Fantastic location, room, & host. Ruth was really responsive. Dehumidifiers really helped, wonderful to be right on the slope with the ski lockers steps away. Great having enough keys for kids, grandma, and parents - allowed everyone to come and go as ski skills/cold tolerance dictated. Great to have access to the lounge & bathroom on our last day. Building internet went out twice, board games came in handy! Thank you!

We just stayed for a family trip. The condo was a good size for our family of 4. Ruth was a great communicator, making sure we were up to speed with all the Covid requirements for the condo and all of Breck! This is ski in ski out, right off Peak 8. I will say Peak 8 side is a little more advanced that Peak 9, so keep that in mind. If you are a beginner skier, this may not be the best option. If you don't ski in, you have to walk up a hill and it's not convenient. If you are a good skier, you will have no trouble!

We can’t say enough great things about our host or the property! We traveled with an infant and the location of this place was perfect for “switch offs”. It was very clean and had a cozy ski house vacation feel. We will be back!!

I have stayed at a handful of places between all the Vail resorts and this one is hands down the best! You are literally 100 yards uphill from the Peak 8 lodge and Breckconnect gondola. The condo is beautifully furnished and is even stocked with some grocery items (condiment, spices, and even some dry goods),which you dont get at other places! Ruth, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to her renters and works hard to ensure your stay is top notch. We rented last minute due to issues at another condo and Ruth went above and beyond for us to ensure the condo was ready. If you're looking for an extraordinary condo with an amazing owner, look no further, you've found it!

Property is truly slope side. Having the ski lockers was really nice. We sat slope side at end of day and enjoyed our cocktails while watching the skiers. Condo is as described. Perfect for four adults, but more than that would be a bit tight. We walked to the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 for bar and restaurant, and also to catch the free gondola down to Main Street. Otherwise, we drove or took Uber. A car is necessary for getting around. We had a great time. Conditions were awesome. Ruth was very easy to work with and contact. Responsive to all texts and emails. Would rent again. Not condo related, but go to the oxygen bar if you are feeling any altitude sickness. Really helpful and a relaxing atmosphere.

The location of this property is the best on Peak 8.. a true ski in and out property . Parking was ample and easy. Unit was we stocked for anything we needed . Owner was wonderful to work with ..

This was our second stay at this condo and once again, it didn’t disappoint! Ruth is fabulous to work with. The condo has exactly what we needed. It was well stocked and you can’t beat the location. Our kids look forward to staying here each year. Can’t beat the hot tub looking out at peak 8! We would recommend this condo to our friends and family ❤️⛷

This condo was a great location for my mid may ski getaway with my 2 nephews. There was plenty of room and even though breck was only operating out of peak 7 for extended spring season (and not the main peak 8 which is right out the door from this condo) we were able to get on the lift with just a short 5 minute walk. We were able to ski back to the condo (after ducking a line). This is the best 2 bedroom condo layout I have ever experienced with 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 bathrooms in a split layout with the living room and kitchen in the middle and a large patio out back. We will definitely be back.

Our family of four loved our stay! The location of this property is awesome - truly a ski in and ski out - right on the mountain!! The condo is updated, very clean and quiet. Ruth is first class to work with - great communicator and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back!

I recently stayed at Ruth’s condo with my two adult children for a four day ski vacation. I found everything as advertised. The unit was clean,comfortable, quiet, and literally a short ski down to two chairlifts at the base of peak 8. There is convenient indoor parking, and the building is very secure, entry only by key. There are two hot tubs available to help soothe those sore muscles after a day on the slopes. I wish we could have stayed longer. I found Mrs Gardner to be a very accommodating owner. I highly recommend renting this property.

Our family of 8 stayed at this property (#328) and loved everything about it. True ski in and out with convenient ski lockers one floor below. Many kitchen condiment amenities that other condos clear out after each trip. Communication with the owner, Ruth Gardner, was also a plus. She is very responsive and truly cares about making your trip planning and experience a good one. We definitely recommend this unit and would book it again.

We have been staying at this location since 2007 - mainly Mon-Fri during Jan, Feb and the first week in Mar. The top of the photo to the left is Ski Watch Condo - the lifts are Colorado and Rocky. The amenities are fabulous.

The Skiwatch complex is well located on Peak 8 with ski in/ ski out access. This condo unit is updated and very well maintained. Having two queen beds in each bedroom with its own accompanying bathroom makes it comfortable for families. Included covered parking under the building and a ski locker adjacent to the slopes adds to the convenience. The owner is very accommodating and we would stay there again.

This was the second time we rented Ruth's condo on Peak 8, and I'm sure we'll be back again! The ski-in/ski-out option is so convenient, especially now that our kids are better skiers and can handle themselves getting down to the lifts, which are very nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there's lots of drawers, hooks and cubbies to stash all our clothes and gear. The washer and dryer in the building are nice to cut down on the bulk of packing needed for a ski vacation. And Ruth is super friendly, quick to respond, and attentive to her guests! Another wonderful family ski trip!

Exceptional property. True Ski In and Ski Out. Walk out the door, out on your skies and ski to either Colorado or Rocky Lifts. At the end of the day (or lunch) ski into the property, kick off your skies and you are home.

Our third time at Ski Watch, first time at this particular Condo. Accomodations were clean, convenient and easy. The Owner, Ruth was gracious and helpful and we will doubtless retrun.

This place is ideal for families. Comfortable, right at the base of Peak 8. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Ruth is very easy to work with and very pleasant to talk with.

We love this place!! The convenience could not be better. Ski to 4 lifts, ski school, restaurant, lift tickets, rentals. Ski back to lunch at the condo. Ski back for a beer at the end of a spectacular day! The condo is roomy, easily accomodates 2 families in comfort. Clean, cozy, charming. There is not a better value in Breck. And Ruth is wonderful to work with!

What a fantastic time!!! We had 9 adults and were comfortable. The hot tub was just that - hot! Perfect after a long day on the slopes. Incredibly convenient right on the Claimjumper trail and about 3 or 4 turns from the Peak 8 lifts. Exceptionally value - tough to beat this condo at one of the best resorts in the west!

What a great place! Very cozy but roomy enough for two families. Our kids loved the room, the fire and the hot tub! It could not have been better for the optimum skiing experience!
