This was a great place to stay located in 25-30 walking distance or a 10 min tram ride away from the city centre. Very cozy and very clean. It had a spacious terrace with a great view - a very nice way to spend your morning, drinking coffee, listening to singing birds and observing cats roaming sunny roofs. The host was extremely sweet and helpful. Would love to come back here and stay for a longer period.

Such a nice and cozy place. It has everything you need, and it is very clean and neat!

The only downside is, it is a bit noisy since the room looks at the street with piblic transport.

Fantastic stay at MonikaRooms. Received a warm welcome with everything explained by our lovely host. Spotlessly clean throughout with a great night's sleep every night. Close to the centre with an Uber to the train station only €3.80 approx. Close to local market and restaurants are also nearby

We got a relatively small, but clean and cosy room (with a large bathroom!) for a very reasonable price. Moreover, the apartment is situated only a few minutes from a tram station, which means that you can get anywhere in the city centre quite quickly. The host was really friendly and met us on arrival at the appointed time.

We came in December, so the room was quite cold when we returned from the city (because we turned off the heating to save energy). However, the heating was able to raise the temperature in a short time, because the room was small.

I liked everything

Two women travelling, so our bathroom with many mirrors was lovely. Everything was working and place was super clean. The best room on 3 weeks travelling around.

The host was amazing, both monica and her mother are very polite and you can see that they'ye doing their best for their work, so I loved them! The room is very lovely and clean, even though the room is small it doesn't bother you, they have thought of everything, there is a kettle and some coffee in the room. The bathroom is amazing! The location is good, we had our bicycles so it was very easy for us to go to the center but you can use the tram too. There are parking spots very close to the building. We loved everything about the place

Perfect Stay

Good value for the price, and perfect for a short stay. Monika's mom is a super nice, sweet lady who was very helpful and always try to make our stay better. The room is quite small but nicely put toghether and tastfully decorated, comfortable beds, cushions and comforters. There's a kettle, a mini fridge a a small table. The best thing was the big fancy bathroom. It's further from the city center but there's a bus stop super close with buses that will connect you to the main attraccions in 15 min. (and super affordable)

The room is quite small and a bit noisy due to having a window directly to a busy street, nothing too bad though. Even if we did not get the room with terrace we were expecting a common terrace to use (since on "accomodation services included" a terrace is listed, maybe it was an interpretation mistake). We would definetly return and get the room with terrace next time!

Everything! The room was great, it had everything we needed. The host is a great person and helped us a lot. They accept dogs, so it was a great fit for us. There was a dog park near by.
