My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary in Savannah and lucked out in finding this rental. He had never been to Savannah or stayed in a vacation rental and absolutely fell in love.
This property is SUPER clean, amazing location and in a safe area. The courtyard was beautiful to sit and relax in. It had everything we needed and exceeded all expectations. If I come back to Savannah i would absolutely love to stay again at this property.

The location is easy walking distance to all the downtown fun stuff and the space has everything you might need. I never could get the WiFi to work, but that might have been an issue on my end. That shower was small but powerful - actually everything in the space was designed to fit all the necessities in! Would definitely recommend it to a solo traveler or a couple looking for a place to stay in Savannah.

The cottage was so cute and simple! It had everything you could need for a weekend get away! It had a tv, silverware, washer/dryer, and a fan which I was not expecting. The area was beautiful and it was walking distance to downtown. Very clean and quiet, loved my stay!

Great location, except that Uber wanted $40.00 to go 5 blocks to River Front area. Parking should be coordinated with those renting the propery, carried our luggage 2 blocks to property. Front door did not close properly, large gaps at the bottom. Very clean.

This stay was exactly what we wanted/needed for a weekend get away to check out Savannah. The cottage was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We even got to see some lizard friends around the property.

I visited Savannah for two nights for business. It was just me, and this space was perfect. I also liked the neighborhood - did not feel touristy at all, plus a 20 minute walk to the river and 20 minutes to Forsyth Park. Would highly recommend for 1-2 people.

This place is so cozy and perfect for a weekend away! It was walking distance to River street and so many great restaurants and coffee shops that we didn’t even need to drive anywhere. She was great at updating us with parking instructions with the parade, too! Loved staying here!

Tiny Cottage is now my favorite stay in Savannah. Adorably quaint, this little cottage has huge charm. The location is gorgeous. Perfectly clean and comfy and the host was wonderful to work with. For anyone looking to experience Savannah in a very authentic way, I highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again.

We knew it was one of the most beautiful streets in America. The location perfect, the entire jimmy rigged property was rough . Some dishes cracked , shower almost enclosed, It was just put together to rent, no finesse like, Chrisp linens, a better carpet. It was rough.

We really enjoyed staying in the tiny cottage. We knew going in that it was a cozy space and it was fine for the 2 of us. It's an old historic building to it's a little drafty as one would expect, however the hvac system can pump out the heat or the cold to keep it very comfortable inside. The first day was 80 degrees, and the last day was 50 degrees to we got to experience both lol. The kitchen is small but very usable, we made breakfast both mornings. The location was fantastic, it's an easy walk to anywhere in the historic district. Our car stayed put the entire 3 days we were there. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Love this property would stay again. However the smoke alarm did start chirping at 2am and I had to turn lights on to find it and climb on furniture to reach it resting on top of a picture. I messaged the property manager and never heard back. So no functioning smoke alarm for the remainder of our stay!!

Loved this tiny cottage! We were able to walk so many places. We never tired of walking down Jones street to get to restaurants, tours, shopping, etc! It is an absolutely gorgeous street!
This place was adorable and very clean. We appreciated the light that came on for us every time we walked the path to the front door. It was VERY hot while we were there so we did not get to enjoy coffee or drinks in the courtyard- but that was adorable and private too!!! Great time!

For a tiny vacation home it made me relize normal home hacks and we waste allot of space in big houses.

We absolutely loved “our” cottage! We parked our car when we arrived and were able to explore Savannah on foot. The cottage was larger than we had pictured and we were easily able to store all of our clothes and other personal items. We have zero complaints.

We loved our stay at this tiny cottage! It was perfect for our vacation, and we would definitely visit again. Communicating with the property manager was quick and super helpful! Instructions on locating the property as well as checking in and out were clear and concise. This was a perfect home away from home!

The place was exactly how it was pictured. As we walked in we were greeted by a welcome electronic board personalized, added plus, with suggested activities, which we had already planned: trolly and riverboat tour- highly recommend, and dinner at The Olde Pink House, highly recommend. Bed was very comfortable. Space was clean and nice. We were a bit confused on all the reviews stating everything was in walking distance in that we found we had to drive. Other than that it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything we needed and close to places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. The only thing we noticed was that the door we entered did not fit, and even though it locked nicely there was quite a gap at the bottom and edge. We worried a little about critters crawling in.

Just what we needed to lay our heads after exploring Savannah each day! Comfortable and quaint!

We stayed for four nights at Tiny Cottage the last week in April. We would stay here again. It was as stated--tiny. Once we put our belongings away and suitcases back in the car, it was fine. The neighborhood was quiet and Jones St. was beautiful. We never had a problem finding on street parking. Also, it was nice having a washer/dryer in the cottage.

We knew we didn't need a lot of space for our stay, since we'd be normal tourists! The cabin was great, in a great neighborhood, and very clean. Perfect for our stay!!

It was located perfectly for a weekend of fun. I felt safe and it was well lit. The extras in the unit were the best part .

Cute little place to stay. We were out and about majority of the time so this was just enough for sleeping, a few Netflix episodes at night, coffee/tea out in the court yard a little in the morning and a little in the evening.

We had a chance to get away w/o kids for the weekend and chose this little cottage. Quaint, efficient, adorable.
Pros:
-Kitchenette, bed, bath, laundry, outdoor patio, just what we needed; they thought of it all
-Location, we walked everywhere, even to River St. Quiet at night.
-Felt safe: keypad entry, motion light into side alley entry
Cons:
- The room is literally slanted slightly. It's ok cause it's over 100 years old, but just FYI
- The bed almost tipped when I sat in the end of it; also moved a good bit (on those friskier nights). Needs to be anchored (or heavier).
- Could use a better window covering by the bed as the alley street outside was bright at night (woke the first night and thought it was morning already).
We would stay again, it's a well done property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tiny cottage stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and attractions. It was very clean. The gadget on the wall had a map and descriptions of everything. Excellent

We had a really great time during our week in Savannah and a big reason was the location of this property. We flew in, used a Lyft to get to this tiny house and then walked EVERYWHERE for the week we were there.
The house is small but it has everything that you will need. I was impressed by the layout of the house: comfortable queen bed, closet for clothes etc, sofa, kitchenette, bathroom (with shower, toilet, washer/dryer!). There's an outside common area with tables and chairs but we didn't have time to use it.
The location of this property makes is so easy to get to the riverfront, amazing historical sites and tours (I highly recommend the First African Baptist Church, Owens-Thomas House, the Congregation Mickve Israel for starters) as well as so many restaurants, bars and cafes (don't miss Mushies at Collins Quarter at Forsyth and crab cake sliders at Top Deck - great sunny roof top bar!). And don't miss out on the SCAD Story!
We had never been to Savannah so we went on a tour with Savannah Bike Tours (Non-Fiction Steve does a fantastic job!) and also a haunted pub crawl with Savannah By Foot which was a lot of fun!
Savannah's 22 squares are an excellent layout for a city and make it feel more like a large town.
Wonderful experience and we will visit Savannah again in the future!
