This property was magnificent. Pictures can not do it justice.
Recommend highly. but don't try and have a bachelors or bachelorette party here. This Home is just for adults that respect other peoples homes.

This place is outstanding. The moment you walk through the front door you immediately see the spectacular view through the living room out to the pool overlooking the ocean. The pool and hot tub area are incredible, we spent the better part of our days there. We had 4 couples, and all had plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms which each have their own shower and bathroom. Kitchen and wet bar are huge and modern. Big dining room table for all 8 of that we used as he had a chef come prepare dinner a few nights for us. Special thanks to Sylvia our concierge who arranged the chef, transportation to and from the airport, around town, and met us upon our arrival to show us the location. Thanks to housekeeping who came every day and did a spectacular job. And a very special thanks to the owner Leslie who is the best host I've ever worked with for a VRBO and makes awesome tequila! Such a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would very much like to make a return trip here!

This home is absolutely breathtaking, and the photos do not do it justice. Each room has such an incredible view, even in the bathrooms. I keep saying home because this place was immaculate and felt more like a home or our friends house rather than a vacation/rental property. The owners clearly care and have thought of everything down to the art, kitchen/bar, the extremely soft sheets (i checked to see what the brand was so I could order when I got home), house layout and the view from the pool! The location felt very safe, Pedregal has two ways to enter through security gates and the security rounded the hill often from what we could see. My friends and family will definitely be returning to stay at Casa Vista Hermosa again.

The villa sits high atop the hills in Pedregal. The ocean views surpasse anything we've experienced in Hawaii, Costa Rica, Italy, Mexico and Northern/Southern California. We hunt for great beach locations with ocean views and this is the best we've seen -- you see both sunrise and sunset, whales playing in the surf (we were there for Christmas), and you can hear the waves at night. The furnishings in the house are all very high end and tastefully done, including a well-stocked wine cellar. AC works, great kitchen, big sitting area in the lower tier with three bedrooms and the primary tier is unbelievable. The owner is very sweet -- she really wants her visitors to enjoy their stay. The communication was easy, the concierge staff helped with all aspects of our vacation, and our maid (Ana) was fantastic. Vista Hermosa is perfect for a family trip, a foursome of golfers in town to play Cabo's finest, or a romantic getaway/honeymoon if you are looking to really spoil your significant other. We actually cancelled a couple day trips so we could sit on the back deck, listen to tunes, drink a few cold beers/margaritas and watch the day melt away. Loved it!

Casa Vista Hermosa was our home for 5 fantastic days in Cabo. The owner worked with us to rebook due to COVID restrictions. The information for the rental was timely and very helpful. The hosts at the home were great and helped us get settled, booked transportation and helped us buy wine and tequila from the incredible wine cellar. We used the chef services for multiple meals all of which were great and plentiful for the entire group. We look forward to returning in the Casa Vista Hermosa!! Thank you to Leslie, Angi and Sylvia for making our stay exceptional!!

This is an amazing villa, more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is absolutely amazing! The villa is clean and well maintained in a beautiful location and neighborhood and property. Leslie, the owner, was helpful from day one and Anna our full time maid was at our service. Sylvia the manager was great at setting up all our requests and reservations and excursions. We absolutely loved the infinity pool with had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, unobstructed. The telescope was a great touch. We will be returning for sure. Can't wait!

Heaven on Earth
I have never stayed at a more beautiful property! Our entire group has been fortunate to travel many places, but Leslie’s home has outdone them all.
From Leslie’s communication down to every team member in her staff, they are here to make sure your vacation is true luxury.
We enjoyed dipping in the infinity edge pool every single day, followed by nights in the hot tub. We had many meals cooked by the private chef, massages on the terrace, and private transfers to and from the downtown/marina area for dinners and boat excursions.
The views are spectacular and I promise you will never get tired of sipping coffee in your lounge chair every morning or eating breakfast on the patio.
I can’t tell you how many times I said, “I want to move here.”
Look no further if you are searching for a one or a kind experience in Cabo. Leslie’s home in Pedregal is the place you want to book! We plan to return as often as possible.

