We had more than enough room for 8 of us. 3 full bathrooms and three bedrooms with a very nice loft as well. The cabin was very clean, although there must have been some miscommunication at check-in because the cabin had not yet been cleaned when we tried to check in at 4:00. Aside from that small issue, we thuroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin!

The house is set within Lemmon Lodge area with multitude of things to do- stream to fish, lake with sandy beach, playground, horse shoe pit , volleyball

The property was in a great location. It was tucked in the woods, among other properties, along side a mountain stream with its own private beach and fire pit. Fishing and boat rentals were a cinch. It was within walking distance to everything Grand Lake has to offer. Just park your car and enjoy. My only two criticisms are the beds need an upgrade, and cleaning crew could do a more thorough job. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay at Jim's house. The house was perfectly located steps from the water and steps to town. We fit in our kids and friends in the house and had a fabulous time! The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we loved being able to bring up a few extra friends to enjoy Grand Lake. Thank you!

Location was great, property managers very helpful. Cabin was very nice, just a little dusty and dishwasher was full when we arrived.

Grand Lake was beautiful and the property that the cabin was on was fantastic. However the cabin itself was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, crumbs and trash under couches and tables and it didn’t appear that the cabin had been dusted since it was built. The washing machine didn’t work baseboards were coming off the walls and the front door fell completely out of the frame. For what they charged us to stay there I was very disappointed.

No fans in most of the rooms and no screens on upstairs windows . Stuffy in the loft at night . Supplies very limited . It should have included laundry soap and cooking spray . No pantry space so our food had to sit on the table or counter . The photo of the front of the house was misleading . We weren’t expecting neighbors within 10 feet of us ! We probably would not have rented at this location if we would have seen photos of the area .

The property was ok. The house could use a little more cleaning, but it had everything we needed.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness- carpets not vacuumed, dust everywhere, window in loft without screen so loft was too warm, closet doors broken, shower door on first floor difficult and off track. Appliances, bathrooms, and cookware very clean and well equipped. Location fantastic. Feel we were cheated out of cleaning fee.

Great modern set up with great wifi lots of tv's, washer dryer on site, easy access to private dock and fishing. I've rented a number of cabins at Lemmon Lodge and this is by far the largest. Great for a large family or 8+ group. Great fishing off the point, great lake views and well maintained.

Everything is still the same at Lemmon Lodge. Forget everything else and get out on the lake. My kids love these old cabins just like I did as a kid. Lots of space in this cabin, and love walking to town. Short, but great trip!

We have been staying in Lemmon Lodge for 30 plus years and have loved this cabin since it was built. It is wonderfully furnished and decorated. It feels like home. The kitchen has everything you could need and the space foir everyone to be together. I highly recommend! The owners were great to deal with too.

As above, great locations, clean, spacious and comfortable. Entrance was delayed from a not well functioning electronic lock system. And could use some blow dryers. Otherwise perfect!!

The cabin is clean, organized and well furnished. The owner was really friendly and easy to work with. We loved it!

Cabin was lovely and the location was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and Lemmon Lodge was blissful!

We were extremely disappointed with this unit on our recent stay. The unit was dirty. It has not been dusted or vacuumed in a long time. I had to go looking for help to get paper towel and toilet paper right after it was turned over to us. The coffee pot was missing and it only had towels for 4 people, we were 8. There was no propane in the tank for the gas grill so it was unusable. The light fixture over the dining room table has 3 out of 5 light bulbs burned out. The toilet in the master bathroom needs to be bolted to the floor, it moves when using it. This is a complaint of a previous renter back in 2018 as was the lack of dusting. I have passed all of this information on to the owner and I still do not have any resolution. While we loved the location and the amenities that the Lemmon Lodge offers, this unit needs serious attention. With the steep rental price and the cleaning fee charged on top of that, you wouldld do better renting directly from Lemmon Lodge.

The Lemon Lodge area is a great area to visit. We rented three cabins for a family reunion and this one provided a lot of beds but not a large gathering space indoors for inclement weather. Cabin amenities were good. One item to note is that the listing and the instructions state this cabin as #24 but it is actually #23. The host wasn't necessarily quick to respond as I am used to as an Airbnb Superhost myself. Check-in instructions were clear (outside of the cabin number) but the check out instructions (to go to the Lemon Lodge office) were incorrect as they have nothing to do wth the VRBO property. It appears that the listing just needs updated. We'd recommend that the hosts oversee the cleaning service regularly as there were minor things like crumbs on the dining table and dust around when we arrived. The cabin had comfortable sleeping arrangements, good kitchen amenities (other than missing the coffee carafe that goes with the machine) and a perfect location.

We have stayed in Cabin 23 many times. Our 5 grandchildren love the 3rd story loft. Since vrbo took over with higher prices, we have less service. If the 11 of us run out of toilet paper, towels etc, we are no longer able to replenish at the office. The master bedroom mattress is great. The other rooms have very dated mattresses that cause back problems and they need to be replaced. Our reservation said "flexible" check-in but when we arrived a few minutes before 4:00 pm we were told by the cleaner that check-in is not allowed before 4:00. And the top bunks in the loft had no sheets. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Enjoyed our family stay. Accommodations were very nice, very roomy, great location on private property.

We arrived at this cabin at 4:30, after a 4pm check in time. We were not expected - in spite of the reservation being in place for months. Housecleaning was there, and we weren't able to get in until around 7pm, which was frustrating, as we had hoped to prepare dinner for and welcome our guests during that time. Once in, the place was roomy enough to come together and spread out, the upstairs giving the younger generation a place to hang out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. But one of the shelves in the cupboard had collapsed, making it difficult to get to pans; the master bathroom toilet wasn't securely attached to the floor, so it wobbled; the kitchen faucet was loose, making it difficult to use. All of these things could have been overlooked had we been able to enter at check-in time.

We had a great time!! The inside and outside of the House is lovely. The only thing the house, tables and floor were very dusty. Everything thing else was clean & neat. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The bedrooms had everything we needed. Thank you.

Perfect location and great house for our Grand Lake family reunion.

This home provided all the comfort and sleeping spaces we needed for a large family gathering of 12 people. The three private bedrooms were great for the older adults and our young adults used the beds in the loft. The home felt cozy, but with three levels everyone could spread out in separate groups for different activities (watching TV, puzzles, games, etc.) We ate and played games at the big table in the kitchen area, and had snacks out on the long counter constantly. There was plenty of space, dishes and cooking utensils for making meals too. Of course Lemmon Lodge (and Grand Lake in general) is an awesome destination. We were able to have a large fire in the community fire pit on Saturday night, rented kayaks and SUPs from Grand Lake Marina both mornings of our stay, and did multiple hikes in the area. Oh and having the washer and dryer in the cabin was really helpful and appreciated because we had a wet weekend! Thank you Jim for sharing your cabin with us. We have wonderful memories and hope to be back soon!

We have stayed here once before and enjoyed the home both times. Our only gripe is that because it is more of a summer rental there are not clear instructions or up to date instructions for winter guests. We ended up hauling our trash home because we could not find the proper dumpster for it. Luckily we were in a truck and could take our trash with us. The house is great for large families and we all fit comfortably and could easily walk to town!

Brought our family here for Christmas and we truly loved our stay here.
