I didn't like anything because of shivani the one who took my booking and the guy who denied to refund my 4th day balance at the reception.

shivani the one who took my booking i requested her to provide me a twin bed but there is no twin bed availability in the hotel which she suppose to inform me during my booking and while I checked in i paid for 4nights until 10th Feb however unfortunately I checked out on 9th February (one day before) where i suppose to get my 1 day refund however reception guy denied to refund the amount of 4th night really disgusting.

The cleanliness and the location was the plus point for the property. The staff was courteous and the breakfast options were reasonably well chosen. Despite being located at one of the prime tourist center, the place was unusually peaceful where you can happily unwind and relax at the end of the day.

The room size didn't meet our expectations as it was too cramped for a family with 2 little kids. The space to move around the room was not there which lead to little bit of discomfort.

TV channels don't work Wifi is poor Service is ok Restaurants don't have many options for food and over priced Overall it's too much priced for this kind of hotel Not worth paying 5k per day for such type of hotel

Breakfast was stale house keeping was too nad ants on table and bed

Overall bad experience would request tourist not to book room here

Liked the location of the place and the privacy. We had a good balcony view, where we had our breakfast.

The rooms are a little small as compared to as shown in the picture, also, we expected a buffet for breakfast as is the usual case, however here one gets it in a sectionalised plate, like we have in hostels.

Its amazing hotel staffs are really friendly food is good