We had a group of eight and loved everything about Casa Vista Hermosa!The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was spotless, beds were all comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. Such cool architecture throughout the house. The views are phenomenal! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Leslie, the owner, could not have been a more gracious host. She was readily available to answer any questions about the house, and offered some excellent food recommendations. Make sure to purchase some bottles of wine from the wine cellar in the house. Sylvia and Ale from Ronival Vacations were readily available to schedule transportation, excursions, and the in-home chef survive. We chartered a beautiful boat one day - I highly recommend this as you get to see more of Cabo and it was so nice to be out on the water. We also used the in-home chef service three times. They were very professional and the food was excellent. So nice to come home after a day at the beach and have a nice meal cooked for the group. We also got breakfast from the Courtside Cafe (right down the hill from the house). Food is good and prices are reasonable. If you go to Medano Beach, make sure to go to The Office for breakfast. It’s right on the beach and food and service is excellent! The pool at the house was our central gathering place. Views are out of this world! Plenty of seating and a nice outdoor seating area for meals. The hot tub was nice in the evenings. Pedregal is beautiful; it was fun to go into Cabo but come back to Casa Vista Hermosa and enjoy the tranquil setting. Everyone in our group said this was hands down their favorite vacation - we will certainly be back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Casa Vista Hermosa. The house is absolutely stunning with it's second to none craftsmanship, stunning view, well appointed amenities, and staff. We enjoyed lounging in the pool and hot tub, checking out the marina, and even took a drive out to Todos Santos. Leslie and the Ronival team made it super simple to plan out every last detail of the trip from transportation to fishing trips, restaurant reservations, and even covid testing. They were always very responsive to any of my questions or needs. Thanks for helping me make wonderful memories with my family. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Leslie was wonderful to work with. She accommodated our need to move the trip due to covid restrictions. She followed up with us to ensure our trip was smooth.

One of the locals called the community “Mexican Hollywood.” The home is located in a mountain and is surrounded by other gorgeous, well kept homes. The view is amazing from every room in the house!! We loved the pool and hot tub. Everything you need is in reach. And Sylvia, the house manager, is amazing at getting what you desire. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was near perfect. The owner, Leslie, is very helpful and always responsive. She left a very thoughtful gift for each couple. The chef and staff are very friendly. The food was very good and fresh.
We are looking forward to another vacation in the home.

Just Wonderful
We have stayed here many times, as it is our go to villa in Cabo. The house is incredible, views awesome and staff superb. This time we ventured on a boat excursion which was put together by Sylvia the house manager, it was well worth it. We also experienced the wine cellar. We were able to enjoy some California and French wines that we heard of but never tried before. We had a special treat and got a bottle of the house tequila that Leslie and her husband make. We took a bottle home.. We had the chefs cook for us which is always a treat. The house is immaculate clean and it feels like we are in our friends home. We will continue to come as often as we can. With covid looming Cabo is the safest place we can go to so we will continue vacationing in Vista Hermosa. I would highly recommend this home, its the best.

Truly paradise
My husband and I stayed at Casa Vista Hermosa for a week and it was everything and more. The pictures are amazing on the listing but don’t compare to actually being there. We arrived and had the house tequila (A MUST!), greeted by the very efficient house manager and splurged and bought ourselves a few bottles of wine from the house cellar! (I mean come on, views, tequila and a in house wine room). All activities were easy to plan, had a couple meals cooked at the house which were delicious! Truly paradise here. The view from this home is spectacular. Vista Hermosa is the perfect name for this lovely home. Sylvia and her staff were wonderful and made our stay easy. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but very close to the marina and downtown which made getting around easy. We would definitely return to this property.

Incredible as always
This is our repeat go to house when we go to Cabo. This was our 3rd time at Vista Hermosa and we will be coming back again in the fall. It is our home away from home. Nothing compares. The views, the staff, the owner and manager are 5*, if I could give more I would. You walk in and once you catch your breath from the incredible view, you feel like home, not some rental property. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and want you to experience the love they put into this house. You won't want to leave and that is why we keep coming back.

