Luis and Jeanette were super responsive to all my groups needs. Amazing house, amazing location and absolute homerun for my group of 8 in town for golf and nightlife. Would stay here again 100 X out of 100. They also have all required permits and paperwork.

The location wasnt bad. The villa itself was much better than I expected. It was very spacious and contained everything needed for a large group stay. I wish we could have stayed another day.

The diamond Villa was as advertised - in an excellent location on South Beach, within reach of the restaurants on Lincoln and Washington (Prime 112, Joe's and Red). And a 20 minute walk (5 minute taxi) to hotels like the Sagamore and Delano. Luis and Jeannette were overly accommodating and instantly available when the internet password didn't seem to work, immediately coming by to reset the system (and gift us a great bottle of wine!). We had 7 guys in the house with plenty of room to spare, stocked up the fridge and kitchen with some essentials and got to spend alot of quality time together that you'd miss out on if in separate hotel rooms. I'd recommend for anyone with a good sized group looking for a super clean, well located house in the heart of it all.

We had a great time. The House was very spacious and as described. Jeanette was great to deal with. The only negative was the bathroom tissue...there was none, but it was a minor setback as we were on block away from the store. The house was clean and the showers were plentiful-no need to take a number. Absolutely a positive experience. Glad we decided to stay here.

Let me just say that my vacation in Miami was PERFECT all thanks to Jeanette and the beautiful villa! She was very accommodating in making sure we had a great time! And the place was extremely beautiful inside! There were beach towels and literally everything we needed... I definitely will be back at 1400 West Ave when I come back to Miami! I would recommend this property for anyone

The description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. The property was very clean and well maintained and seemed to have been recently renovated. Mrs. Jeannette provided great customer service and I would strongly recommend this property to any large group. We had a group of 11 gentlemen and it was comfortable for all of us to enjoy. South Beach was close and we enjoyed the attractions and restaurants and the stay at this home made our trip memorable. I would stay at this location if we travel to South Beach again. Thanks,

Our stay at Jeannette's villa went as seamlessly as possible! The house is just as clean & spacious as it appears in all the photos. We had plenty of space in the house for our group of 12 girls without anyone feeling cramped and there was enough room in common areas for us all to gather comfortably. Jeannette was very flexible about check in & check out time, which was very appreciated. The house was also well located in that we could walk to pick up anything we needed and anywhere we wanted to go out was a short and inexpensive uber ride away. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an idea place to stay in the area for a group!

A large group of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is awesome. Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops and the beach wasn't too far off either. Bryan was so easy to work with at check in, especially with our group's sporadic arrival schedule. Plenty of space in the house- many bedrooms, large communal areas, and everything was up to date. The patio was an added bonus and the neighbors were so friendly. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Thank you for hosting us to stay your nice property for our family reunion. We love the property. The location was very good. Walking distance to Lincoln Mall road. The beach was not very far away. We ubered to the beach because there was no parking spot. The house is fully equipped. It was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Since it was a family reunion, we cooked a lot at the property. The kitchen was little bit small. But it was very nice. Dining area was spacious to hold all of us there. Our host was wonderful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs. Jeannette and her daughter were very friendly. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends. Like a lot of people saying on their reviews, the property looks nicer in person than photos. Lots of cool characters for this gorgeous Spanish home.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this beautiful home. Mrs. Varela saved our Christmas after arriving in Miami and finding our original plan was falling apart. The homes are just as advertised. Everything you need to have a great vacation is there! The house is fully stocked. The location is perfect - a quick 2 minute walk to CVS in case you forget something, a quick 5-7 minute walk to Lincoln St. We spent a few days at the beach and when not there enjoyed lounging on the paved patio in the backyard and watched the kids play in the pool. Mrs. Varela is generous, kind and has taken wonderful care of this property. I encourage you to consider this property when you are planning a trip to Miami Beach. I'll be coming back and looking forward to staying here again!

Rented the house for my bday weekend. The house accomodated everyone comfortably. The rooms are spacious and the location is the best! The owner was very kind and helpful as well. I will definitely stay again!!

I come to Miami at least once a year and this was one of the best properties that I stayed at. We came for the weekend for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing! Jeanette allowed us to check in earlier than the original 4pm check in time, which was awesome. The house was clean spacious and we had plenty of towels(which is rare). Everything was conveniently located. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

In South Beach with 6 grown men celebrating a 40th B-Day for 5 nights... I was skeptical of the property sleeping us separately, however the property could accommodate us and much more. The photos don't do this property justice. The property is located in a great area, has several amenities (above those listed), spacious, comfortable inside and out. The full kitchen and outside grill (we shared) was priceless for daily breakfast and our cookout. Walking distance from countless number of restaurants and attractions... We enjoyed Prime 112 (steaks and drinks), Lincoln Road (hanging out), Abuelas Cuban Kitchen (breakfast and great coffee), and of course Ocean Drive. We also had a great time in Little Havana (22 mins away) taking in a different culture. Jeannette was a gracious host, very accommodating, giving us the complete tour of the property upon arrival also offering suggestions that will help us to have a better stay. She answered all questions before and after our arrival as well. Jeannette allowed us to enjoy the property without her oversight. I can't say enough how great this property is. Every guy thanked me for choosing this property and we all had an unbelievable time. If I come back I will definitely look to rent this property again. I highly recommend this property to anyone, book now before someone else does!!!

My friends and I stayed at Jeannette's villa for my birthday trip. When we arrived, she and her husband went above and beyond to accommodate us by giving us so many options! They were so nice and had so much hospitality! The house had great amenities and everyone was able to sleep comfortably (we had a party of 9). The location was perfect for food and shopping, and getting to the beach was so easy and cheap. We definitely plan to stay at one of Jeannette's properties the next time we visit Miami!

I stayed with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and couldn't be happier with this house! The location is amazing, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. Plus it was only a mile from several clubs and nighttime bars we visited which was a very short, inexpensive drive. Jeannette the owner is amazing and offered answers to my questions, suggestions for food and was an overall exceptional host. the house is an amazing space and we very comfortably slept 10 girls. I am so very happy about our stay and thankful we found this beautiful home. Thanks Jeannette!
