Comfy beds and furniture. Nicely decorated. Pretty much stocked except for pepper. I left Starbucks coffee for the next group.
Heat In second bedroom did not work. I told the owner and he said it would be 5 or days before someone would come out. So left door open and turn heat up some. I love roeian plum would love to come back and stay without extra charges for checking in early or later if no one had stayed there that day. It’s a common courtesy. Ownsee had humiiors brought on the rooms. They really helped with the dry air. Definitely would recommend.

We absolutely love staying in this unit! We've spent several spring breaks here and it's absolutely perfect for our family. It truly feels like our home away from home. The condo is fully stocked and has all the comfort and amenities you'd expect from a luxury condo. The beds are comfortable, noise levels are minimal, and the temperature of the unit is easily regulated and always comfortable (not always the case in other places we've stayed!). The location is absolutely perfect. It's truly ski-in/ski-out and the shuttle service at the Torian Plum is very convenient- we never need a car! The views from the windows and balcony are fantastic. And hanging out at the hot tubs at the Torian Plum is also a family favorite! Bill at Stay On The Snow is always very responsive and has provided us top-notch service every time we've stayed. I can't recommend staying here enough!

We enjoyed a long weekend and had a great time. This property is in the perfect location for a ski weekend. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. We will stay here again.

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location for all seasons. We stayed in the summer so we were thankful to have air conditioning available in this unit. This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We made most of our meals there so found plenty of cooking and eating utensils. I have rented numerous condos for vacations and I found this condo to be one of the best equipped with hand soap, lotion, body wash and even shampoo.(each in pump containers provided by the owner.) Bill kept in contact to make sure we had a wonderful experience and we definitely did. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Been going to steamboat for years and this is the best place we stayed! Owner was great! Everything we forgot to get at the grocery store ( coffee filters, soap etc) was already in the condo! Great location/view/ parking garage underground! Overall very good and would stay here again!

We loved our stay. The location of Torian Plum allowed quick access to the mountain activities as well as convenience to downtown. We had several great hikes and enjoyed unwinding at the pool later in the afternoon. Bill was very responsive and the whole stay was perfect. We look forward to returning.

This place could not be better for a ski vacation! The building is really conveniently located next to the slopes and several restaurants/bars. Check-in was a breeze. The unit was clean, comfortable and modern. We really appreciated the full size washer and dryer and well-stocked kitchen. We wanted a place that would be an easy walk to ski school, and this was perfect! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and we loved how close it is to the base area activities and restaurants.

I don’t want to disparage this property or the experience we had too much but there was a problem that during a pandemic, we shouldn’t have to worry about.... cleanliness... I feel a tad ripped off that I’m spending $$$ to have it cleaned properly after we leave when it clearly wasn’t properly cleaned for us... Hundreds of dead flies and other bugs.. everywhere. Dead flies on the living room table and kitchen table when we walked in.. Every window in the condo when you open it up, 100’s of dead bugs.. it’s like they fumigated the place but forgot to sweep out the dead pests. It left us wondering what other corners were cut! Don’t completely dismiss this place cause it has a very high upside. It was gross this weekend but I’m sure our $$$ after the fact will buy it a nice cleaning!

Amazing Ski-In Experience
My family and I have been traveling steamboat for a very long time. The view from our place, how close it was to the main ski area, and how nice everyone was to us just absolutely amazing.

our stay in #501 was great. can't beat the location. had a couple minor issues on checkin - owners were super responsive and all issues resolved quickly. everything was super!!!

Perfect Vacation Location
We had an amazing time while vacationing in unit 501. The rooms are very functional and the kitchen is greatly stocked! We arrived late at night and the owner called to check and make sure we were ok. We will definitely be returning to this unit!

Close to everything with great views. There was just four of us but plenty of room for a large family or group.

Needs Repair/Updated
It was a very nice contemporary condo with some updates. The hall bathroom tile is dated and doesn’t go with the paint colors compared to master bath and the vanity drawer was broken/old. The Queen bedroom has a broken screen door and the bed is on a very rickety frame and nothing to put your luggage on. The two bunkbed room shows in the picture online as having an additional twin bed that is not there. The A/C units in every room were nice to have. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great for families and in great location!
We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in August with our daughters, ages 9 and 11. It is a beautiful condo with plenty of space and new-looking appliances. The condo is stocked with anything you may need like dishes, glasses, blankets, fans, hair dryer, etc. Although it was just our family of 4 staying there on our summer vacation, there would’ve been plenty of space fir another family. The balcony overlooks some of the outdoor activity near the square as well as the mountain with ski lifts and the mountain coaster. Parking was easy in the underground parking garage. Steamboat was such a wonderful place to visit, and we’d stay in this condo in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place with amazing views and staff
This condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and all updated! Had plenty of space ! The front desk staff was so sweet and helpful!! They were the best! The owner Bill was easy to get ahold of, very friendly and flexible!! I would highly recommend this condo!!
This pool and hot tubs were perfect and it's close to a bus stop that takes you down town and back for free!! I would definitely come back to this beautiful condo!!

Great condo for my family.
The condo was nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of th mountains. There were a couple of issues with the windows and the master bath. I also owned a ski condo, and believe this kitchen could be better stock. Other the that, the owner was easy to get ahold of, very responsive and kind. I would recommend this condo to a family with children as the location is near many activities for younger children. During winter, great location for skiing.

Great accomodation and location!
This is a great spot for families. It’s walking distance to the base, has a nice pool and hot tubs, is updated inside the unit and clean! We’ve stayed there twice and would definitely recommend.

The location was amazing, the owner of the room.. not so much.
We had an amazing vacation. The location is great, the rooms were nice and the kitchen and living room were open so that even if I was cooking I could still interact with company in the living room or anyone sitting at the dining room table.
BUT we had a few problems. First, we were missing cable boxes for the bedrooms, the light above the stove was burnt, the tv was Extremely slow (i'm talking a good 30 seconds for every button pushed) and they cleaning ladies were still in the room when we arrived even when I requested early check-in and william said it was no problem just a few days before. Then when I called william on sunday night to tell him about the missing cable boxes he never contacted me again.
We are easy to satisfy guests and its not like those problems ruined our vacation but it would have been nice to be contacted about the problems.
Also, the torian plum concierge/front desk were awesome and always super welcoming (we were always greeted when arriving back from the store or town and always told goodbye when leaving). Greg (front desk manager) is literally the happiest person I've ever met.
My family and I would definitely go back to this room because the Torian plum (not william) served us in the best way they could and the location and view was amazing. (we had a fantastic view of the base area)

This 3-bedroom corner unit was everything we hoped for! Comfortable and well-equipped with fabulous views, superb location, and a responsive and accommodating owner. I highly recommend this property for your ski vacation!

Almost perfect
Great location, views and impeccably clean. The owner is extremely helpful. The staff of the facility is equally friendly. Most of the apartment located in an old building is upgraded (not everything). We were only a small party, but the place can easily accommodate four adults and four children in a self-catering arrangement. I can recommand this rental.