Perfect getaway!
This was our second stay at Casa Vista Hermosa, and it was great to be back in this beautiful spot in Pedregal. After several cancelled family trips due to the pandemic, this was the perfect getaway and a little slice of heaven. Spectacular views, all the comforts of home and we felt very safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Amazing, this home is everything and more. The photos do not do it justice. We were met by Barbie, Leslie's manager who showed us around and invited us into the wine cellar to sample Casa Vista Hermosa's homemade tequila. OMG it was so good. In todays Covid world we felt completely safe. The house was immaculate. There were appetizers waiting for us upon our arrival . The home is incredible, views from every room. We could whale watch while hanging out in the pool and spa. We were able to enjoy eating outside and had a chef come and prepare meals for us. The house had everything, there wasn't anything that was missing from making this the best and easiest vacation we have ever had. We didn't want to leave. Communication with Leslie was so easy and she was so responsive to any question we had. Barbie arranged our covid tests that we needed for when we returned home and it went smoothly and was very easy. Dr. came to the house and within 30 minutes we had our paperwork. We will definitely be back and can't wait to return. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had and this home from the minute you walk in feels like your home away from home. Barbie and Leslie make you feel like "mi casa tu casa". We are already planning our return.

Fabulous Home With Breathtaking Views
Firstly, the breathtaking views from the home cannot be captured in photos. There are incredible views from every room. The house was immaculate. We felt like guests in a friend's fabulous home rather than a rental property. Every detail is well thought out: the well-equipped kitchen and bar, the art throughout the house, the luxurious bed linens, the cloud-like beds, the infinity pool and so much more. This was hands-down the best vacation rental I have stayed in. It's located in the Pedregal, which is a gated community with security at the gate and regular security patrols. We felt very safe here. And did I mention the views!!

An amazing stay in Cabo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Vista Hermosa. The house is as nice or nicer than shown in the pictures and the views are even more spectacular. The view walking in the front door will take your breath away! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio and spent many days lounging by the pool watching the whales pass by. All of the rooms had incredible views. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. This house is set up for seamless indoor/outdoor living and we took full advantage of it. The Sonos system was easy to use and a great addition for poolside music.
The owners and property manager were easy to reach and very helpful. Barbie, the property manager, arranged for grocery deliveries, in home chef prepared dinners, rental car delivery to the house and massages on the patio. We felt truly spoiled!
I highly recommend this property. Between the house, the views and the services this was a vacation that was good for the body and soul. Thank you Leslie and Jim for sharing your piece of paradise.

More than expected!
This place is amazing. All eight of us agree that we have never stayed in a place as nice as this one. From the reservation process, the private pick up at the airport and the accommodations, the owner Leslie and manager Barbie did a fantastic job. The whole experience was more than we expected. Absolutely Amazing!!!
This beautiful home is a definite winner! We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes in numerous locations and this one is top notch! Highly recommend! As seen in the photos, this home is stunning. The architectural detail is awe-inspiring. The home is spacious which provides areas of privacy when desired and plenty of gathering spaces too.
The location is ideal. When you reach the bottom of the steep hill, there is a small, but well stocked, organic health food store with tons of gluten free and dairy free options for those with food restrictions. Across the street from there, the marina is just steps away. The marina is full of all different shops, restaurants, bars, and a large mall. There is also a Costco and a Walmart a short drive away.
Both the owner and the manager were very easy to talk to, very easy to reach, and very responsive. For example, we used all of the ice and the ice maker appeared to not be working so they arranged to have a bag of ice delivered to us ASAP.
The kitchen in this home is dreamy. We love to cook and this kitchen makes even those who don’t love to cook want to join in the fun. It is well stocked with an assortment of dishes, pots and pans, glassware, serving bowls, utensils, and tons of left over storage containers. There is also an entire set of non breakable glasses and dishes for pool side drinking and eating.
Casa Vista Hermosa is located in a private gated community surrounded by tons of other high end homes. The views are stunning from sunrise to sunset. It’s so relaxing to watch the boat parade of fishing boats head out in the morning and then return in the afternoon. And then an occasional cruise ship thrown into the mix. But one of the biggest thrills is seeing the whales. It never gets old. It is just as exciting on the last day of our stay as it was on the first day of our arrival and every day in between.
It’s a place that makes it easy to stay fit as out the front door after a climb up the stairs, there are hills after hills after hills to explore and climb. There is also a spa/gym in the community that is accessible for a daily fee.
The owners of Casa Vista Hermosa have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They have provided separate wifi on each floor and a sound system in every room.
We have loved every moment of our week long stay here. We are sad to leave but grateful for the memories we are taking with us. Thank you!

