Broken top shelf of dishwasher. Tack strip on floor in guest bedroom entry to living and bathroom areas coming through carpet. Floor was very dirty. Had to mop for my crawling granddaughter. Her knees and hands were black. Bed sheets were wore out. Fabric shower curtain in guest bathroom without a plastic liner.Positives:Very was as seen. Building and resort was secure and beautiful. Pool was also very nice. Very easy check in and out. Wish check in was a little earlier.

Such a clean pretty place to stay! Wish we had a golf cart but still had so much fun enjoying everything. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped! We loved the comfy beds also and had a beautiful view from the master and living room of the ocean!

Our family of five had a great time at Westwinds/Sandestin. This was our first time visiting the area, and we will definitely be back. Our unit was great - there were a few things I'd love to see if we were to choose this one again like more bath towels, box fans for each bedroom and a better equipped kitchen - there were no hot pads, limited serving utensils, etc. But, the space was adequate. None of us thought the beds were comfortable. However, the resort itself was amazing - the pool/hot tub area and proximity to the beach will be the sole reason we come back. Next time, we will be sure to rent a unit that comes with a golf cart as I can see where that would be handy. We did not explore the area like I thought we were going to, simply because we stayed at the pool area/beach the entire time.

We loved the amenities and beach access. The unit itself could use a little freshening and new living area furnishings but there were some nice surprises- like free transportation around the whole resort and an on-site mini golf.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Communication was amazing. All of the fees and everything are lined out in the contract agreement. The location-amazing. Gated community. Clean everywhere. Huge pool. Family friendly. We will definitely be back. I don’t think I would be satisfied with anywhere else!

Deck furniture/chairs
Very disappointed in the deck furniture. Two of the four very inexpensive chairs had rust all over them. The four chairs overall were very uncomfortable and certainly not in keeping with the beautiful view from the condo. Very little investment could change the whole feeling of the condo.

Amazing property at Westwinds
Our stay at the condo we reserved was excellent! We were quite impressed with the security and the COVID-19 protection plan that this condo and building had enforced to GTD everyone’s safety! Other residents and guest were polite helpful and we all had a wonderful time. We actually had another rental too this same week in the same building with more family! All accommodations were excellent and we can’t says enough. We ate fresh seafood, door dash delivered great food from Tommy Bahamas we just had a wonderful time, we also grilled out fillets, shrimp and scallops. We took the kids fishing on the pier and had a wonderful time. It was so refreshing to come back to the condo change into our swimsuits and dive into the pool go down to the beach everything was just perfect thank you so much
