Este encantador condominio de 2 habitaciones está decorado con el océano en mente. Eso es porque estás directamente en la playa con una de las vistas más hermosas que jamás experimentarás. Balcón privado con increíbles vistas panorámicas del océano directamente en frente y vistas costeras de una tierra de conservación verde sin desarrollar a su derecha, donde puede ver surfistas, tomar su café de la mañana, leer un libro o disfrutar de una copa de un vino. Este alquiler de vacaciones es su paraíso lejos de casa que le permite disfrutar de los lujos de un hogar acogedor y acogedor en una ubicación única a un precio razonable. El administrador de la propiedad y el limpiador también viven cerca y están disponibles según sea necesario.

We had such an amazing stay, the views were gorgeous, relaxing and over all Amazing!!! The property manager was on point and very easy to work with and a joy. I recommend this place it is beautiful. The building is an older building but the maintenance and cleaning crew are on point, and the condo we were at impecable!!! Love it!!!

My 18 year old son & I had a wonderful time at this beach condo relaxing and spending quality time together. The beachfront views were calming and relaxing. There are many restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. Simple, very clean, oceanfront condo. We can’t wait to come back!

What a location! Just gorgeous! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The highlight was being right next to a nature preserve and being able to walk and run for miles on the beach without seeing a soul (but we were lucky and saw a beautiful turtle). The space has everything you might desire. Beach-chairs, sun-umbrella, sand-toys, coolers,…. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

This property had everything that we needed to enjoy the beach, even though we couldn’t swim in the ocean due to the riptides. The pool was great as a substitute. The town was a great place to take several excursions from. Easy to get to the supermarket and cook for ourselves or eat at any of the local venues. we will definitely consider staying here again

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in PR and loved the condo itself. The property has some quirks that I wish we had been aware of. None of the reviews here mention some of these items and I have no idea how!
Here’s a list of what we loved:
Condo was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need.
The view was phenomenal.
The people we met were friendly, offering area advice, tips and pointers.
The neighborhood was so walkable and local restaurants were amazingly fresh, flavorful and fun.
Monica (prop. manager) was informative and easy to work with.
On site security was friendly and helpful.
Now here are the quirks:
The building itself is in a state of disrepair and we had to refrain from looking up at the structure for our own peace of mind. Rusted and dilapidated balconies. A/C units falling apart etc.
The pool was full of pigeon poop and there were no chairs/loungers or other ways to enjoy the amenity.
Elevators were sketchy and frequently broken down during our week long stay. You never knew what floor you were on by the broken indicators and 3x we took a wild ride up and down because it would not stop at our floor!
Cats, soooooo many stray cats. The property and garage reeked of cat feces/urine. Local’s at the end of the drive were feeding strays and compounding the issue. Not the condo owners fault but.
Lack of A/C in living area necessitated open doors and the neighbors kept looking in on us 😂
We’d come back but hope some property fixes can be made!

Getting to this place was a little bit tricky, but Monica was there to help us every bit of the way. There was no elevator in the garage, which made it difficult for us. I would not recommend this place if you have trouble walking or knee problems or elderly, there are 62 steps down a narrow hill to get to the beach. We did like the condo and sitting and having our coffee on the porch, we saw surfers in the large waves. It’s not a swimming beach you would have to walk a little bit down the way, but it’s in a nice location right next to the national rain forest. Recommend going there. We had a couple good days to enjoy the sunshine. The food kiosks in Luquillo were great. Must go to old San Juan. This a great location for visiting either of these attractions.

Breathtaking ocean view from the balcony, just like cruise balcony suite. Refreshing and super comfortable, no mosquitos.
Owner Jeanne and property manager Monica are so nice and helpful. Monica recommended a lot of nice places and made our journey so memorable. Some of the best things/places we followed Monica are ENOCO grocery shopping (a lot of seafood), La Parrilla Restautant (5 star), El Yunque National Forest(fascinating) . If I visit PR again, I will definitely stay in Jeanne's condo again.

Nice condo with an amazing view! Enjoyed this area of PR. The nearby restaurants were very good with friendly staff. Definitely would come back to this area again. Plenty activites to do and places to see.

