Hermosa casa de ladrillo de 1929 con piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje. 3 dormitorios, oficina, sala de literas y 2 baños; Recién actualizado y diseñado con buen gusto! Cocina de animadores con todas las campanas y silbatos. Muy corto paseo al parque de la playa del río Columbia y el lanzamiento del barco. Menos de 7 minutos del centro de Chelan; restaurantes, bodegas, golf, pesca: excelente ubicación en el corazón de las históricas cataratas de Chelan.

Great property. Rarely left the pool!

It’s a big house with lots of room and a huge pool, I had a girls weekend here with 6 women total. The owner was great and easy to contact, getting in and out was also easy. I do think this property is better suited to families or quiet groups. The noise rules are very strict because the neighbors next door are unpleasant. Not the owners fault at all but we were out by the pool around 8pm having normal conversation and the neighbor turned on their yard sprinkler so that it would come over the fence to where we were sitting on the lounge chairs. I knew from the description we would need to keep it down but it did put a bit of a damper on the vacation needing to be hyper vigilant of our noise level, else the authorities be called and our vacation ruined. There seemed to be a lot more rules once it got close to the trip and we got the welcome email with more information. Probably a misread on my part but I wasn’t quite prepared. We did have a good time and the kitchen was great, lots of space and a big fridge and freezer was also helpful. Aside from being nervous about the neighbors getting mad at us about noise (aside from the minor sprinkler incident we didn’t have any other interactions) we had a great time. There was a blender so we had daiquiris by the pool in our own metal tumblers and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Perfect Getaway
This property is in a quiet neighborhood-great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The views from the patio/pool are stunning! We had more than enough room for 5 adults and 1 teen in the house and outdoors. The owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns (particularly about pool/hot tub operation). Contemplating a return visit-possibly annual!

40th Birthday Celebration Weekend
8 ladies out for the weekend and we loved the house, pool and hot tub!!! Was definitely main reasons why we picked this house over others, the private pool is amazing!! Pool and hot tub were clean and all set up for us. The house was well stocked with any dishes or such that you’d need to eat with. Bed’s we’re comfy! Bathrooms were nice and clean. The A/C worked amazingly well, but it does get a lot colder downstairs then upstairs at times. But it was manageable because the weekend was so hot!! All communication was amazing and thorough of what was to be expected of us as renters. And we were a little bummed about the 10pm quiet time. But understood and were able to bring it inside or just go out to the town where it was loud and kickin it. We loved that the house was away from town and it was so peaceful in the mornings to enjoy the birds and wildlife. Definitely could see us coming back!

Quite and beautiful
Had a great stay. This house had everything we needed. It is in a quite neighborhood so we were able to relax and enjoy. Check-in was easy, great communication with host. Will definitely be back!

What a great vacation rental!!
We didn't want to leave because of how much fun the swimming pool was!! Perfect pool for our group of Friends and Family during the hot days. Hot tub was a little tricky as the display menu wasn't lit up so you couldn't see the options & the buttons seemed hard to push down to work. Great layout inside the house. A/C was wonderful to have. The kids loved the downstairs area. Propane tank was empty. Should've kept the spare tank with the BBQ as a quick & easy backup. Owner responded 2 hours later offering to deliver a new tank, but we'd already moved on to plan B. Oh-well! Not a big deal, but it's the little things that can make a big difference. Again, we LOVED this house & pool. Easy-Breezy!! Thanks, Shauna!

Friend vacation
I was sad to pick this house for the pool alone as it’s off of the lake, and then find out the pool was not going to be open until June. There needs to be a bolder statement/less false advertisement with the pool pictures. There’s a very long list of rules and quiet hours start at 10. The houses next to it are insanely close, also came as a surprise. Not a house that’s good for a group of young people sadly. The only big plus was the amount of beds the house has.

Good rental for families
Our stay here was fine and we enjoyed the river view and nearby parks. However, there's not much to Chelan falls so you'll need to drive in to Chelan for anything. The property had just about everything we needed--but it feels dated and there were a few annoyances (like no bedside lamps and outlets). Also didn't realize this at the time of booking but the pool wasn't open during our stay (nor is it heated--probably great in the summer, but was not a plus for April).

Hidden Gem near Chelan
So happy with the decision to rent this house for a 50th birthday getaway. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the outdoor space is as perfect for relaxing. We really could have stayed and not even left to go into Chelan! When we did venture in, it was a short trip to town but so nice we could then leave the crowds behind! Highly recommend for a girls getaway!

Getting off the Island
We had an awesome time in the sun and pool at this vacation get-away! The house was comfortable and well stocked with little need to ever leave. We did venture up to the lake which was just up the hill on the highway, but relaxing by the pool was the highlight for our group! Our only complaint was that it was HOT and could have used some shade. My suggestion to others would be to bring along a couple of umbrellas. Otherwise, perfect!

Family Vacation
The house was very clean, it’s an older house with an older kitchen, but well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The pool area was awesome and you can’t beat the view. The only downside the bbq didn’t work, we think there is a connection issue. Overall our family had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house to others.

Shauna was exceptional when it came to communication! We had a bee issue and she had the pest company come out and others to make sure it was taken care of.
The house was very well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and very well decorated!
Pool and hot tub were clean, we really enjoyed it on those hot days!
Gorgeous view! It’s about a 10 minute drive into downtown Chelan but not bad at all. Super peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Must Stay
This is the third time I’ve stayed here and I love it. I’ve done a girls trip there and traveled with other families as well. The place is great for both. There is a lot of space for multiple people to sleep very comfortably. The pool is awesome! The kids didn’t even want to go anywhere because the pool is so great. There is a great view of the river that you can sit by the pool, sip a cocktail and enjoy. The place is clean and serene! I won’t stay anywhere else when I go to Chelan.

Spring Break
The house worked out for our family for our stay during spring break. I was disappointed the pool wasn't open, but we enjoyed the hot tub and movie room downstairs. My granddaughters especially enjoyed the bunk beds. We used the large kitchen to cook most of our meals. We had to clean the BBQ to use it, but it worked fine. We used the house as a base point to explore Chelan and Chelan Falls. Our Granddaughters enjoyed all of the parks in the area that we visited.

Great Chelan Vacation Spot!
We had a wonderful stay at this very clean and nicely decorated home in Chelan Falls. The private pool was awesome and the house had everything we needed for a great Chelan trip. Very easy 5-10 minute drive into downtown Chelan for the restaurants and waterslides etc... We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing, Secluded and fun!
This house was perfect for our group, plenty of space inside for hanging out, sleeping and cooking. Plus all of the outside space, we were worried the pool might not be warm enough but it was perfect and we loved all of the seating and tables out back! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking which was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the house was well equipped with pool and shower towels. You could be all set staying at the house the whole time, not running out of things to do but is so close to grocery stores and downtown Chelan and wineries. Would definitely stay here again and it's perfect for girls weekend or family vacation!

Perfect for a weekend get away with the gals
Pool and hot tub were awesome! This little gem was perfect for our #bridetribe weekend. We were able to come in from all around WA and one from CO unplug and just relax in our floats in and by the pool. Kitchen had what we needed for the meals we cooked at our home away from home. Shauna the host sent instructions prior to our arrival with information about the upcoming stay and surroundings. She is very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Highly recommend for anyone retreating to Chelan. We will be back!

Fantastic place!
Super close to downtown Chelan. We usually stay in Manson, but we are thankful we found this gem. The views are amazing! Loved the hot tub and pool. Heaven. We will be back for sure.
