We just completed our stay at Jon and Carol's condo and had a great time. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers and everything else in the condo is exactly as described. This is also a great location on 7 mile beach that has not been affected by erosion as some other areas south. We would 100% recommend this unit if you are having a difficult time deciding.

This condo was an amazing stay for our family. The location and accommodations were fantastic. Owners sent us a packet of information and goodies to improve our stay. Beach was amazing and pool was awesome. I would recommend new cookware, the Teflon pans were a bit iffy. Otherwise everything else was perfect, and we had everything we needed.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 boys (ages 14 and 11). This property was perfect for us - plenty of room for us to spread out. Nicely decorated and very clean. Exactly as pictured! Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed (plastic cups for the beach/pool, blender, etc). There was even a cooler available to use! Jon and Carol were super helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We loved the welcome pack then sent us prior to our arrival! We did the stingray tour and the kayak tour of Bio Bay (really amazing). We found the beach to be absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see so many fish and we even saw a turtle one day. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves, but it did get a little busy with the public beach next door when the cruise ships came in for the mornings. (Harbour Heights has their own private seating, so it didn't affect us too much). Grocery store (Fosters) was conveniently located nearby - we pre-ordered stuff for breakfast and snacks prior to arrival and then picked up on our way in from the airport. Really liked the food truck (Murph's kitchen) next door too. Would call to order than walk over to get and bring back. Very convenient for lunch and food was great. All in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to return in the future!

We had a great week in this condo. Two kids, two adults. The condo is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, with a fabulous piece of beach. The condo itself is a little dated but we didn’t mind in the slightest. It’s very clean and has everything you need. There is a 10 (?) story condo bldg going up next door so we were a little disturbed by the construction noise when we arrived. But it didn’t bother us much.

This was such a great experience. Jon and Carol are so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is just what we needed! Great location, clean and loved we had bedrooms upstairs so boys could have some privacy! The condo was well appointed and has a great ocean view. Staff around the condo was great and the grounds were very neat and nicely landscaped. We will definitely come back for our next Cayman trip.

Absolutely wonderful vacation! Unit was in great condition, clean and well appointed with all the necessary items. Added bonus was a closet stuffed with floats, skim boards, noodles, etc. to make the beach and pool a blast for the kids. Location was spectacular walk about a half mile to loads of great restaurants. Crystal clear water with no rocks and a massive area to swim/snorkel. No boat traffic so always felt safe. Always plenty of room to spread out and relax and most days it felt like we were on a private beach. No getting up at 6am to reserve chairs like at the resorts! Plenty of space... plenty of chairs. Grounds are well maintained, staff was attentive and lovely to work with, friendly owners of other units. Jon and Carol were a dream to work with as they gave us loads of great information, recommendations on restaurants, boat excursions, etc. We will definitely go back and stay here. Dream vacation!

This was my 3rd trip to Cayman but it was my family’s first. The condo exceeded our expecting and was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 children. The unit was very clean and well appointed with everything needed for our stay. The condo is located on one of the best sections of 7 mile beach. My children really enjoyed exploring the small reef behind the complex. The owners Jon and Carol go the extra mile and sent out an information packet with recommendations for dining and tours. Every recommended restaurant we tried was a hit! The staff at the condo office were very helpful and eager to please. They ensured we had everything we needed. It was like staying at our own 5 star resort without the crowds. I would absolutely book here again in the future.

Everything about our stay was five stars. The condo was immaculate, stocked with every comfort of home and then some, the location perfect, close to everything but still felt like a private paradise. We are already planning a trip back and no question this will be where we stay. Thank you Jon and Carol for all the extra touches, like mailing a welcome packet several weeks before our trip, your excellent recommendations for things to do on the island and closet full of beach gear. Our trip was nothing short of magical.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was like we had our own private beach! Condo had everything we needed and was clean! The employees were very friendly. Great vacation!

