We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The house was very clean and very well supplied. The owners were very good with communications and we had an awesome stay. We can not wait to book there again the next time we visit Siesta Key.

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated and appointed. Literally everything you need is there for you to use. Perfect for my wife & I. It’s proximity to the village and beach can not be matched. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key.

This is our fourth stay at the Happy Clam. Certainly, the beaches on Siesta Key are some of the best there is. The unit is always meticulously maintained and has everything you need. The location is the best on the island, in my opinion, as both the beach and the village with restaurants are just a short walk. We have always enjoyed the option of rainy day activities being just a short drive away as well - such as the Mote Aquarium, movie theater, bowling and now Livingston’s Amusement.

This was our second stay at Happy Clam and just as amazing as the first! Super clean, bug free, close to everything (literally), kitchen is fully stocked, as well as the beach shed! You name it, they’ve thought of it. If you’re looking for the best place to stay on Siesta Key, this is it. We will definitely be booking again! ALSO, have fun trying to find all ten anchors. You’ll understand what I mean once you walk in the door. Thanks again, Irelands! 🏖️

This wonderful space has everything you could possibly need and more!! Space, comfort, pool, and every cooking utensil and every piece of cookware you can think of and some you can't, like the indoor grill!!
The fold out sofa is the most comfortable I have ever slept on...no bar in the middle and all memory foam!
The hosts, Charlie and Sharen, have absolutely thought of everything! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Clam. It was very clean and close to the beach. Normally we don’t stay anywhere without a washer and dryer, but we used the coin operated laundry while at the pool on our last day. It was so nice to walk to restaurants and the sunset every night. Charlie and Sharen were great communicators, and I look forward to staying there again on the future.

We had an AMAZING time at this location. The property itself has every amenity you could need on a beach trip. Modern decor and appliances. Easy parking right next to the unit.
The location is spectacular. A five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to every restaurant, shopping and conveniences that you may need while staying.
The hosts were amazing. The couple of minor questions I had were answered within minutes. I cannot say enough. If you go to Siesta Key this is the place to stay.

Happy Clam is top notch and met all of our expectations. The organization of this VRBO was outstanding and has so many extras (beach gear, few extra toiletries etc) compared to other places we have stayed. The location is perfectly located in proximity to the restaurants/bars and the beach. We stayed right on strip during our last trip and wasn’t sure if we would like being off strip but it was the perfect combination for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful updated Happy Clam condo on Siesta Key! This is the third property we’ve stayed in at Village West and the nicest by far! Charlie and Sharen nailed the beachy/coastal casual look. Just a block from Siesta Key village and a few blocks from the beach, the property has a very inviting pool with plenty of lounge chairs onsite as well. It’s where very congenial owners and other guests met and visited. We felt very comfortable and welcomed there and are looking forward to our 2025 stay already!

We have stayed here twice now and love our stay each time. Although the space is on the smaller side, it is perfect for my husband and me, plus our 11 year old boy. The couch pulls out into a bed and there is an aero mattress available. They are fully equipped with everything you need! Full size modern kitchen with all the appliances. We cooked a couple meals in and went out to Summer House steakouse for my husband's birthday.The convenience to siesta key village is steps away and we enjoyed the Sand castle competition at the beach, and took the Frog hopper which is also convenient. Thank you Charlie and Sharen for the last minute booking! Another memory in the books! You won't be disappointed at The Happy Clam!

We were visiting Siesta Key with my kids families who were staying in another house. This house was around the corner from the main drag but quiet enough to not hear any noise. Easy access to pool and just a couple blocks from the beach. We loved our stay! House was super clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies.

While our vacay was almost over before it began, constant communication with Sharen in the days leading up to our stay allowed my husband and I to enjoy 5 days of siesta in comfort. The beach amenities provided came in clutch on the hot days where the umbrellas, cart & chairs were a necessity, as was the beach bag provided. They truly thought of every need and had it available for use. Same with kitchen and bathroom amenities! The condo location was prime for beach visits (short 5 min walk) and the restaurants/coffee shop, drinks in siesta village (450 ft from condo to daiquiris 😀). If our schedule allows it, we will be back!

OK, so actually we didn’t stay here. We had our vacation planned for siesta key, but unfortunately because of the hurricane we had to cancel. I really thought that I had lost all the money that I had paid for the vacation because it was past the grace period for getting 100% refund back, but the host reached out to me with her concerns about us staying back because of the hurricane and offered a full refund. I really appreciate the fact that they helped us with that! next time we plan our vacation for siesta key we will definitely be booking this condo!

Beautiful Summer home. The home was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Stainless steel kitchen & beautiful subway tiles in the bathroom. Easy access to the beach and a shower just outside the backyard to rinse off the soft powered sand from the beach.

The best ever. Description and pictures is on point. The beach is just over a block away, the many shops, restaurants and bars less than a block. The location of this place is perfect all the way around. The property has everything you need for your stay, from beach gear to kitchen needs. This is the best property we have ever visited. We love it and want to return for sure!

We loved everything about Happy Clam! The owners have thought of literally everything! It was so clean and comfy and steps to the beach and the village. The condo and beach closet were stocked with everything you could possibly want. We had the best time and will definitely return and stay at Happy Clam ❤️. We had a great stay at The Happy Clam! The location was absolutely perfect being right next to the Village and a very short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and cute, and the hosts provided us everything we needed for a great beach day! We are already looking forward to next year! (We found 8 of the anchors! We had a great stay at the Happy Clam for our Siesta Key spring getaway. The space is well-appointed, super clean, stocked with the essentials, and perfectly situated between the beach (2 blocks away) and the popular village hot spots (1 block away). Super easy booking, owner was very friendly and responded quickly to text. Overall great experience, we highly recommend!
