We stayed for 6 days. Definitely luxury service and absolutely perfect spot in the village. The close proximity to the slopes and the village was hands down perfect. Would recommend and we will be back. Thanks for a fabulous place to stay with impeccable service of the resort staff.

This is the second time we stayed in the Madeline, and it is still one of our favorites. The hotel staff and amenities are top notch. We brought a dog, and the hotel charges an additional $150/stay which wasn’t mentioned in the online listing. Otherwise everything was lovely. Amazing winter snow in the San Juans also made it such a memorable time. We enjoyed the hot tub, skating rink, restaurants, and kids community club - all were fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to beat the I-70 hustle.

Exactly as others have described. The property is immaculate. The Madeline resort is phenomenal. Proximity to Mountain Village could not be better. The availability of a full kitchen is great when traveling with kids. My only recommendation would be to stock extra blankets, but logistically this could be challenging as linens and cleaning is handled by the resort. They did bring extra blankets when we called and asked, but the blankets on the beds were pretty thin. Overall great property.

This property was perfect for our ski/snow adventure in Telluride! The unit is clean, modern and has all of the top of the line finishes you would want and need. This was definitely a 5 star experience! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again!

Condo and hotel are amazing. Elena is also an amazing host. Within minutes of emailing her during our stay, she responded and helped us communicate with the hotel concierge.

Elena’s residence is the perfect getaway in Mountain Village. Access to all of the Madeline amenities - ski valet and the pool / hot tub specifically - is the game changer as The Madeline’s amenities are hands down the best in Mountain Village.
The unit itself is perfect for two — loved the fireplace, soaking tub was A+, and the full kitchen allowed us to lounge a little longer in the morning and have breakfast and coffee before putting on all of our ski layers.
We’ll be back!

We love our stay in mountain village at the Madeline in Elena's unit. The location can't be beat with easy access via gondola to the market or downtown. The amenities at Madeline can't be beat, especially the ski-in/ski-out valet and gym. We hope to come back soon!

The property was clearly identified as a 2 bedroom on the main VRBO listing page; turns out there was only one bedroom. Had to pay an extra $2,400 for another room at the hotel. A disappointing experience

We had a great stay for a family Christmas snow skiing trip. The Madeline residence is beautiful with high end appliances and well stocked.. sleeps 4 comfortably. Elena communicated very well during the entire booking process and trip. Checkin was very easy and we especially enjoyed the ski valet. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful!
We had an excellent time at this property! Elena is the hostess with the mostest! Even though she was in France during our stay she responded to any questions within minutes and was on top of everything. Plus SO friendly and a true pleasure to communicate with. The unit was very clean, nicely appointed, well stocked with everything you can imagine in the kitchen. I love that we were able to take advantage of all the 5 star hotel amenities of the Madeline, including the pool, room service, housekeeping. We will definitely be coming back!

Phenomenal Location
Perfect location for a mountain vacation. Next to phenomenal hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, food and drink. Access to gondola system from property made exploration of Telluride fun and easy. Our car got dented while on property and the Madeline quickly sent their insurance information our way without any protest. We’ll be staying here again if possible.

Great place
Could not have been more convenient for ski in ski out. Kids ski school right outside, ski valet in the building and all the amenities of the hotel included! Kids loved the heated pool ans spa. Owner responded very quickly for any questions but didn’t really need her since hotel staff was there to take care of anything we needed.

Nice condo in awesome location
This 1BR residence in the Madeline was very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the quality espresso maker in the mornings, along with the well stocked kitchen with all utensils/cups/wine glasses.
We really enjoyed the prime location of this condo in the village. The ski valet and Starbucks is right downstairs, as well as the new cozy chic bar in the Madeline Hotel. We’d definitely stay here again!

White glove getaway

Wonderful rental unit
This is a great rental and one we'll return to. The linens, bed, kitchen, bath are all top shelf. It's a nice surprise when a condo kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, at the highest quality. Love the location in Mountain Village, and the fact that the pool, spa and fitness facilities are just down the hall. The host Elena was accessible and responsive, and our whole experience was very satisfactory. FIVE STARS

Beautiful stay
We usually stay on the town side, but staying in mountain village was great. The Madeleine is what you would expect... great location, good service. The internet, overall, in Telluride is not great (no fault of the owner) and this unit is on the second floor so no view. But the pool is gorgeous (and has a bar)!!!

Responsive owner and lovely place
Everything was great but the property manager (Auburge) had significant challenges with the internet and TV, which was a challenge as I was trying to work and my kids wanted some TV time. Candidly, it was a surprise and shame as the owner did everything she could but fix the problem herself. The management of the Madeline had some challenges that were unresolved.

The hotel was beautiful but our suite was too low no views and no air circulation and a constant humming from gondola when patio doors open. Next time I would book through the hotel to get a better suite

We really enjoyed our stay in Elena’s home. The location was perfect for a ski holiday and the apartment was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed and the linens were cosy and clean. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and even left special treats for turn down. We had a great time.

Absolute Bliss and attention to detail impecable
The experience has been by far beyond expectations. Impecable accommodations. Such a relaxing and hassle free accommodations. The apartment is super comfortable for a family of 5. Two teenagers and a toddler. The floor plan super spacious to not feel that we are on top of each other. One bathroom, but we managed and was not an issue. Bathroom is spacious. It has a privacy door for the loo. The shower has a steamer. We loved that feature so much. It got plenty of use. We were supplied with all items we requested such as extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Nights are super peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a good rest and sleep. Toiletries were supplied and they did the job for the three nights spent at the apartment. The apartment is part of the residences of the Madeline Hotel in the Mountain Village of Telluride. Super chic.
My kiddos loved the entire facility and our stay. The pool and hot tub. The Gondola rides to and from town. The plaza at the mountain village super nice.
The owner EF absolutely makes the whole experience super awesome. Such attention to detail, accommodating, and super accessible. The stay was much sweeter thanks to her.
We are extremely grateful for the stay and all the attentions EF provided during our stay.
