Maine Encanto comunidad cabaña frente al mar. Un montón de actividades en las cercanías de IE. Funtown, EE.UU.; parque acuático, parque de atracciones fuera de banda, York Vida Silvestre / Parque de atracciones; Salidas Kittery y Freeport, Maine Mall plaza comercial y el Portland Waterfront y Puerto Viejo. This place was a great find. The cottage was cute and the view overlooking the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding neighbors from the other cabins were friendly and kind. We would definitely book again.

We stayed in Saco to go fishing with our favorite guide. This cottage on the river was perfect, the sunsets gorgeous and neighbors friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. Michael and Patricia were helpful with details and flexible with arrival time which was much appreciated.
There was some confusion on our part about cleaning the cabin before we left and we were unable to contact our hosts about what was expected. Would be happy to share specifics with Michael.

Friendly neighbors, inground pool wonderful and the views of the bay and sunsets are amazing. Easy access to local events. The cabin was very clean with all the things you need to make your vacation a pleasant one.

Our group of four really enjoyed our stay in Mike’s Saco cottage. The location was great for visiting other POIs and it was a very peaceful setting. Sitting by the river in early evening was so nice. The cottage was well equipped with basic condiments and plenty of cookware. The kids loved the pool, practically had it to themselves.

We have been coming to Maine for many years now and the cottage always feels a little like coming home. It’s a beautiful vacation getaway, butting up to the Saco River. We have coffee out by the river every morning. It’s so peaceful and yet just minutes away from so many attractions. Mike is always just a text away and has always taken care of our every need. We hope to stay here for years to come.

Our stay here was quite short. This place is great for a couple. But I felt it was cramped for more than two people. There was definitely a lot of clutter around the house. Some cooking pans felt greasy, like they were not cleaned well. It rained a lot while we were there so we were not able to make use of the amenities, but I am sure they are great!

The cottage was good for the two of us and was quiet and safe. We’ll equipped, even for lobster. We had local market steam lobster ($9.95!) and ate each night.
Unfortunately, we had rain and cold so couldn’t enjoy the area as we had hoped. However, Netflix, Prime, HULU are all available so we caught up with shows in the evenings.

Unit was as advertised and owner was very helpful. Location is great to visit Portland and Boston. Pros: Kitchen well equipped; heating and hot water are great. Cons: The closets, cabinets and shelves are somewhat cluttered, and washing machine is oddly located in master BR closet. Enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sunset over the river was beautiful and relaxing. It was a nice distance to Portland for a day trip. Michael was quick to reply to questions.

This is a small cottage in a great little community. We had a family of 4 and had an amazing stay. There’s enough in the property to keep kids busy. Pool is spotless and warm. River is great with a nice sitting area and awesome views of the bay. Mike and Patti have practically all one needs for a stay away. We didn’t even need the ac with the breeze at night. We hope to return.

We rented this cottage at the end of October. The leaves were changing, the view from the cottage was gorgeous and the place was clean and cozy! Would come back again for sure!

Visiting Family in the area
Thank you very much, we greatly enjoyed our stay at 'the cottage'. It was centrally located for all our activities. I am a runner and it was refreshing to run in a 'safe zone' around the Ferry Beach Park as well as spend time at the beach.

Nice location next to the Saco River. Grounds are well kept. A short drive to the ocean.
Great for us during off season. Parking is adequate, however, I would not want to need to back out of parking during the height of the season when Route 9 is much busier.
