Hermosa, elegante y asombrosamente cerca de la playa son solo una muestra de palabras que los huéspedes anteriores han usado para describir Silver Creek, una casa semi frente al mar en Southern Shores.
NIVEL SUPERIOR:
La Gran Sala tiene una gran cantidad de luz natural capturada por claraboyas de techos abovedados y vistas de ventanas hacia el este y el oeste. La escalera divide el espacio entre las áreas de estar y comedor, lo que permite que los distintos miembros de la familia puedan pasar tiempo juntos. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodos asientos, un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a las cubiertas del océano. Mesa de comedor (asientos 10) y barra de cocina (asientos 4). La cocina cuenta con hornos de doble pared, una estufa y está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas para cenar. Los madrugadores de la familia pueden ver salir el sol mientras toman su bebida de la mañana en la mesa del desayuno (asientos 4). Un medio baño está en el pasillo. Este nivel superior tiene dos suites Master King, cada una con acceso desde la cubierta exterior para ver el océano y la naturaleza circundante.

Our family of 14 really enjoyed this spacious, cheery and well eqipped home. Ample bedrooms, abundant dining space, restful rooms for lounging and all the gear to enjoy pool, beach and hot tub. It's all here. Thanks again to our hosts!

The home is perfectly situated at the beach access. The various spaces located throughout the home offer enough space and activities for different groups. 3 Covered porches, pool, hot tub, sauna, various living spaces for kids and adults. Overall it was a great vacation for all.

Loved the location and all of the spaces in the house. Everything was kept up well so we were able to comfortably fit and enjoy all of the amenities. We hope to stay here again.

We've stayed at this house for a few years and love it.
Things we love about the house: the location is ideal being so close to downtown Duck and the beach, having a real garage (which is rare in this area), having extra bikes in the garage is a nice perk, very nice pool and hot tub, having two master bedrooms, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking equipment (which has been an issue at other homes), they have a nice selection of games/books during rainy days, and the screened in porch off the kitchen is a great place to eat or let your clothes dry.
The house could be a little cleaner. As a rental, I don't expect it to be perfect, but I found myself noticing dirty baseboards, corners, shower crevices this year. I'm a clean freak so it would likely go unnoticed by most. I'd also prefer a gas vs. charcoal grill.
All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and very close to perfect IMO. We will rent this house again and I'd even buy it if it was for sale!

The street was quiet and the beach was not crowded but it was a short drive for groceries or to Duck for shops and restaurants. We have been coming to the OBX for about ten years. We have only stayed at two other houses and decided to give this one a try. It was unanimous that this will be THE house.
The kitchen was well appointed with extra cupboard space for grocery items. We had a few meals out on the screened porch that overlooked the pool. We got to enjoy the best of both worlds -- pool and beach. It was nice that they had beach chairs and umbrellas for use so we didn't have to rent them.

This house was really nice and served us well for the week. We had our family there, and there was plenty of room for us to move about. Plus the beach was not far at all. I would stay here again for sure!

It was nice having so many bathrooms, and the outdoor shower and foot rinsing stations were very convenient. We also appreciated having chairs and other beach items to use. We ate at the large picnic table on the screened in porch every night. Great rental!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely location. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone! The close proximity to the beach was great and the pool was perfect! Would recommend this rental!

The property was clean, close to the beach, and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were fun. The bedrooms were well-placed with fairly comfortable mattresses. It was nice having so many bathrooms, and the outdoor shower and foot rinsing stations were very convenient. We also appreciated having chairs and other beach items to use. We ate at the large picnic table on the screened in porch every night. Great rental!
