This was probably the best accommodation we had during our Puglia trip. It had a very classy atmosphere. Everything was perfect! The linen, room, staff and location were outstanding. Breakfast was like a degustation of beautiful foods that we couldn’t possibly finish! It wasn’t the cheapest accommodation, but it was certainly great value for money and you did feel very indulged staying there.

Breakfast was served at the table. LOTS of food. This is a four-room hotel so very intimate. Host was welcoming and very helpful. Great set up for two adults and two children.
Fridge space and an ice machine would have been nice to have.

We had a great stay at Conche. The rooms were fitted out so nicely - so much thought has been put into the design. Very comfortable bed and good aircon (needed for summers in Matera).
Delicious, fresh breakfast every morning, very generous servings.
Viktor was also an excellent source of help and knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great hospitality.

When we arrived we were greeted by Victor an English speaking manager who took his time making sure we knew exactly where to go. We were upgraded and the room was just lovely!

Such a cool experience staying in a "luxury cave!" Breakfast was amazing! Room amenities were lovely! The host was a great source of information of Matera - both past and present.
We parked in the garage contracted with the hotel. A golf cart type shuttle to the hotel would have been great as using the phone gps was a little tricky.

Cozy and exactly what we were hoping for in a great location.
Nothing. I caution only not to book on July 2nd unless you expressly want to participate in the local Saint festivities. It was a great time however limited the experience of Matera due to the large crowds.

The caves have been renovated and furnished into very high quality rooms. It is definitely one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. I was also impressed by the quality of the breakfast.

Parking options are limited unless you choose hotel valet.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely bathtub. The linens were really nice as were all the little extras in the room. The breakfast was really good with lots of food.

The room is super nice and clean. The breakfast included is one of the best in all the hotels I have stayed in during this Italy trip. The amenities are excellent. Just be aware that there are some steps to reach this hotel, so make sure you do not carry too much with you :)

Spent one night with my girlfriend.
The hotel is just within the Sassi, so it's not hard to reach but it is also in a good spot to visit the city.
The room is in typical local style and the bed is super comfortable.
The staff is really kind and helpful.