Amazing view, smooth first time using Vrbo. I definitely recommend. Monica (property manager) was very helpful. Place was really nicely decorated and prepared for us. Drive through neighborhood little unexpected- Sandy Hill is surrounded by rough looking homes but after you arrive and open the door- you are in paradise! Also you can use pool which we didn’t know

We overall enjoyed our stay. The owners have a well equipped home with several useful amenities! Everything was clean but some of the towels smelled like mildew before we used them. The neighborhood didn’t look very safe but nothing happened. We also drove and didn’t walk around much locally. Balneario de monserrate was a great beach! Thanks for everything!

The condo was CLEAN and the property staff were friendly. The unit had all the things we needed to enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Views from the balcony of the ocean and the sounds of the waves were delightful. Note that during our stay, the parking garage elevator did not work, requiring a short walk through the garage to the unit. We would gladly stay here again.

Great communication with Monica, the property manager. Easy self check in/ check out. Friendly guards at the gate. Beautiful, clean condo with the best views and soothing sounds of the ocean. Can walk for miles in either direction on uncrowded, pristine beaches. Super friendly locals everywhere we went. Truly Paradise.

The best part of the stay is the condo is literally on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and no mosquitoes! The condo unit was gated and very secure. We didn’t stay long enough to feel super comfortable with the neighborhood after dark but I’m sure it is fine. We did walk down to the square one morning for coffee at a darling coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. We were very appreciative to the quick responses whenever we had a question. Thank you!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at the condo.The views were outstanding and listening to the waves on the balcony after a long day of exploring was so relaxing. I could have sat out there the whole time if i could have. Over all it was a great fit for us and a very cozy home feeling.

Condo was very nice. The beach view was breathtaking and beautiful and private loved it. The in inside of the condo is exacting as the photo nice and clean. The only issue I had was the Living room has no central air while the bedrooms do, so it’s a bit warm in the living while cool in the rooms.

Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The only bad part was that our parking space was a long distance from the entrance, and the parking arage was overrun with cats and smelled like cat urine. We had a bad storm one day, and the rain blew in thru the air conditioners. Monica made sure we had clean towels quickly since we used all ours to clean up the water. If we ever return to Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay at thos condo again

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed. This is definetely home away from home. We had a great experience and already looking into going back soon. We will definetely recommend this gem to all of our family and friends.

Arriving at the condo was, in my mind, Where the heck did I book us to stay in? Due to our rental company giving us a truck we were unable to stay in the garage. The guard gave us someone else's parking spot, which didn't go well when the owner of the condo came home. We eventually had to park the truck in the street. Once we got in our condo, it was stifling HOT. There is no ac in the living room. We opened up the patio door and front door to create a breeze, which was nice once air flow was coming through. Hearing the waves coming in was relaxing. Bedrooms were nice. The condo is very clean, Monica who is the property manager was super nice and would respond back to me pretty quickly. We had an issue with the ac unit in one of the rooms, but it fixed itself (resetting the unit worked). If there is one thing I'd say the living room needs a better oscillating fan and new dining room fan, as that one doesn't produce much air. All in all, we had a great family vacation and Puerto Rico didn't disappoint.

This condo is immaculate, located in a quiet part of Luquillo. It was a perfect home base to see El Yunque rain forest and take excursions from Cieba and Farjado. Part of me could have just stayed on the balcony, with the stunning view!

The view from the 11th-floor porch was amazing! This was a nice, clean condo. You can tell that the owners take pride in their place. They were also easy to communicate with and quite responsive. The complex is right on the edge of a long, undeveloped beach, and is also right on the edge of the beach town area - so it's the best of both worlds. We hope to return in the future and will be staying at this place again if we do.

I don’t know where to start. This property had everything you need, from separate room for kids, kitchen with all utensils you could ask for a long stay. The balcony is huge and has the best view of the ocean being right on the beach at 11th floor. It gives you an endless view to the right overlooking the rainforest. The building is well secured with keys at all the entrances. Has pool, laundry and beach access with shower. Now, I must specifically mention about the kind and very helpful nature of Monica, the property manager :) she has been extremely responsive in answering all our questions, suggesting restaurants, places to visit with all the details and proper guidance. We were super happy and thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. It has toys, games, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling kits and what not! Kids would love the accessories and toys provided. This is a perfect family vacation home away from home!