We stayed for a week (mom, dad and 4 kids ages 11 to 18). Couldn't have been more perfect. The condo is in wonderful condition, well furnished and stocked, and....the location simply cannot be beat. 50 steps to the sand on what felt like the best possible stretch of 7 mile beach, far from the chair-to-chair crowds at the big resorts. We also loved the beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, with the grassy courtyard and lovely pool. Beautiful trees and small palapas on the beach provided the perfect amount of shade. And the water........... We cannot wait to return.

Spacious unit, well appointed with essentials. View and location were amazing! Pool was great and warm. If you like close to action, but private and not crazy busy like the large hotels- this is a great choice!

We loved our stay here and hope to return. The beach is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. The condo has everything you need including a beautiful view. There is an added bonus of daily fresh beach towels and twice weekly cleaning. The owners provide a ton of info before your trip and are helpful with any questions. They also have a closet full of fun beach stuff.

This is not our first time staying in this condo. Obviously that means it is due to having so many great features. Having been to Grand Cayman several times as well as living there years ago, this is the best location on Seven Mile Beach. Far enough from Georgetown for a quieter feel, yet easily accessible to it when you feel the need to shop or have a walk around. The condo is spacious with two levels- kitchen and living room on main floor and bedrooms on upper level. Sitting outside on the balcony every morning with coffee and staring at the colors of the water never gets old. Absolutely stunning! The beach is lovely. Pool area very nice. Ping pong room was perfect as my son happens to be an avid player. :) And Calico Jack's being a short walk down the beach is always a highlight for a drink and quick bite to eat. Such a great time! We took our kids to Grand Cayman for the first time and stayed in John and Carol's condo. It was perfect! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, perfect amount of space and a beautiful beach! We hope to visit Cayman again soon and would absolutely stay in this condo again.

We loved our stay at Harbour Heights #25. We visited with our two young children and found lots of fun things to do nearby. It is merely steps from the door to the beautiful Caribbean coral sand beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. It has everything you need for your stay, even plenty of beach toys for the kids. The new appliances make eating in a breeze. The unit also has amazing beach and ocean views. A short walk on the beach brings you to a favorite lunch spot, a lively beach pub/grill with cold drinks and a great cheeseburger. A bit further down the beach, there are more upscale dining options if you want more than the beach pub. The kids loved the turtle farm where you can actually swim in a lagoon with turtles and other sea creatures! The kids also really enjoyed the Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park. Of course, you can’t ignore the beach. It’s the best stretch of Seven Mile Beach and because it’s private, there is always plenty of space for the kids to play and parents to sunbathe. There are cabanas and shade trees to get out of the mid-day sun as well. There is even a small coral reef just a bit offshore that offers some great, easy snorkeling. We’ve stayed in #25 before and obviously loved it and can’t wait to come back. It really is a slice of paradise.

Harbor Heights 25 is in a great location. Right on SMB, but it has the feel of someplace not as crowded. This unit has a great ocean view, is impeccable, well decorated, and with recent upgrades to the kitchen and baths. The second bedroom has a queen bed PLUS a double with bunk, so it'll sleep a large family. Little known, Harbor Heights has its own liquor license (very rare), so if you're short a bottle, you can get it onsite without fighting traffic to a liquor store. There is security on the beach, and the pool just received a remake with all new decking. All in all, a very well kept small complex that still has that "island" feel. We'll be back!!!

My family and I were very impressed with unit 25 and the Harbor Heights facility. It’s just a short drive from the airport and everything else on 7 mile Beach. It’s just a short walk to other locations on the beach such as Governor’s Beach, Calico Jack’s for a Rum Runner, and Cocolobba at the Sea Fire (great casual meal without having to hop into a car. Furthermore, the kitchen is well-equipped (we ate in for many of our meals and never had a problem with their not being enough supplies) and the temperature inside the condo was great. We could not believe that we were out the door and onto the sand in 30 seconds. We sat under the shade of a hut every day that we were there, and enjoyed sunsets every night, the location is perfect for this! Thank you for the use of sand building toys, noodles and coolers. It all came in handy! Our Family of five (Kids age 6, 10, and 13) agreed this was our favorite vacation yet and was in part due to our lovely accommodations!

