floor, but the two bathrooms on the main floor was nice. View was gorgeous! We sat outside on the covered deck and watched a storm roll roll in.

This was a great property! The pantry was well stocked and we didn’t need to bring half the basics thought we needed. There was 1 issue and the owner responded promptly and came to the property fix it. It was perfect for a big extended family all coming together to spend time together.

Perfect family getaway!
This was the perfect place for our family to get away and enjoy some bonding time! There was plenty of room for our group of 14, and there was something for everyone (game room for kids, kayaks for teens, hammock for me, back porch for my dad, big soaking tub for my sister, etc.). The place is remote enough that we didn’t see or hear anyone else other than boats out on the water. There is a great little beach with perfect access for swimming or putting the kayaks/paddle boats in the water. We rented a boat one day and was able to drive it from the marina right up to the little beach area for everyone to board. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the rooms were clean. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, and we didn’t lack for anything. There is a dollar general maybe 10 or 15 minutes away, and we had to visit it a few times to grab things we forgot. We did all of our big shopping in Conway on our way in, which was close to an hour away. Also, the listing photos do not do justice to the view—you have panoramic lake views across the entire back side of the property, beautiful! Andrew was very communicative and friendly. Overall, everything was great and we definitely plan to return.

Beautiful location! Plenty of room for 12 adults traveling together. The lay out of the cabin allows for enough privacy & room enough for large dinning groups. We picked a very hot week to visit Arkansas but the a/c kept the cabin very comfortable. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

This beautiful lake cabin had everything we needed & we enjoyed our stay. We all had plenty of room & lots to do & see around us.
