Just want to mention that this is a condominium and not a real “cottage”. That said, we loved the property, it’s beautifully decorated, nice linens, and has all that is needed for a short or a longer stay. Only about a 10 minute walk from downtown Nantucket. There is also a baggage drop nearby if you’re there for a short period and want to check your luggage.

Lilly Cottage is located an easy walk into town. The parking space outside adds to the convenience. The place was super clean and pretty new, which was nice.
Be aware if you rent the Lily you are getting a one bedroom with two queen beds in it. I was told my Teresa that I was getting a one bedroom with a king, but that is not what was there. I think the same property is rented as either a one or two bedroom cottage. Frustratingly, when I tried to contact Teresa she never responded. Not a huge deal, but I would be aware of this. I even sent her a screenshot of our conversation in which she said the one bedroom had a king. The radio silence bothered me the most.

Our family had amazing time in Nantucket. The house was perfect! Very clean and extremely well appointed, exactly as pictured and advertised. Theresa was tremendous host, easy to communicate with and full of outstanding recommendations. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time staying at the Lilly Cottage . The home is located minutes of walking distance away Nantucket town center. The property has been thoughtfully decorated and provided us a nice home away from home get away experience.

Excellent property!
Everything is top-notch and well-done! Location is perfect to either walk to Nantucket Town or drive to Sconset. Only not-5-star comment is about accuracy of listing. The house actually has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queens. There are also two full bathrooms!

Outstanding Stay!
By far this is the most comfortable, impressive, and thoughtful feature-packed property we have ever stayed. We travel continuously and made a list of features from this house to include in our future home. This property includes ALL of the paper products, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaners, etc. for our 1-week stay and that is rare. Ultra-comfortable beds and 2 spacious walk-in showers made this stay feel luxurious. We loved the modern but cozy feel, dimmers on all of the lights, and layout which gives both privacy and room to gather. Easy walk to the historic area but sidewalks are narrow and streets can be busy. Bring your own ice, the freezer was having an issue, but who cares this is a minor inconvenience. We had a beautiful welcome with the heat and lighting turned on, fresh flowers, and truffles. Thank you, Theresa! A guest next door also commented on how great the properties were.

Perfect Condo
We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. It took us about 5 mins to walk to town and it was only a block from a little beach . My husband enjoyed bringing our dog to the beach each morning. The unit was clean, modern and quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

PERFECT Rental for a Weekend Getaway

Perfect Getaway
This was our first rental experience (previously preferring the amenities of a hotel) and it was great. This is a nicely decorated, clean, well-appointed home that is perfectly located to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. We spent several days here and thoroughly enjoyed dining in - which would otherwise be unusual for us - either using the backyard grill or getting take out from the many great, nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Location, Location!
This place is wonderfully situated. Its off the street, quiet, and private. Less than a mile walk to The White Elephant, town center or Downey Flake!
While clean, we weren't blown away, it was not sparkling clean like you'd expect for the price (ie: drink ring stain on kitchen countertop). During COVID you want to see (or more aptly put) *smell* all of the cleaning measures.
Hosts (maybe booking company) were not super timely in communication, left some questions unanswered entirely. We had to call to even get the address the day of.
Inside is beautifully decorated. Technology is great too.

Perfect retreat, beautiful home, excellent location
We loved this property. The location was within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. The home is clean and furnished beautifully. We slept well in the luxurious bedding and enjoyed the outside patio with grill and table. The house is stocked with beach chairs and anything else needed for spending a day at the beach. Thank you Theresa for your quick responses to our inquiries both on and off island. The caretakers and cleaning crew were also wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! A Perfect Place
Fantastic spot to stay on Nantucket! Location is wonderful (close to shopping, super market, friend’s boat, coffee shop, restaurants) land house is adorable. Everyone so helpful and available immediately when reaching out. Anything we needed was at the house from wine glasses to beach chairs! A perfect place.

Love this cottage
This was our second time staying at Theresa's cottage on Meader Street. My husband and I LOVE it. Close enough to town for easy access, but far enough away that it's quiet. The finishes are beautiful and the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The linens and bedding are super comfy, and my husband even noted the high quality of the toilet paper! We already have our next visit to this cottage booked in late May of 2019!
Theresa was also accommodating of our request to checkin early due to the time our ferry came in. Thank you!