Cabo 2019 i10 employee trip
Perfection!!! Amazing property from top to bottom! All you need is your swimsuit because the VRBO home has it all. If you really want to treat yourself to one of the nicest, cleanest, well kept homes in all of Cabo I suggest you rent this one. You will not be disappointed. I have rented on VRBO all over the U.S and this so far has taken the cake.
A view that once you have to say goodbye you will cry it's that amazing. Five stars all the way on this mountain top dream home. I will be back for sure.

Spectacular home home in Pedregal, with stunning views! Everything you read in the house posting is completely accurate, this home has it all. We stayed a week and had a great time. Spacious beyond needed for our group of 8 adults, with a housekeeping staff and house manager available by phone if needed. The owners are extremely responsive to any needs as well.
We are constant renters of VRBO properties and this was one of our best experiences so far. We will definitely be back!

AWESOME AS ALWAYS
This was our 4th time at Vista Hermosa and with each time I feel more and more that this is my home away from home. Everything is wonderful and beautiful, the owner and the manager are so eager to always help,, the housekeepers and truly the best. It is really a remarkable place to vacation. From the incredible easy to use Sonos system, to the perfectly stocked kitchen and the wonderful private massage room. I love this place,, be back soon

Stunning Home
This beautiful home was verything we anticipated, and more. The sunsets and view are truly stunning, especially from the infinity pools. And while it is seasonally hot in Cabo in August, the evening breezes made it comfortable and we were able to grill out and enjoy our dinner at the lovely balcony dinner table.
The property is maintained in impeccable condition, the kitchen and bar were large and beautifully equipped, complete with separate beverage refrigerators and an abundance of beverage stemware and glasses, and the Sonos sound system with the outdoor speaker made it easy to enjoy whatever music you wish to choose. Communication with the owner and property manager was seamless.
My family has been fortunate to stay in some beautiful places but this home ranks at the top of the list.

Beautiful Views
The minute we walked into this stunning home, we were mesmerized by the view! Sunrises and sunsets are a show! It was interesting to see all the boats in the mornings going to the fishing spots and the various cruise ships coming into port. The property is in a gated community and about 45 minutes away from the airport. We had a group of 8 adults and arranged with the house manager for pre-stock and catering options. Highly recommend! Home is well stocked, lighting throughout is thoughtfully placed and there are many spaces inside/outside that allow for guests to feel like they have their own spaces. The infinity pool is heated and the hot tub was a delight in the evenings. There are more than enough towels and we appreciated having a washing machine/dryer on the main level as well as downstairs for the guest rooms.

Happiness is...
Happiness is Villa Hermosa. My hubby and I had a great stay. Aside from a few hiccups during the week we enjoyed our selves. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week. (Except for groceries which we could’ve stocked ahead of time). The property manager and the owner were both wonderful and available to make sure we were happy during our stay. We will be visiting again in the near future. This time with our kids.

Our family truly enjoyed Casa Vista Hermosa ... a beautiful spot with all the comforts and amenities of home. You can’t beat the location and breathtaking views. This was our first trip to Cabo, and we loved, loved, loved this property — it served as the perfect home base. We are very particular and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