We had a great time here! Condo is nicely decorated, views are beautiful, and the beach is very remote and so nice!! Right next to a nature preserve, so you feel like you have the beach all to yourself! But also walkable to restaurants and more beaches. The building itself needs some work, which they appear to be working on. The neighborhood is run down, but it appears to be safe, and everyone is so nice! We enjoyed the stray cats and chickens! Also easy drive to the rainforest (15 minutes), San Juan (30-40), Luquillo kiosks (5 min), and Rio Grande (10 min). We enjoyed it very much!

This property is phenomenal. The view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is wonderful. Close to grocery stores, beautiful beaches, places to eat, the rainforest, etc. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a security guard on duty at all times, but the area feels safe regardless.

We had a wonderful week! The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the extras we needed for the week. Beach chairs, games and puzzles, fully furnished kitchen, etc.
Monica gave great info and checked in with us throughout the week.
The location was great and we enjoyed playing at the beach out front, even though it’s not a swimming beach.
If you go (and you should!), we highly recommend Simple Foods restaurant for breakfast.
We would definitely choose this apartment again!

Before going we were a little unsure as to what to expect. Before arrival we received crystal clear directions as well as instructions for access to the condo. When arriving, we noticed the neighborhood was a little beaten up but this is to be expected from a place that has hurricanes and small economy compared to other islands. Entering into the condo unit we were very pleased with how clean and how nice it was when we reached the balcony we have never had such a beautiful view of the ocean it was breathtaking. We had excellent communication with our host Monica. The condo had everything we needed as well as a couple of cervezas left in the fridge which I appreciated. She was readily available all the time. The condo was great, yes there are issues with one of the elevators as well as the exterior is in need of restoration which is scheduled. I totally recommend staying here. Beautiful condo amazing view great host.
Now about Puerto Rico, this is one of the most beautiful islands we’ve ever been to. At first we were weary of the area hence the character of the people. But we worried for nothing the people are amazing. They offered to help with directions as well as any questions we had. The island itself is full of character and amazing people.
Can’t wait to go back and I would definitely book here again.

Fantastic stay. Unit is very nice for being in an older building. View was amazing. Only one elevator was operational. So sometimes long wait. Building is scheduled for new elevators and some much needed renovations. Walking distance to food options. Very walkable beach. Master bed was super comfortable. Fridge was stocked with some waters and a couple starter beers which was greatly appreciated. Extra supply of sunscreens, lotion and bug spray. Closet had basket of beach toys, snorkel gear (I left behind a snorkel mask and some water shoes), beach chairs, etc.

This vacation was perfect from start to finish! Jeanne is excellent to correspond with and her condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need is there. The view from the spacious deck is amazing- you never tire of it and the crashing waves:). The beach in front of the condo is not great for swimming, as we were aware, but wonderful to get wet and cooled off. A ten minute walk away there is a calmer beach that is excellent for bobbing around in the water. Neither beach is busy so it is very serene. Close to a few cool restaurants right in the neighborhood and we found the vibe to be very authentic! We’d love to come back some day!!!

Perfect condo for a few days at the beach. Sufficient living space, some good beach supplies (chairs, towels, toys) since visitors have likely flown in, and a kitchen has everything you need to prepare food as desired. The owners and on-site managers were very helpful as well. The building has a few maintenance issues but they don't really impact the actual condo, and the owner was transparent about them in advance communications.

Was easy to find, clean, with great beach access. The only downside was the gate to the beach was locked by 5:30 so you had to walk around the building. Not a huge deal, bug worth noting.

Condo was well supplied. There were beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and beach towels. Nice appliances and good air conditioning. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Nicely kept. Possible fire danger for entire bldg. staircase doors not self closing and during a false alarm evacuation, we observed all doors open when passing each floor. An attempt to close them found many unable to close. I guess that’s an HOA issue that needs to be addressed. Lots of things to do close by. We truly enjoyed ourselves!👍🏻👍🏻

We spent four nights here in June 2022. It's a beautiful apartment in a tall building. The on-site manager (Ed) is super nice and helpful and attentive.