We had the most wonderful time in the Cayman Islands!!!! Your place was exceptional. Everything we needed, we had. The beach was beautiful and the privacy we had was just phenomenal. I think there were just a couple of other families that we met and friended while there. You definitely get spoiled not having to share the beach with hundreds of other vacationers. We were reminded of this every time we took our walks down the beach and saw just how many people stayed at the "big resorts". Why would anyone want to do that when you can have Harbour Heights!!! We did use the kitchen often but definitely tried to consume as much local foods as well. Kaibo barefoot beach bar b cue was a fun experience. We decided to take the cayman ferries across to dinner. We all enjoyed the boat ride. The food was good and our kiddos enjoyed the band during dinner. We also enjoyed lunch at Macabuca oceanfront tiki bar that was just a short drive away. One of our favorite dinners was take out from Chicken Chicken! When we go back, this will be dinner for us again! Absolutely delish! AND, I can not forget the best drink I had down the beach while eating at Coccoloba (restaurant at SeaFire Kimpton Hotel)....the Coccoslide. Must try;) The food here was very good as well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. From the front office staff to the kind security guard on the property, everyone was just as pleasant as could be. And did I mention how clean your condo was!!!! If you are looking for a quiet place with the best beach, you have come to the right place! The condo is steps from the water and the beach is uncrowded. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The condo is fully stoked and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved it here. The condo is located in a perfect place on Seven Mile Beach. The manager and owner were so nice and helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do and where to eat. This was our first time on the island and we loved it here. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

This is our third time staying at Harbour Heights and the second time in one month's time staying in Unit 25. We enjoyed our stay so much in early March that we re-arranged our schedule so that we could return to Unit 25 in April. The condo is conveniently located near to the beach and pool area. In just a few steps we would arrive at our favorite spot on the beach under trees for shade. This was also the spot we watched the sun set each evening. The condo is recently remodeled and very well equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. There was a good selection of herbs and spices to use as well. We ate all but 4-5 meals in the condo. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the grounds and the ocean. There was a barbecue grill that we used for dinner. The condo is just a short walk up the beach to the north for a drink or snack at Calico Jack's and slightly a longer but still easy walk to the Kimpton where we had an excellent outdoor dinner as the sun set. There are several nearby restaurants such as Restorante Pappagallo and Morgan's that we very much enjoyed and can highly recommend. We took taxis to these restaurants and found that we were grossly overcharged by the drivers until we happened upon Floyd at Comfort Taxi (345 923-5831). Floyd was a very honest driver and actually consulted the chart and charged us appropriately (basically half of what the other drivers asked for). Ask for Floyd!!! We rented a car and found it very easy to drive around the island. There are nice supermarkets nearby but we liked Foster's to the south the best. The condo has a collection of pool/ocean/beach toys and equipment available for use which are great for kids. The owners, Carol and Jon ensured that we were well informed about the condo as well all Cayman has to offer. We are sure to return to Harbour Heights #25 as soon as our schedule permits. The unit was super organized and maintained by the owners. There are plenty of chairs on the beach so you never have to get up early to "save" or "find" a lawn chair. Lots of sun and shady spots on the beach for all ages! Enjoyed having the ice machine in the center of the complex when on the beach throughout the day. Everything you could possibly need is available in the kitchen...thank you!!

