Clean, Beautiful, and overall comfortable and relaxing. Great for a break from your everday and from the heat. Their pool is fantastic for hot days and the house itself stays cool and comfortable.

Our family of 5 visited the Tinmann Retreat for a short weekend getaway. The property is absolutely beautiful. Our host was warm and welcoming just like the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will visit again in the future.

I was in the need for a quick little getaway with some peace, quietness, and tranquility. The Tinmann Retreat is the perfect combination of these three elements. The house was clean, warm and inviting as soon as you walked in. Just sitting out on the back porch and listening to the babble of the creek and the wind blowing through the trees was an instant relief of the stress and anxiety of life. The host were extremely friendly. You can really tell that the host wanted to allow their guest the luxury of being able to slip away from the every day chaos and stress of life and to be able to just relax and absorb the tranquility of their place! The only regret that I have is that I did not stay longer. But I will be back. Thank you Ken and Beth!

This property in the woods of MS, was beautifully peaceful. We will return. The amenities were plenty. The hosts were kind & friendly.

This cabin is off the beaten trail, far into the woods. It is charming and comfortable, completely set up for any need a person could have. We have family in the area, so we were in and out, but next time we will plan to stay and just enjoy the serene setting. If you want to get away from the craziness of daily life, this is your answer! The hosts are amazing. Enjoy!!

Ken and Beth have two of the biggest hearts in Roxie. The quiet and stillness of this beautiful cabin allowed me to reconnect with nature and with my inner child. Not once did I feel like a renter around these amazing people, I felt like a long lost friend that was welcomed with love. Can't wait to return to Tinmann Retreat.

It was an amazingly peaceful property and very secluded. The property management were incredibly hospitable and I loved every minute we were there. The place was clean and the pool was amazing to relax in with my wife on the hot summer days.

We really enjoyed our visit. No cell service was nice. Enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet. We plan to go back when it is cooler.

If you are looking for someplace to stay secluded from the chaos and have children, this is the place! The kids had lots of fun in store for them! They have a pool, swing set, fire pit, creek and lots of adventure for the kiddos! They even have kid friendly dvds to watch on the big screen tv at night time when the kids are settling down for bed. The owners are very friendly and helpful! This place has everything you need for a perfect getaway!

We were greeted by Ken when we arrived. He showed us where everything was and told us all about the place. If you’re looking for something away from the hustle and bustle this is the place for you. We saw one car come down the road the whole time we were there for five days. It worked out great for us with our Labrador retrievers.

We were looking for the perfect location for peace and quiet outside of the city..and found it! Nothing compares to the feel of the cabin, the relaxation of the back covered porch and the sound of the running creek! Ken was extremely helpful and welcoming!

Everything was great! Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed just relaxing and especially hanging out by the fire pit. If we stay again will definitely do some exploring of the property. Great place to really get away from it all.

A very pleasant stay, ideal for getting out of town for two days of break in the middle of nowhere. We all appreciate it, even a teenager thanks to the wifi! Ken is a wonderful guest, we will surely go back there.

The cabin and property are amazing. Beautiful land with a creek running through it. Just what you would picture for a cottage with everything you need nestled in the woods. Host greeted us not long after arrival and was friendly.

We spent 9 wonderful days in this cozy house in the forest. The house has everything you need for relaxation. During the day we walked through the woods, in the evenings we sat by the fireplace, in the morning we drank coffee on the terrace and admired the birds and jumping squirrels. We would like to return to this house many times.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Our host (Ken) was wonderful! You should try to meet him if you get the chance. All of the rooms were very clean, well kept, and stocked with all the essentials you need. We greatly enjoyed our time there, it was absolutely perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the campfires and serene woods. Appreciated the Orange safety vests left out for us as it was hunting season in the surrounding areas. Very nice handcrafted home to stay in for a long weekend.

This is TRULY a hidden gem! The Andermann's are "salt of the earth" people - real, honest, down-to-earth, sincere. I read over 40 reviews before booking - one theme repeated over & over - the pictures don't do the property justice. If I could give 10 stars for the location & neighborhood, I would! A wonderful home, in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of walks available. We took all the provisions we needed for the 3 days & 4 nights we were away and were SO glad - what a joy to forget the world is turning, be so comfortable and find such a peaceful place! You will NOT regret staying at Tinmann!! Thank you again Mr. & Mr. Andermann!

I took my 3 small children there this past weekend. It was beautiful! The area was perfect. No cellphone service, but i didn't need it, and there was wifi. Mr K came over to check on us. He and Ms B were very nice. My dog even had a great time. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

My husband and I brought our dogs for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortably, and the surroundings are beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at this very quiet VRBO away from everyone in the city! We enjoyed the puzzles, washer and dryer and kitchen equipment!! Everything was just as stated in the listing! Loved this place so much!!
