Overall great stay, not a far walk to the beach and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive! It was the perfect space for a family trip, the beach toys and chairs were a huge bonus.

The property was set up perfectly for our family - 3 couples and one baby - the twin bed was perfect! The location is nice, close to the beach, bike rentals, and dining. The pool wasn't opened and this was not communicated to us - we were pretty bummed since we were traveling with a child but... we survived!

Great time with grandkids. Condo was recently updated. Convenient location to everything.

This property location could not have been any better! The courtyard/pool was very well maintained. Everything about this property was better than advertised!

The third floor of the condo was at least 10 degrees warmer than the second floor. The bath towels were very worn and scratchy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our vacation in Hilton Head. This location allows you to walk to many major areas around it. The kitchen was accommodating for the meals we prepared, the bathrooms and bedrooms were large and we did not feel cramped. We will definitely be looking to stay again when we return to Hilton Head next time!

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. Just steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We had a great time with no issues.

This villa had all the amenities we were looking for as a family of 7. The pool area is in a private, gated courtyard. The villa had a lounge area outside where we could grill and socialize with the other guests (the family next to us was from the same area as us as luck would have it), a kitchen area and dining area perfect for our family, and bedrooms to accommodate us all. Linda made sure we had everything we needed and checked in frequently and worked with us through an oversight on our part of the property regulations (we brought a trailer down with our belongings in it and trailers can't be parked on site). The villa is a very short walk to Coligny Beach and Plaza and quick drive to Sea Pines as well. I definitely recommend 👌 Thanks again for being an awesome host Linda!

This townhouse is perfect. Very spacious, clean, and great location. The owner is quick to answer any questions you have. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again for next year. Thank again!

This property is perfectly located across the S Forest dr road to the Beach and close access to Coligny plaza. The property itself was great if we found a issue we communicated with the owner and it was fixed extremely quick. Villa has everything any traveler should need and beds are really good. On my next stay I will for sure go through Linda and her property because they are well remodeled and clean accommodations

The Location is great. The unit was fine. This unit is not updated but adequate for bedrooms and the bathrooms have been updated. The Kitchen is in need of some items. It had minimal utensils and glasses etc. The washer needs updated. How can you go on a beach vacation and not be able to wash your beach towels. Ridiculous. It did have Beach items there you can use. The grill is small but we were able to use it and overall or stay was great. We rented this unit because we could rent it for less than a week.

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and even with 8 people we always had hot water. We would definitely try to book this room again in the future. Property owner was responsive when we had questions. The location in relation to the beach was fantastic and took no more than 6 minutes to get there. Our only complaint would be the king bedroom on the top floor was quite warm regardless of the thermostat being set to 68 for the house. There was an overhead fan and box fan that we used to help keep cool.

This is a nice place for a family with older kids or teens. We (the parents) enjoyed having the top floor to ourselves with kids on the second floor. The bottom floor is living space which was nice for early risers. The kitchen had every gadget and utensil we could need. Super comfy beds! Lots of towels and extra bedding. It's a quiet facility being back one row, but the walk to the beach is super short and easy. The pool is right outside your back door. Close to Coligny and all the fun. Linda was very responsive to anything that came up. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The area was great, 5 min walk to beach. It was quiet and very clean. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone was comfortable and had enough space to be “their own” when needed. Owner responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience staying here. It was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved it. The location of the condo is great, it’s centrally located to everything, 5 min walking to the beach and about 10 mins to coligny area where the restaurants and shopping are. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We would stay here again for sure!

Villa is close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Only suggestion is to update the very old TV in the master bedroom.

The description written about the property is spot on, however the 3 floors all need a different review. The Main level when you walk in is wonderful. Kitchen, half bath, dinning area and living room. Only 2 downsizes was the fridge was turned all the way up so our fruits and veggies we bought froze and had to be thrown away (not owners fault, previous renters) and the only clock in the whole condo wasn't working at all. The second floor was the worse. The floors creaked something awful, you had to watch were you stepped. The bedroom doors were completely warped, it was hard to close them properly. The bathroom sink drain was full of caked hair that had never been cleaned out. Horrible to look at every time you brushed your teeth. One of the drawers in the vanity also had hair and paint/wood chips in it. The shower was so narrow and the shower curtain always stuck to you. There was no room for more than 2 bottles of shampoo and soap and the showerhead was anchored real low. My husband is 6'1 and 250lbs, he struggled all week in that shower. The bed with the queen and trundle was fine except for a dirty window sill not cleaned with hair and woodchips on it. The bed with the two twins was the absolute worse! Those beds were so horribly uncomfortable and was like sleeping on a baby crib mattress. The floor shook when you walked and we were scared a knick-knack was going to fall and break. The top floor was warm as advertised and again the shower was so narrow you could hardly turn in it. The only other huge disappointment was the lack of beach decor. I'm at the beach, I want beach decorations, not African safari or flowers! The condo was a great location in regards to the pool and beach access. Super close to Coligny Plaza, some fabulous restaurants, Piggly Wiggly and the new kids playground and park. Again, accurate description on the property but could definitely benefit from new mattresses and an updated decor.

The condo was just as it was advertised. Very clean and close to everything. The complex was also clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Everything was very clean just as it shows in the pictures. Just a short walk to pretty much everything (beach, food, stores). It was our 1at time at Hilton Head and we will be back!!!!

Loved this villa very clean, everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
