This home is very well kept and had everything we needed. Each couple had their own bathroom and a comfortable bed. Swam off the dock and relaxed in the floats that were provided. Nice getaway.

kitchen was very small and dated oven would not hold a cookie sheet and did not seal correctly and took forever to cook our dinner, the stove top did not heat properly and the house is much smaller than picture make it appear, Electric fireplace did not help warm the house. It was clean and we enjoy ourselves no matter where we go. we will rent from VRBO again but not this house. Just did not like how the picture made it look much newer and larger than it was than it was.

Property was great. Had 6 adults and 6 kids, 3 total families. Fire pit wasn’t close to the house unfortunately. Hot tub was great, just need to be careful to not let the kids splash water outside on the concrete during the winter. One bedroom was much colder than the others.

We had a horrific stay at this property. We expect to have this stay escalated and to have someone contact me ASAP.
I arrived at the property at the shortly before the check in time. There were so many leaves covering the ground it was dangerous to drive up the narrow driveway because I was unable to gauge the property vrs driveway.
Upon entry into the home the horrendous smell of something dead was so bad we didn’t even want to enter the property. We did discover 1 dead mouse in one bedroom. We immediately removed from the home and opened doors to air the stench while we attempted to inspect the remainder of the property. Unfortunately we could not locate anything else, however we could not get the smell out of the property. I called and they sent Mainteance out which was useless. The man that showed up said he started his job 2 weeks ago and had not yet been to this property. He said this was a “cleaning” contractor issue. He did walk around and see if he could locate anything else dead since the smell was over bearing. He also did not find anything. He told me the best thing he could do is have the cleaner deliver air fresheners the next morning.
A woman arrived Saturday morning at 930 am with dollar store air fresheners. The carpet in the bedroom should have been cleaned and they should have cleaned the property to relive the smell
Why wasn’t the property inspected before our arrival? When was the last time the property was cleaned? This is absolutely unacceptable to have ruined a weekend stay smelling a dead animal for 2 days. Furthermore to do nothing to correct the problem.
We are demanding a full refunded as we were all sick to our stomach and could not enjoy our stay. We arrived home to everything carrying that smell.

This was first time renting a house & we all were please with location, home accessories and cleanliest. We were made aware that air conditioner was not working, but told a repair man would fix. Repair man never came. Overall we totally enjoyed our stay. Thankfully, weather was in the 70's. We are looking forward to renting again.

(me) The house has great accommodations. Hot tube, jacuzzi tub, pool table, etc. I highly recommend this property.

We just stayed in Casa Miranda for 4 days. Family from Ohio met us there as this was about a four hour drive for us and them. We went snow tubing on day, what a blast even for an old fat guy. (me) The house has great accommodations. Hot tube, jacuzzi tub, pool table, etc. I highly recommend this property.

The house is lovely. There was more than enough room for the 4 couples. Easy access to the lake also.

We visited Casa Miranda for a 30th birthday. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hot tub was very unsanitary, the toilet was stuffed and there were ants on the countertops. We reached out to maintenance on several occasions and we never received a call back. For the most part, the set up of the home was convenient and the area was quiet.

We had an excellent week at Casa Miranda! The location was perfect and the fact that we had a private dock and hot tub was key. The house itself is quite large and there are plenty of bathrooms! We did have a small cleanliness issue with the hot tub but when we called, they came and fixed it the very next day! The absolute only thing they could improve upon is that some of the things inside the house are a bit outdated - like the blankets and the kitchen supplies - but it was bad enough to dampen a great week! One piece of advice... the listing states the presence of board games, if you're like our family and love to play games - bring your own. All in all it was a great place to stay and Deep Creek has so much for everyone to do. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location near the state park. Nice dock across the street. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Very responsive to a Sunday call for a problem with the refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked.

Nice Place- Great Location
Had a great time here for a week in early summer. Pros: location, lots of bedrooms, washing machine broke but was fixed the next day, quick communication from owner when I had a question, and place was clean, well kept and stocked with amenities. Cons: parking can be tough as driveway is on a hill and has a turn (I had to help my older in-laws back their car out) and there isn't a lot of room for error when trying to get the water temperature right.
