My wife and I stayed at this house for almost a month and had a great time. The house was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. We spent every night on the back patio watching the wildlife around the lake while the dogs played in the huge yard.
The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. My wife enjoyed the table by the window, where she worked during the day with a perfect view of the lake.
The house has a remote feel but you are very close to anything you might need. There were several nights we didn’t want to cook and had DoorDash delivered. There was a huge selection of places to order from.
The property owners are great people and are always available if needed. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed.

I can not say enough about this little place, community, and the owners! My husband and I need a mommy/daddy getaway to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what this place offered. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up and see the lake from the big windows in the den and kitchen. Sunsets are beautiful in the evening. Jerri and his wife and super sweet and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this cute little rental again in the future!

First of all, everything stated in this listing is extremely accurate. Pictures show exactly what we found.
The house is well-equipped, with lots of unexpected pleasant surprises, such as a complete array of spices in the kitchen and tons of clean towels. The grounds are beautiful. Jerry owns 7 (I think) houses right there (see wfrll.net) so there are lots of options for both staying and activities. There is plenty of space for kids (or adults) to play, and a variety of water toys and crafts. And despite the 110 degree heat, the AC worked well and we were extremely comfortable.
What I liked best was the cleanliness of the house. It was spotless! When we got into bed the first night, the bedding smelled like it just came out of the laundry. Beds and furniture were comfortable, even for people with bad backs. Jerry and wife Jeri are readily available both before and during stay.
Highly recommend and will stay here again next time we're in the area.

I spent Easter weekend at this property and loved it! I needed to just get away for a few days (Th-Sun) and enjoy nature. The house was the perfect size, clean, and on the waterfront. I did some painting, hiked, and chilled. Beautiful sunsets! The host lives next door and was very accommodating. * 5 stars for this stay!

Met the owner Jerry soon as I drove down the road. It was if we were old friends. Great Guy. Jerry is helpful, friendly and was there if we needed anything. It was a long drive from Maryland and to be welcomed so warmly meant alot to us. This is a nice home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The owners will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. I was here when the cold front came through and they made sure I had extra heat and blankets. The view of the lake is amazing. A very peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Warm and welcoming
We came to watch our grandson play in the World Series. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed getting up having coffee on the back patio, and watching the ducks. It was cozy and very clean. Jeri, and his wife were absolutely wonderful host.
We loved our trip to Frisco, Tx and would most definitely recommend Jeri’s place to stay.

Peaceful Lake Spot
Thank you Jerry and Jerri!! You little lake house is the best. Perfect spot to relax and get away for a bit but still be close to downtown Dallas to enjoy the big city. The lake access is great...easy to get to the water, hang out with the sucks and geese, and feed the fish from the 2 docks. We will definitely be back!

The owners walked over after check in to enquire on any special request or questions. I really appreciated his and her genuine concern. The house was very clean and well equipped. You really only need your cloths and what you drink/eat. Pet friendly and a huge yard. The whole back of the house facing the lake is windows. We did not close the blinds our entire stay. Very close to walking paths and grocery stores. MANY enjoyable places to eat on the road leaving the house. WE WILL STAY AGAIN.

This is an adorable cottage, in a quiet location with outstanding views of Lewisville Lake. Convenient location, with easy access to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants. Nice lakehouse
Jerry and his wife were very kind and accommodating. We were there over July 4th so we got to watch fireworks over the lake which was beautiful! Only downside would be the band next-door was loud 1 night, we found several children on our float 1 morning, and lots of people walked thru the backyard all night. Would've been better had we known ahead of time. We still enjoyed our stay.

Nicest place. Lake access. Great hosts. Comfy furniture. Great patio. Great place to get away for quiet time and sunsets. We have stayed here before. Always such a nice retreat!! Our golden loves the lake and plays for hours. Jeri and Jerry are fabulous!! A must for a vacay.

We had a great time at Jeri and Jerry’s house at the lake. It’s a perfect setting for whatever you’re looking to do...water sports or just relaxing. Every convenience you need is 5 minutes away but you feel like you’re away from it all. We’ll definitely be back

Lovely long weekend on Lake Lewisville
We rented this lake house because we thought it would be a great place to have our 7 month old, very-active puppy. We decided not to bring the puppy - and that was a wise decision! While she would have loved playing in the shallow water of the lake, the numerous ducks, geese, and squirrels would have made her crazy! But we certainly enjoyed watching the animal antics while drinking coffee in the mornings and beer/wine in the afternoons and evenings.
The house is very well-appointed and maintained and is perfect for a relaxing get-away. The view of the lake is fabulous - even during an evening thunderstorm that swept through. We also enjoyed a nice chat with one of the owners (who live next door) who told us about the history of the properties and the general area.
The neighborhood is older and not the "pristine" environment that some people might prefer, but that wasn't a concern for us.
A variety of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a nice public golf course nearby.
Overall - a very enjoyable visit! We would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the area.