Keep coming back to this place. Have been with just my husband, with kids, girls weekend. Already hoping to go back with the kids and maybe let them bring a friend. Master bed has king & large bath. 2nd rm is full and bunk. Kids bath newly remodeled. Perfect for 4 kids. Condo is very bright and comfy. Gorgeous views and right on the beach. Just a few steps away. Pool is awesome overlooking ocean. I love that a section of the Beach is private. So many great restaurants or Fosters grocery store is close if you prefer to cook. Great shopping at Camana or at the port. Don’t miss making a rum punch at sunset or the piña coladas at Calico Jacks (a Beach bar..walking distance barefoot on the sand). Sunset House in Georgetown is great for casual dinner at Sunset. Stingray city, boat ride to kaibo for lunch from Camana Bay. Hell of course! Turtle farm, swim w/dolphins, royal garden, too many fun things to name. Spa at Ritz or Westin. Rum cake! Snorkel near the cemetery, Submarine tour (make sure your kids potty first!) aghhhh!!! I don’t scuba but my hubby does. Or.. do absolutely nothing!! If you rent a car ask for steering wheel on British side! Makes remembering to look right & keep curb to the left easier!!!! 😳 Don’t forget to turn off cellular unless you have international plan! 😮 They have WiFi in the unit. Don’t overpack. Flip flops, a swimsuit, shorts/shirt and a sundress and your sundries are all you’ll need! Have a blast! You won’t want to leave.😎🐠🌴☀️🌸🍹🏊🏻‍♀️⛵️🌅🛍💛

I was impressed from the moment I walked from the reserved parking space to the front door. I knew this beach house was special. Marble floors, immaculate and so much attention to the details that make a stay special. The decor was upscale but fun, comfortable and beachy and everything we needed for our stay was there. We loved sliding the patio doors open, feeling the ocean breeze while gazing at the beautiful turquoise waters. Only a few steps away, we spent a lot of time on the private beach and after the gorgeous sunsets we walked to get dinner and drinks on the sand nearby. After dinner we swam in the property’s huge private pool on the beach. It was so quiet, it seemed we had the whole place to ourselves! We snorkeled and the number and variety of sea life was incredible. The water is so clear you can see for miles. Best place I’ve ever been to enjoy the island life and I’ve been to Tahiti, Moorea, Maui, Kauai, and live in Clearwater Beach, FL. Perfect stay and lifelong, amazing memories. I will definitely be back ASAP to Jon and Carole’s condo!

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at Jon And Carol's ocean view condo on seven mile beach in Grand Cayman. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and I particularly appreciated the walk in shower in the master bathroom and the view of the ocean from the master bedroom window. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean each day from the main floor porch. Beach towels are provided which is very convenient. The beach chairs, beach huts and trees for shade provided a relaxing setting and the nightly sunsets are spectacular. Other small things make for a great stay - startup supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and bath soaps and shampoos are provided eliminating the need to rush to the store immediately. Other beach items are provided which add to the convenience and the property management sells beer, wine and liquor which saved us an initial trip to the store. Most important is that Jon and Carol take a personal interest in their guest's stay - they provided great info before I arrived (e.g. maps, restaurant suggestions, places of interest, etc.) and they called and spoke to me before and after to answer questions and get feedback. They provided the personal attention needed to insure an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend their condo and I plan to come back and stay with them again!

For beach-lovers, Harbour Heights and Unit 25 is perfect. From the time we walked out the door until our feet hit the sand was literally 15 seconds. And the beach? Better than any pictures can show. The sand is soft and the water is drop-dead gorgeous. We lounged, we played in the sand, we floated in the water, and never felt crowded. A short walk down the beach led to some of the best snorkeling we have ever done. Harbour Heights is impeccably clean and well-maintained and serviced by very friendly people. And speaking of well-maintained, Unit 25 was wonderful. The unit is large and well-furnished with everything you need (and more). The beds were extremely comfortable and opening the windows at night made it very easy to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Early mornings were spent on the balcony appreciating the magnificant ocean views just feet away. Of course, we did the can't-miss Stingray City tour along with Dolphin Discovery and shopping in George Town. Lunch was either in the unit or a short walk down the beach to beach-side restaurants. We were never lacking for dining possibilities in Cayman. Jon and Carol provided so much valuable and interesting information to us prior to arriving. We had fun with the anticpation of Cayman and our expectations were exceeded. The location is spectacular, the hospitality much appreciated, and the living accomodations were top-notch. Suffice it to say, we will be back!
