The one thing that really stands out is the location!!! It was amazing! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants etc…. Was 5 min walk at most! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is good and the house is a bit dated but not bad. The real issue were the roaches :( We called several times and they came out and tried to spray but sometimes is really bad in this house with roaches in the bathrooms and cupboards. We've stayed at Seaside for 20 years and never seen this many roaches in a house. Very disappointing to spend so much and have to deal with this.

October 2021 Stay
We arrived on Saturday and found the residence very clean and inviting. Loved everything about the area with the shops, restaurants and beach. Access to all was very convenient and we had such great fun riding bikes to and from all. Wonderful stay and experience 😃

We enjoyed our stay at the property especially how conveniently it was located to everything you would want to do in Seaside and a short walk to the other towns. We had a newborn so it was really nice to be able to stop at the house whenever we needed and not have it take a ton of time. The house was clean and parking was easy. There was a couple things management could do better such as more soap/shampoo/conditioner. The house is supposed to hold up to 10 people, but they only provided two sets of small hotel style bottles for everyone. The plugs in the downstairs bathrooms didn’t work and we did run into two cockroaches in the pantry/kitchen. I understand it’s Florida and bugs are everywhere, but I thought I would mention it because of the previous review that had also mentioned roaches.

Seamless checkin and checkout. Beautiful home and surrounding areas. Loved having the main bedroom on the first floor. This was our first trip to Seaside and we were not let down at all. Note - not really a 4 bedroom house unless you have small children who you want to be sleeping near you (small room off downstairs master with two twin beds). Our teenager opted to sleep on the couch than to be in the same room with us.

We loved this property! We visited with 2 moms and 7 teenage girls! The property was a fabulous location, had plenty of room for all 9 of us, and was so well stocked! We brought and purchased everything we thought we would need, but the property was so well stocked we didn’t end up needing nearly as much as we thought. The only thing missing was dishwasher pods - which we did purchase - but we were surprised there wasn’t one or two provided.
Overall a wonderful value! The location, again, was top notch! We would definitely stay again!

this was a great house for our family. we & our two adult daughters & their husbands. the location was terrific. we also enjoyed the bikes a great deal. the only thing lacking for us was a large outdoor space. the porches are small & narrow. we made do however & had a great time. ps....I wouldn't count the bonus bedroom as an actual bedroom unless you have small children who need to sleep near you because it is actually a part of the master suite. we had thought grandparents might come. thank goodness they didn't! it would never have worked. we used it as a snoring room for my husband!

I am so happy that we found this home to stay in during our stay for my bachelorette trip to Seaside!! There were six girls total and we had plenty of space and loved the layout of the house. Check in and check out were so smooth and easy. The first night the toilet upstairs wasn’t working, but someone came to fix it as soon as we called and I even got a call from property management after making sure it was fixed and if we needed anything else. Beautiful house, perfect location, and such amazing customer service! I just got home and I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in your home. The layout was perfect for our two families (2 adults and young child along with another 2 adults and 2 children) having two separate living areas on each floor. We very much enjoyed having an open floor plan to spend time together and the 6 person dining table for game nights. The home is updated, very clean, has a walk in closet, walk in pantry, main floor laundry, and comfortable beds. We also loved the design of the home from the staircase to the wide open hallway upstairs, the artwork in the bedroom upstairs. Having two covered porches was great to store beach gear, etc. we very much appreciated the bottle of wine left to us by the owners. That was quite thoughtful and enjoyed learning more about them from their framed biography in the kitchen. The location is just one street over from the chapel, Ruskin Park, and shops/restaurants. The pools are also only a short walk/bike ride between each. Only suggestion is to get a vacuum cleaner that will vacuum up sand.

What a perfect experience! Ease of reservation, checkin and checkout was the best! The 360 Blue team was kind, courteous and professional. Went out of their way to make this a wonderful vacation. We loved the house and loved working with 360 blue. The ride to the beach is really close, you're close to town and the pool. The house was super clean and it had all that we needed. Second time renting from 360 blue and we would do it again. Thank you!!!!

We enjoy trying out a different seaside home each year. Love the quaintness of seaside. My kids absolutely love riding their bikes throughout seaside and town is very close to the 621 forest home. The seaside family pool is close by too. The house was nicely updated. Washer/dryer conveniently located by the back door and master. The small bedroom off of the master wasn't a problem at all for us, we put our two younger children in that room and it worked great for them. Kitchen was great, lots of counter space and big pantry too. Home is spacious and airy. We never turned the TVs on, so not sure if they work or not. Bikes and sand toys were a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be to upgrade/update the bed sheets, as they were a bit worn. Other than that, the location and house were great. We love to visit the other communities around seaside, have lots of favorite restaurants and ride bikes as much as possible whenever we are at the beach. Really pretty home that was very functional for our family. 😎

Always a great time spent in Seaside! We wanted to leave a little feedback for some ideas and suggestions regarding 621 Forest. Nicely updated but not sure why a bathtub wasn't left in the house especially if you want families staying there who have kids. The bikes should be checked and tires aired up before people stay. More kitchen towels. A dustpan would be good to go with the broom. TV's in the LR, Master and upstairs queen room don't work well which was frustrating when you want to actually watch TV and it doesn't work. We won't stay at this house again and not because it wasn't nice but because it just doesn't offer more outdoor enjoyment for dinners, etc.
