First time vrbo guest! We had a relaxing getaway with friends and family for my husbands birthday. Everything was nice and clean. And we absolutely loved hearing the frogs at night!
We've been to Leavenworth many times but have only camped. This was a wonderful change of pace and enjoyed living like an upper crust citizen. Only complaint from guests was that the room with the bunk bed has very little soundproofing. Otherwise, we all had a wonderful stay.

We had a good time at this cabin. It’s quiet, has pretty scenery and is close to town. There were plenty of rooms for our group to sleep comfortably. Beds were great! House was nice and warm and clean.
The kitchen had the tools we needed to cook. Although we recommend you bring your own nonstick pan because many of the ones here are past due for replacement.
Overall we really enjoyed it!

The property is in a great location, far enough away from town that you don’t hear traffic, but close enough that it’s no big deal to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals with. The drive way was a little slippery but we were able to get in without any issues. All in all it was a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a weekend. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything was easy to find, appliances and tv were easy to use. If we had a question about how to work something the directions were easy to find and understand. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to come to stay next year.

From the moment you walk in you can tell that so many memories have been made in this house.
My group loved all the character of the place, beds were super comfortable (which is my #1 factor), and there was so much space. Beautifully updated kitchen to cook in, and the views were spectacular!!
Only minor thing was that there seemed to be a lot of leftover clutter, but overall would definitely stay again!

Property is very clean and nice to have a garage for both my Mercedes-Benz would definitely come back again to stay at this cabin. Close to downtown Leavenworth 8 to 9 minutes in the snow. Very convenient.

This was a great place to stay. It was not too far out of town so that it made it hard to get to town, It actually made things easier because we all stuck together instead of wandering off. It was private and quiet. I missed the snow. It snowed until we arrived and that was all. It must be to early in the year. We are already looking into reserving the same place again next year.

All 6 of us are family--two brothers, one sister, and our 3 spouses. This was the 9th consecutive year we have booked Reflection Hill in Leavenworth, Washington. We find the house there absolutely wonderful. One thing, however: we don't watch regular TV, but we do watch DVDs that we take, and we nearly always have difficulty tuning in the TV for showing of our DVD movies. This time we were unable to even make the DVD player (or the TV itself) work. If we were to bring our son or grandson along, he would be able to figure it out. I suppose, however, that another customer had changed the cables around, which fouled up our attempts to get them right. In fact, before we left, I discovered that the other end of the cable was not plugged in but hidden on the bottom of the cabinet. Too bad we didn't discover that earlier. Also, we didn't notice until our last day there that there now is a local couple whom we can call for help. We called, talked to the wife, who was at work in town. She promised to call her husband but he never came.

We came to Leavenworth for my friends bachelorette. We love the property it is close to town while still being in a beautiful natural setting. The beds were very comfy, all the spaces are cozy and comfortable and great for hanging out together while still having options for those who need a quiet moment for themself, lots of space! It is also very close to the reindeer farm (a must do!) and plenty of vineyards.

The house was perfect for our group!!! We were there to do the Enchantments thru hike and it was a perfect place for respite when we all hobbled back to our comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The house has all the amenities and we all talked about the fact that the only thing that would be an amazing addition, would be a hottub!! Thanks again for a great stay!!

Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen stocked with dishes and tools, the living area was great for all of us to hangout and visit. This home was great for our group! While in Leavenworth, we hiked the Enchantments, moseyed downtown, visited a winery and floated the river. We would definitely stay here again!

This large cabin is spacious and perfect for a group. We had a girls trip here and the hosts could not have been more accommodating! It’s a few minutes drive to town. Lots of room to spread out and beautiful views from every window. The hosts truly care about making your stay an excellent one. Highly recommend!

We took our daughter and her friends for a senior trip. They all had so much fun. They had the downstairs to themselves. They played hide and seek and talked all night. We couldn’t even hear them upstairs. They floated the river through an outfitter in town one day. Shopped one day. And went to Lake Wenatchee one day.

Great house and very comfortable for 3 generations. Could be a little more child friendly-maybe a child gate and plastic dinnerware. Clean and lots of room.

Wonderful home in the woods
Our extended family group of 8 fit perfectly in this home. Four separate bedrooms and a spacious loft gave us more than enough sleeping space and privacy. The home was squeaky clean on arrival, the living room was comfortable, the kitchen modern and useable with an adjacent large dining room. And the setting is wonderful. A large pasture in the foreground is complemented by forested mountainsides all around. This all viewed from the dining room, living room, and the large wrap-around outdoor deck. Only two other homes on this country road, far enough away that you do not notice them. And the home is only a ten minute drive to Leavenworth, so you can enjoy the Bavarian Village but then easily escape the hubbub to relax in the mountains. And at a fraction of the cost of renting a home in town. Prompt communications with the owners.

Great for families!
This house was the perfect spot for a long weekend trip with our two kids (6 and 3) and my mom. It was close enough to town that it was easy to drive in, but also had wonderful outdoor space for the kids to sled and play in the snow. The home is great with a lot of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy feel.

Wouldn’t stay again
Enjoyed the home and the location, however, the owners did not disclose anything about the icy street and driveway. Both street and driveway are decently steep hills and even in our AWD cars we had a difficult time. We had two cars slide straight down the driveway and one became stuck. There was no ice melt and we ended up spending $100 of our own money on that so hopefully the people staying after us benefited. In addition the only shovels they had were plastic and worthless.

Beautiful Cabin
The space was wonderful. It accommodated our family extremely well. We had babies with us and they had a great time as well. It was an amazing stay for our family. The only downside, was the weather. It didn’t snow until we were leaving. And the snow made it hard to navigate the drive way. Other than that, wonderful stay! And I hope to be staying here again.

Everything was fine.....except
1. We hope the owners can fix the water. This morning when we left, there was no water out of the tap. Apparently, there's been some concern about it lately, as two men with a pickup and trailer came and were working on the water connection on the back side of the house. Then during the night: now water at all. Luckily, it happened on our last morning. We tried calling both numbers on the refrigerator door, but they went nowhere.
2. We still can't figure out the TV and how to switch it to DVD. So we brought along our own DVD player and screen, and they worked fine.
